Oriented growth and assembly of zeolite crystals on substrates

The aligned array and thin film of zeolites and molecular sieves possess a variety of potential applica- tions in membrane separation and catalysis, chemical sensors, and microelectronic devices. There are two main synthesis methods for manufacturing the aligned arrays and thin films of zeolites and mo- lecular sieves, i.e. in situ hydrothermal reaction and self-assembly of crystal grains on substrates. Both of them have attracted much attention in the scientific community worldwide. A series of significant progress has been made in recent years. By the in situ hydrothermal synthesis, the oriented nucleation and growth of zeolite and molecular sieve crystals can be achieved by modifying the surface properties of substrates or by changing the composition of synthesis solutions, leading to the formation of uni- formly oriented multicrystal-aligned arrays or thin films. On the other hand, the crystal grains of zeo- lites and molecular sieves can be assembled onto the substrate surface in required orientation using different bondages, for instance, the microstructure in the array or thin film can be controlled. This review is going to summarize and comment the significant results and progress reported recently in manufacturing highly covered and uniformly aligned arrays or thin films of zeolites and molecular sieves. It involves (1) in situ growth of highly aligned zeolite arrays and thin films via embedding func- tional groups on the substrate surface, modifying the surface microstructure of substrates, as well as varying the composition of synthesis solutions; (2) assembly of zeolite and molecular sieve crystals on various substrates to form aligned arrays and thin films with full coverage by covalent, ionic, and in- termolecular coupling interactions between crystals and substrates; (3) coupling surface assembly with microcontact printing or photoetching technique to produce patterned zeolite arrays and thin films. Purple-leafed plants not only have a higher resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses,but also have higher ornamental *** are vital for leaf color formation,growth and development of purple ***,the molecular mechanism underlying purple leaf formation in Lagerstroemia indica remains *** and transcriptomic analysis of purple-leafed cultivar‘Ebony Embers’and greenleafed cultivar‘Arapahoe’showed that the high expression of anthocyanin structure genes induced hyperaccumulation of cyanidin and pelargonidin derivatives,making the leaves ***5,LfiMYB75 and LfibHLH1 were identified using correlation analysis and weighted gene co-expression network ***‘Arapahoe’‘Ebony Embers’population,LfiHY5 and LfiMYB75 showed significant positive correlation with leaf anthocyanin *** expression of LfiMYB75 and LfiHY5 in tobacco and purple-leafed crape myrtle indicated that the two genes activated anthocyanin *** two-hybrid analysis showed that LfiMYB75 and LfibHLH1 could form a complex that enhanced anthocyanin *** monohybrid and dual-luciferase assays confirmed that LfiHY5 activated the expression of LfiMYB75,to activate the transcription of anthocyanin structural genes LfiCHS and ***,there were three alleles of LfiHY5 in crape myrtle,and the different sequences had different activation effects on *** conclusion,the results showed that LfiHY5 led to upregulate the transcription of LfiMYB75,and LfiMYB75 formed a complex with LfibHLH1,which increased the transcription level of LfiCHS and LfiANS to affect anthocyanin synthesis in crape myrtle.

In order to further promote the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor （GIST） in China, the members of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology （CSCO） Expert Committee on GIST thoroughly discussed the key contents of the consensus guidelines, and voted on the controversial issue. In final, the Chinese consensus guidelines for the diagnosis and management of GIST （2017 edition） was formed on the basis of 2013 edition consensus guidelines, which is hereby announced. The consensus included the pathological diagnosis, recurrence risk classification evaluation, targeted agent therapy, surgery and principles of surveillance of GIST.

【目的】研究紫薇叶片原生质体的分离方法,并对制备的原生质体进行瞬时转化,为紫薇本源物种的基因功能分析提供技术支持。【方法】以F 1株系S047(以屋久岛紫薇(***)为母本、紫薇品种‘Pocomoke’为父本杂交获得)及‘Ebony Embers’和‘Pocomoke’3个紫薇品种幼嫩叶片为材料,对其进行酶解,筛选最适紫薇品种,在此基础上,采用单因素试验初步筛选纤维素酶、离析酶质量浓度(5,10,15,20,25,30 g/L)及甘露醇浓度(0.4,0.6,0.8 mol/L),之后采用3因素3水平正交试验筛选纤维素酶(10,20,30 g/L)、离析酶(3,5,7 g/L)和果胶酶(2,4,6 g/L)的最适质量浓度,确定分离紫薇原生质体的最优条件。用聚乙二醇(PEG)介导法将质粒pSuper1300::GFP转化紫薇原生质体。【结果】分离原生质体的最适紫薇品种为S047株系,其在酶解过程中无褐化现象,分离液呈明亮绿色,可得到完整的原生质体;其他2个品种未分离到原生质体。单因素试验结果显示,最适的纤维素酶质量浓度为15~20 g/L,离析酶质量浓度为5~10 g/L,甘露醇浓度为0.6 mol/L。正交试验结果表明,10 g/L纤维素酶、5 g/L离析酶、4 g/L果胶酶和0.6 mol/L甘露醇混合液为最佳酶解溶液,在黑暗条件下酶解紫薇幼嫩叶片5 h,可成功分离出紫薇原生质体,其产量达28×10^(5)g^(-1),破损率为14%。将纯化的原生质体进行PEG介导的转化后,在激光共聚焦荧光显微镜下观察到绿色荧光信号,表明基因转化成功。【结论】获得了紫薇叶片原生质体分离体系,并成功进行了基因瞬时转化。

甲磺酸仑伐替尼是一种针对血管内皮生长因子受体1~3、成纤维细胞生长因子受体1~4、血小板衍生生长因子受体α、干细胞生长因子受体以及转染重排基因等靶点的口服酪氨酸激酶受体抑制剂。该药于2018年9月4日经我国国家药品监督管理局批准,用于治疗未接受过系统治疗的不可切除肝细胞癌患者。截至2023年2月,仑伐替尼已在我国上市4年余,积累了一系列临床研究证据。为了临床上更加合理、有效使用仑伐替尼,国内相关领域的多学科专家学者,采用德尔菲法,根据仑伐替尼上市前后的临床实践,参考其他抗血管生成抑制剂的使用经验,经过多次共同讨论,反复修改,最终形成《仑伐替尼肝癌全病程应用中国专家指导意见》,以供临床医师参考。
