Abstract：High-velocity penetrating pelvic injury is one of the most difficult challenges to trauma surgeons.The injury sites frequently include soft tissue,pelvis,genitourinary tract,vascular structures and intraabdominal viscera.We present an unusual case of a male patient suffering a collision at night with a deformed steel bar penetrating into his right groin.Careful planning of the surgical approach is important before extracting the foreign body.The possibility of multiorgan damage to intrapelvic structures such as colon,urinary bladder,vessels and nerves,frequently necessitates a multidisciplinary involvement and systematic approach.Besides,limited incision as well as modification should be considered,and debridement and perioperative antibiotics can be used to reduce the risk of serious wound infection。

Displaced and unstable pelvic ring injuries have been treated mainly by open reduction and internal fixation. The goal of treatment relies on restoration of pelvic anatomy with stable internal fixation, allowing early mobilization of the patient.The symphysis pubis dislocation （〉25 mm） is consistent indication for anterior internal fixation.3 In most situations, the fixation of the displaced symphysis pubis requires extensive exposure, which may lead to complications including blood loss, neural or vascular injury, postoperative infections, wound healing problems and heterotopic bone formation.

Objective This study is to verify the use of rich BHI medium to substitute synthetic media for gene regulation studies in Yersinia pestis. Methods The transcriptional regulation of rovA by PhoP or via temperature upshift, and that of pla by CRP were investigated when Y. pestis was cultured in BHI. After cultivation under 26 ~C, and with temperature shifting from 26 to 37 ~C, the wild-type （WT） strain or its phoP or crp null mutant （AphoP or Acrp, respectively） was subject to RNA isolation, and then the promoter activity of rovA or plo in the above strains was detected by the primer extension assay. The rovA promoter-proximal region was cloned into the pRW50 containing a promoterless lacZ gene. The recombinant LacZ reporter plasmid was transformed into WT and AphoP to measure the promoter activity of rovA in these two strains with the ^-Galactosidase enzyme assay system. Results When Y. pestis was cultured in BHI, the transcription of rovA was inhibited by PhoP and upon temperature upshift while that ofpla was stimulated by CRP. Conclusion The rich BHI medium without the need for modification to be introduced into the relevant stimulating conditions （which are essential to triggering relevant gene regulatory cascades）, can be used in lieu of synthetic TMH media to cultivate Y. pestis for gene regulation studies.

In some scattered point cloud triangular mesh restoration algorithm, small triangular mesh holes problem will often affect the quality of the model. For small holes at the details, this paper propose a method for identifying and extracting hollow edge,and use a triangle growth way based on boundary edge angle to fill the empty void. First, according the relationship of the point, side and face of the triangle mesh model to identify the hole, then extracting the holes boundary edge and classifying it. Finally, using a triangle growth method based on holes boundary edge angle to fill each small holes separated from the boundary. Compared with other algorithm of filling holes, this method is high efficiency for small holes of smooth surface,and itimprovesthe quality of the triangular mesh model.

In order toovercomethe poor local search ability of genetic algorithm, resulting in the basic genetic algorithm is time-consuming, and low search abilityin the late evolutionary, we use thegray coding instead ofbinary codingatthebeginning of the coding;we use multi-point crossoverto replace the originalsingle-point crossoveroperation.Finally, theexperimentshows that the improved genetic algorithmnot only has a strong search capability, but also thestability has been effectively improved.

Ferroptosis is a novel form of regulated cell death characterized by iron-dependent excessive lipid peroxidation.The core organelle involved in ferroptosis is mitochondria.Mito-chondria undergoing ferroptosis are distinct from normal mitochondria in terms of morphology,biochemistry,gene expression,and energy metabolism.An increasing number of studies have shown that mitochondria and their associated metabolic pathways mediate ferroptosis in the development and progression of breast cancer.In this review,we discuss the relevant research about ferroptosis in breast cancer and provide a comprehensive summary of mitochondrial regulation in ferroptosis from the perspective of lipid metabolism,oxidative phosphorylation,ion metabolism,glycometabolism,and nucleotide metabolism.We also summarize the appli-cation of mitochondrial metabolism-related pathways as ferroptosis treatment targets.Here we provide new insights into the relationship between mitochondria,ferroptosis,and breast cancertreatment.
