Plant antifreeze proteins(AFPs)are special proteins that can protect plant cells from ice crystal damage in low-temperature environments,and they play a crucial role in the process of plants adapting to cold *** with these characteristics have been found inﬁsh living in cold regions,as well as many plants and *** research on plant AFPs started relatively late,their application prospects are broad,leading to the attention of many researchers to the isolation,cloning,and genetic improvement of plant AFP *** have found that the distribution of AFPs in different species seems to be the result of independent evolu-tionary *** the AFPs found inﬁsh and insects,plant AFPs have multiple hydrophilic ice-binding domains,and their recrystallization inhibition activity is about 10–100 times that ofﬁsh and insect *** different plant AFPs have the characteristics of low TH and high RI,their DNA and amino acid sequences are completely different,with small *** in-depth research and analysis of the character-istics and mechanisms of plant AFPs,not only has our understanding of plant antifreeze mechanisms been enriched,but it can also be used to improve crop varieties and enhance their freezing tolerance,yield,and quality through genetic *** addition,the study of plant AFPs also contributes to our understanding of freezing resistance mechanisms in other organisms and provides new research directions for theﬁeld of ***,based on the analysis of relevant literature,this article will delve into the concepts,character-istics,research methods,and mechanisms of plant AFPs,summarize the latest research progress and application prospects of AFPs in plant,and provide prospects for the future development of AFP gene research.

Self-supervised graph representation learning has recently shown considerable promise in a range of fields, including bioinformatics and social networks. A large number of graph contrastive learning approaches have shown promising performance for representation learning on graphs, which train models by maximizing agreement between original graphs and their augmented views(i.e., positive views). Unfortunately, these methods usually involve pre-defined augmentation strategies based on the knowledge of human experts. Moreover, these strategies may fail to generate challenging positive views to provide sufficient supervision signals. In this paper, we present a novel approach named graph pooling contrast(GPS) to address these *** by the fact that graph pooling can adaptively coarsen the graph with the removal of redundancy, we rethink graph pooling and leverage it to automatically generate multi-scale positive views with varying emphasis on providing challenging positives and preserving semantics, i.e., strongly-augmented view and weakly-augmented view. Then, we incorporate both views into a joint contrastive learning framework with similarity learning and consistency learning, where our pooling module is adversarially trained with respect to the encoder for adversarial robustness. Experiments on twelve datasets on both graph classification and transfer learning tasks verify the superiority of the proposed method over its counterparts.

Thermodynamic modeling is still themostwidely usedmethod to characterize aerosol acidity,a critical physicochemical property of atmospheric ***,it remains unclear whether gas-aerosol partitioning should be incorporated when thermodynamicmodels are employed to estimate the acidity of coarse *** this work,field measurements were conducted at a coastal city in northern China across three seasons,and covered wide ranges of temperature,relative humidity and NH_(3) *** examined the performance of different modes of ISORROPIA-II(a widely used aerosol thermodynamic model)in estimating aerosol acidity of coarse and fine *** M0 mode,which incorporates gas-phase data and runs the model in the forward mode,provided reasonable estimation of aerosol acidity for coarse and fine *** to M0,the M1 mode,which runs the model in the forward mode but does not include gas-phase data,may capture the general trend of aerosol acidity but underestimates pH for both coarse and fine particles;M2,which runs the model in the reverse mode,results in large errors in estimated aerosol pH for both coarse and fine particles and should not be used for aerosol acidity ***,M1 significantly underestimates liquid water contents for both fine and coarse particles,while M2 provides reliable estimation of liquid water *** summary,our work highlights the importance of incorporating gas-aerosol partitioning when estimating coarse particle acidity,and thus may help improve our understanding of acidity of coarse particles.

