We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

Pattern-based rapid and robust profiling of gut microbiota and its metabolism with a single fluorescent probe

The gut microbiota and the associated metabolism play a pivotal role in maintaining human health,yet their assessment is challenging due to their inherent diversity,variety,and ***,we developed a multichannel sensor array based on a single fluorescent probe,allowing for rapid and robust profiling gut microbiota and their key metabolites including cysteine(Cys),glutathione (GSH),and homocysteine (Hcy).The assay leverages the single fluorescent probe that is with multiple binding sites and the cross-reactive sensing principle to specifically recognize different biological *** analyzing the pattern of biological thiols,the assay is capable of rapidly identifying six gut-derived bacteria including probiotics,neutral,and pathogenic strains based on fluorescent fingerprints within 5 min,and also discriminating bacteria and their mixtures with different *** the assay that enables the simultaneous measurement of multiple gut-derived bacteria and their metabolites,the designed array achieved an accuracy of 0.99 when discriminating colorectal cancer (CRC) patient feces samples from healthy ***,the as-prepared sensor array can also be used to identify various stages of *** simplicity,rapidness,and cost-effectiveness of our approach render it a robust platform for the analysis of gut microbiota.

Sepsis is a life-threatening inflammatory syndrome with high morbidity and mortality ***,options for sepsis are still limited to general treatment in intensive care units(ICUs),and effective therapies that improve sepsis survival are *** disturbances play a vital role in the pathology of sepsis and are associated with protracted inflammation,susceptibility to infections,and ***,many investigators have focused on the potential benefits of immunomodulation therapy for ***(EA)has been practiced in clinics for many years and has shown advantages in treating infectious *** the last few decades,our understanding of the efficacy and mechanisms of EA in sepsis has undergone considerable *** searched the literature regarding“CNKI,Wan fang Data,VIP Database,PubMed,and Ingenta Connect”from 2010 to 2023,using the keywords“sepsis”“septic”and“electroacupuncture”and 336 sources were ***,we included 82 studies that targeted the immune system to determine EA’s anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects on *** this review,we found that EA has clinical benefits in relieving septic inflammation,improving immune function,and attenuating related multi-organ injury through several mechanisms,such as activation of the cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway(CAP),vagaladrenal axis,inhibition of the nuclear factor Kappa-B(NF-κB)signaling pathway,signal transducers and activators of transcription(STAT)signaling pathway,and improvement of immune cell ***,EA may be a promising complementary therapy for sepsis *** also expect these data will contribute to further studies on EA in sepsis.

为了筛选出合适的内参基因,构建高温胁迫下不同生长发育时期橡胶树白粉菌基因表达的RT-qPCR体系。利用实时荧光定量PCR技术对EF1、GAPDH、CH、H3、PBS2、TUB、CU 7个候选内参基因进行表达水平测定,并结合△Ct法、GeNorm、NormFinder和Refindre对其进行表达稳定性分析。分生孢子时期基因表达稳定性为EF1>H3>PBS2>TUB>GAPDH>CH>CU,萌发期为GAPDH>EF1>PBS2>CH>TUB>H3>CU,侵染期为EF1>GAPDH>PBS2>H3>TUB>CU>CH,在菌丝生长期和产孢期,基因的表达稳定顺序分别为EF1>GAPDH>CH>H3>CU>TUB>PBS2和EF1>GAPDH>H3>PBS2>CU>TUB>CH。综上所述,EF1基因可以作为高温胁迫对橡胶树白粉菌基因表达的理想内参基因。本研究结果为高温胁迫下橡胶树白粉菌相关基因的表达研究提供了合适的内参基因。

本文以国家重点研发计划项目为研究语境,以“契约明确性-合作参与度-技术转移能力-技术转移绩效”为理论模型,探讨项目团队应如何合作才有助于高技术转移绩效的产生,应用结构方程模型对该模型进行检验,使用多群组结构方程模型探讨不同资源依赖性、合作嵌入度、社会认可需求情境对模型各路径的不同影响。研究发现:契约明确性是技术转移绩效的前因变量,技术转移能力对技术转移绩效的影响力最强,合作参与度在契约明确性对技术转移绩效的影响过程中起传导作用。在不同情境中,契约明确性对技术转移绩效的各影响路径存在显著差异。研究结论可为政府有效管理科技项目以及首席科学家管理团队工作、促进技术转移提供参考。

