This study focuses on the improvement of path planning efficiency for underwater gravity-aided ***,a Depth Sorting Fast Search(DSFS)algorithm was proposed to improve the planning speed of the Quick Rapidly-exploring Random Trees*(Q-RRT*)algorithm.A cost inequality relationship between an ancestor and its descendants was derived,and the ancestors were filtered ***,the underwater gravity-aided navigation path planning system was designed based on the DSFS algorithm,taking into account the fitness,safety,and asymptotic optimality of the routes,according to the gravity suitability distribution of the navigation ***,experimental comparisons of the computing performance of the ChooseParent procedure,the Rewire procedure,and the combination of the two procedures for Q-RRT*and DSFS were conducted under the same planning environment and parameter conditions,*** results showed that the computational efficiency of the DSFS algorithm was improved by about 1.2 times compared with the Q-RRT*algorithm while ensuring correct computational results.

This paper considers the supplier investment decision-making problem in a supply chain consisting of an original equipment manufacturer(OEM),a global supplier,and a local *** reduce dependence on global suppliers and improve supply stability,we develop a differential game model to investigate the optimal investment decisions of the OEM towards the local supplier under different risk scenarios and the impact of different risks on the optimal *** results show that investment efficiency and risks have a significant impact on OEM investment ***,when the OEM has higher investment efficiency,investing in the local supplier is profitable for the OEM;conversely,when the investment efficiency of the OEM is lower,it does not *** addition,an increase in the supply risk of the global supplier will lower the entry threshold for OEM investment,but an increase in the supply risk of the local supplier and the reputational risk of both will increase this threshold,meaning that only the OEM with significantly higher investment efficiency can profit.

A New Method for the Aging Evaluation of Oil-Paper Insulation Using η-Butanol and Methanol

To improve the accuracy and efficiency of the aging life prediction and assessment of transformer oil-paper insulation,and to make up for the deficiencies of traditional characterizers,such as 2-furfural,carbon monoxide,and carbon dioxide,a method for the simultaneous determination of methanol,ethanol,n−propanol,and η-butanol in oil with a single injection is established by headspace-gas chromatography-mass *** measured results show that the determination limits of the four alcohol characterizers can be controlled to 10μg/kg *** on this method,the change patterns of the above four alcohols with thermal aging time and degree of polymerization are obtained through thermal aging experimental ***,η-propanol,and η-butanol in oil indicate nearly linear correlations with thermal aging time and degree of polymerization,similar to that of *** analyzing 52 sets of measured data of 500 kV EHV transformers in operation,η-butanol is found to have excellent performance,and a new method to evaluate the aging state of oil-paper insulation employing η-butanol and methanol is proposed along with the aging attention value *** measured data of 500 kV EHV transformers in operation indicate that the combination of η-butanol and methanol as the preferred characterizers can effectively compensate for the shortcoming of traditional characterizers in the early stages of aging,and the feasibility of the method is *** possible pathways for the generation of η-butanol by cellulose cleavage during the aging of oil-paper are proposed from the chemical structure of cellulose.

To investigate the specific creep behavior of ultra-deep buried salt during oil and gas exploitation,a set of triaxial creep experiments was conducted at elevated temperatures with constant axial pressure and unloading confining pressure *** results show that the salt sample deforms more significantly with the increase of applied temperature and deviatoric *** accelerated creep phase is not occurring until the applied temperature reaches 130℃,and higher temperature is beneficial to the occurrence of accelerated *** describe the specific creep behavior,a novel three-dimensional(3D)creep constitutive model is developed that incorporates the thermal and mechanical variables into mechanical ***,the standard particle swarm optimization(SPSO)method is adopted to fit the experimental data,and the sensibility of key model parameters is analyzed to further illustrate the model *** a result,the model can accurately predict the creep behavior of salt under the coupled thermo-mechanical effect in deep-buried *** on the research results,the creep mechanical behavior of wellbore shrinkage is predicted in deep drilling projects crossing salt layer,which has practical implications for deep rock mechanics problems.