Topological insulators represent a new quantum phase of matter with spin-polarized surface states that are protected from backscattering, exhibiting electronic responses to light, such as topological quantum phase transitions. However, the effects of high-frequency driving topological intrinsic systems have remained largely unexplored challenges experimentally for high-sensitivity terahertz detection. In this study, by integrating Sb2Te3 topological insulators with subwavelength metal antennas through micro-nano processing, a high-frequency terahertz detector with high sensitivity is proposed. The enhanced response originates from the asymmetric scattering of the surface electrons in the Sb_(2)Te_(3) flakes induced by the terahertz wave. The device displays room-temperature photodetection with a responsivity of 192 mA/W and equivalent noise power of less than 0.35 nW/Hz^(1/2) in the frequency range from 0.02 to 0.3 THz. These results pave the way for the exploitation of topological insulators for high-frequency operation in real-time imaging within long-wavelength optoelectronics.

采用冲击换热方式对燃气涡轮导向叶片端壁外侧腔体进行冷却,对于延长燃气涡轮的使用寿命和保障其安全运行十分有效。采用数值模拟方法,对燃气涡轮导向叶片端壁外侧腔体内凸台形表面的冲击冷却换热性能进行研究,并对冲击换热过程的熵增进行分析。研究表明:随着冲击气流雷诺数的增大,冲击靶面与冲击孔面上的平均努塞尔数增大;雷诺数一定时,增大冲击靶距,冲击靶面和冲击孔面平均努塞尔数减小,但冲击靶面上的被冷却范围增大,换热更加均匀;增大凸台上表面的宽度,冲击靶面上的被冷却范围相对减小,冲击靶面和冲击孔面的平均努塞尔数分别减小与增大;凸台上表面比其两侧的下表面换热更好;冲击冷却过程的熵增主要来源于因黏性耗散产生的熵产及换热产生的熵流,流动涡旋区的熵产是熵增的主要原因。研究结论可为优化凸台形冲击腔的结构参数及操作参数,提高其冲击换热效果提供依据和参考。

A real-time multi-head mixed attention mechanism-based prediction method for tunnel boring machine disc cutter wear

In the process of hard rock tunnel excavation,workers often need to enter the tunnel boring machine(TBM)cutterhead at regular intervals to measure cutter ***,this method is time-consuming and *** cutter prediction models primarily rely on geological parameters to predict overall cutter wear before construction,making it challenging to monitor real-time wear at different locations of the cutter and obtain accurate geological *** address these challenges,this paper proposes a multi-head mixed attention mechanism-based method for real-time wear prediction of TBM disc ***,a method of cutter wear normalization to eliminate measurement noise is ***,considering the complex correlation of TBM operating parameters in feature and time dimensions,a new multi-head mixed attention mechanism model is designed to establish the dependency between different features and different moments,to better establish the mapping model between operating parameters and cutter ***,the current cutter wear state can be calculated by accumulating the wear amount of all previous small excavation *** effectiveness of the method is verified by using field data from the Mumbai *** results demonstrate that the method is capable of real-time prediction of front cutter and edge cutter wear on the test set,achieving an average accuracy rate of 95.75%.Moreover,the method can update the cutter wear status after every meter of excavation,which has good real-time *** addition,the average accuracy of cutter wear prediction of the proposed method is 11.75%,10.375%,3.875%,3.625%,1.375%,3.125%,2.25%,and 0.75%higher than that of LSTM,CNN,LSTM-CNN,CACNN,SACNN,MMADNN,MTACNN,and *** summary,this approach offers an accurate prediction of cutter wear state while reducing inspection time and costs and has high application value.

In order to assess the risk of grid frequency deviation caused by power fluctuations in a wind farm more precisely, an annual second-level wind power fluctuation model should be established. Firstly, the annual second-level wind speed considering the spatial correlation in a wind farm is constructed. The annual average wind speed with auto-correlation and satisfying the Weibull distribution is simulated, with which the second-level wind speed incorporating the spatial correlation of wind farm is calculated based on the Kaimal power spectrum in frequency domain. Finally, the wind power fluctuation is determined using the wind speed obtained previously and is utilized to estimate the subsequent frequency deviation. The effectiveness of the generated annual second-level wind power fluctuations is validated via simulations performed in MATLAB/Simulink.