Wide-bandgap(>1.7 eV)perovskites suffer from severe light-induced phase segregation due to high bromine content,causing irreversible damage to devices ***,the strategies of suppressing photoinduced phase segregation and related mechanisms have not been fully ***,we report a new passivation agent 4-aminotetrahydrothiopyran hydrochloride(4-ATpHCl)with multifunctional groups for the interface treatment of a 1.77-eV wide-bandgap perovskite film.4-ATpH^(+)impeded halogen ion migration by anchoring on the perovskite surface,leading to the inhibition of phase segregation and thus the passivation of defects,which is ascribed to the interaction of 4-ATpH^(+)with perovskite and the formation of low-dimensional ***,the champion device achieved an efficiency of 19.32%with an open-circuit voltage(V_(OC))of 1.314 V and a fill factor of 83.32%.Moreover,4-ATpHCl modified device exhibited significant improved stability as compared with control *** target device maintained 80%of its initial efficiency after 519 h of maximum power output(MPP)tracking under 1 sun illumination,however,the control device showed a rapid decrease in efficiency after 267 ***,an efficiency of 27.38%of the champion 4-terminal all-perovskite tandem solar cell was achieved by mechanically stacking this wide-bandgap top subcell with a 1.25-eV low-bandgap perovskite bottom subcell.

Genetic Analysis and Gene Mapping of a Rice Tiller Angle Mutant tac2

Tiller angle, a very essential agronomic trait, is significant in rice breeding, especially in plant type breeding. A tiller anglo controlling 2 （tac2） mutant was obtained from a restorer line Jinhui 10 by ethyl methane sulphonate mutagenesis. The tac2 mutant displayed normal phenotype at the seedling stage and the tiller angle significantly increased at the tillering stage, A preliminary physiological research indicated that the mutant was sensitive to GA. Thus, it is speculated that TAC2 and TAC1 might control the tiller angle in the same way. Genetic analysis showed that the mutant trait was controlled by a major recessive gene and was located on chromosome 9 using SSR markers. The genetic distances between TAC2 and its nearest markers RM3320 and RM201 were 19.2 cM and 16,7 cM, respectively.

Characteristic of solid product layer of MgSO in the reaction of MgO with SO2

The microstructure, nucleation and growth of MgSO4 product layer during the reaction of MgO single crystal with SO2 and O2 were investigated with thermo gravity analyzer (TGA) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The AFM images indicated that three dimensional islands with different sizes were formed during the initial reaction stage. At the initial stage, cone-shaped islands were formed, and most of them appeared at the position with terrace-step-kink. With the reaction time increasing, small islands would grow to large islands, and the coalescent would happen during this growth stage. During the product layer growth stage, the space and surface between islands would be occupied by islands, and continuum islands were formed. With the reaction time increasing in the product layer growth stage, the size of island increased while the number and total surface of all islands decreased.

Variation of soil enzyme activity and microbial biomass in poplar plantations of different genotypes and stem spacings

To improve the productivity of poplar planta- tions, a field experiment of split-plot design with four tree spacings and three poplar clones was established, and four soil enzyme activities and microbial biomass were monitored in the trial. Soil enzyme activities, in most cases, were significantly higher in topsoil （0-10 cm） than in lower horizons （10-20 cm）. Soil cellulase, catalase and protease activities during the growing season were higher than during the non-growing season, while invertase activity followed the opposite trend. Soil invertase, cellulase and catalase activities varied by poplar clone but soil protease activity did not. Cellulase and protease activities in the plantation at 5 × 5 m spacing were significantly higher than in the other spacings. The highest catalase activity was recorded at 6 × 6 m spacing. At the same planting density, invertase activity was greater in square spacings than in rectangular spacings. Soil microbial biomass was also significantly affected by seedling spacing and poplar clone. The mean soil MBC was significantly lower in topsoil than in the lower horizon, while MBN showed the opposite pattern. Significantly positive correlations were observed among soil cellulase, protease and catalase activities （p 〈0.01）, whereas soil invertase activity was negatively and significantly correlated with cellulase, protease and catalase activities （p 〈 0.01）. Soil microbial biomass and enzyme activities were not correlated except for a significantly negative correlation between soil MBC and catalase activities. Variations in soil enzyme activity and microbial biomass in different poplar plantations suggest that genotype and planting spacing should be considered when modeling soil nutrient dynamics and managing for long-term site productivity.