An approach to estimate ocean wave directional spectrum using spatio-temporal array of acoustic ranging and current measurement is proposed,and the 5-beam acoustic Doppler current profiler(ADCP)constructs a spatio-temporal array of acoustic ocean surface elevation tracking and acoustic Doppler current velocity measuring for directional wave *** on the linear wave theory and the space-time equivalence principle,the time-space transfer function applicable to the spatio-temporal array is proposed,and then the time delay term is compensated in the calculation of the covariance *** method can reduce the error of the directional spectrum *** results show that for the low signal-to-noise ratio from 0 dB to 5 dB,compared with the 4-beam synchronous array method,this method has a smaller root-mean-square error of the peak estimation of the directional *** field test shows that,compared with the 4-beam synchronous array method,the 5-beam spatio-temporal array method improves the kurtosis index of the directional spectrum from 2.31 to 2.80,and the correlation coefficient between the peak wave direction results of the ADCP and the buoy is increased from 0.80 to 0.83 in mild wave ***,the spatio-temporal array method can increase the degree of freedom of wave measurement,reduce the minimum aperture of the array,and increase the upper cut-off frequency of the estimable directional spectrum.

Sodium metal batteries(SMBs)are rising as viable alternatives to lithium-ion systems due to their superior energy density and sodium's relative ***,SMBs face significant impediments,particularly the exceedingly high negative-to-positive capacity ratios(N/P ratios)which severely encumber energy density and hinder their practical ***,a novel nucleophilic Na_(3)P interphase on aluminum foil has been designed to significantly lower the nucleation energy barrier for sodium atom deposition,resulting in a remarkable reduction of nucleation overpotential and efficient mitigation of dendritic growth at high sodium deposition of 5 mA h cm^(−2).The interphase promotes stable cycling in anode-less SMB configurations with a low N/P ratio of 1.4 and high cathode mass loading of 11.5 mg cm^(−2),and demonstrates a substantial increase in high capacity retention of 92.4%after 500 cycles even under 1 C rate *** innovation signifies a promising leap forward in the development of high-energy-density,anode-less SMBs,offering a potential solution to the longstanding issues of cycle stability and energy efficiency.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of patients with gallstones and its effect on the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-a).Methods:A total of 82 patients with gallstones admitted from July 2020 to July 2023 were recruited and allocated into control and observation groups using the random number table method,with 41 cases in each *** patients were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,with the anterior triangle anatomical approach to the gallbladder in the control group and the posterior triangle anatomical approach to the gallbladder in the observation *** treatment effect and inflammatory factor levels of both groups were observed and ***:When comparing the clinical outcomes of both patient groups,the key parameters evaluated included time to mobilization,duration of surgery,extubation time,and intraoperative *** observation group exhibited a significant advantage in these parameters compared to the control group(P<0.05).Regarding the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in values before ***,following treatment,patients in the observation group showed significantly lower levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and C-reactive protein(CRP)compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones can benefit from the implementation of the posterior triangular anatomical approach to the gallbladder,which not only enhances therapeutic efficacy but also offers significant advantages in reducing levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and ***,it is recommended for the widespread adoption of this treatment approach in clinical practice.

Androgenetic alopecia(AGA)is a chronic and progressive form of hair loss characterized by vascular degeneration in the perifollicular microenvironment,leading to cell apoptosis and eventual loss of hair follicles(HFs).Traditional therapeutic formulations,such as Minoxidil(MXD)tincture,have limitations in reshaping the perifollicular microenvironment and exhibit limited ***,we report a multi-synergistic therapeutic platform for high-performance hair regeneration *** platform combines microneedle(MN)patches loaded with MXD-encapsulated nanostructured lipid carriers(MXD-NLC-MNs)and cold atmospheric plasma(CAP).The MNs’mechanical strength enables efficient transdermal delivery of MXD to the targeted dermal papilla cells,promoting cell ***,in collaboration with MXD,the mechanical stimulation exerted by MN application synergistically upregulates the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor,leading to ***,the transient microchannels in the skin created by MNs facilitate the transdermal delivery of CAPgenerated nitric oxide(NO)to the sites of HF lesions,whereby the synergistic interaction between MXD and NO boosts perifollicular ***,the perifollicular microenvironment can be effectively reshaped to accelerate hair regeneration in AGA murine *** multi-synergistic combination therapy strategy would hold great promise for effectively treating AGA and promoting hair regrowth.
