As the manufacturing process of silicon-based integrated circuits(ICs)approaches its physical limit,the quantum effect of silicon-based field-effect transistors(FETs)has become increasingly *** the burgeoning carbon-based semiconductor technology has become one of the most disruptive technologies in the post-Moore *** one-dimensional nanomaterials,carbon nanotubes(CNTs)are far superior to silicon at the same technology nodes of FETs because of their excellent electrical transport and scaling properties,rendering them the most competitive material in the next-generation ICs ***,certain challenges impede the industrialization of CNTs,particularly in terms of material preparation,which significantly hinders the development of CNT-based *** on CNT-based ICs technology,this review summarizes its main technical status,development trends,existing challenges,and future development directions.

Drug transporters are essential players in the transmembrane transport of a wide variety of clinical *** broad substrate spectra and versatile distribution pattern of these membrane proteins infer their pharmacological and clinical *** our accumulating knowledge on the three-dimensional structure of drug transporters,their oligomerization status has become a topic of intense study due to the possible functional roles carried out by such kind of post-translational modification(PTM).In-depth studies of oligomeric complexes formed among drug transporters as well as their interactions with other regulatory proteins can help us better understand the regulatory mechanisms of these membrane proteins,provide clues for the development of novel drugs,and improve the therapeutic *** this review,we describe different oligomerization forms as well as their structural basis of major drug transporters in the ATP-binding cassette and solute carrier superfamilies,summarize our current knowledge on the influence of oligomerization for protein expression level and transport function of these membrane proteins,and discuss the regulatory mechanisms of ***,we highlight the challenges associated with the current oligomerization studies and propose some thoughts on the pharmaceutical application of this important drug transporter PTM.

In this paper,we discuss the related properties of some particular derivations in semihoops and give some characterizations of ***,we prove that every Heyting algebra is isomorphic to the algebra of all multiplicative derivations and show that every Boolean algebra is isomorphic to the algebra of all implicative ***,we show that the sets of multiplicative and implicative derivations on bounded regular idempotent semihoops are in oneto-one correspondence.

This work focuses on the ground-state phase diagram,the compensation temperatures and the critical behaviors of a ferrimagnetic graphene-like trilayer induced by crystal fields and exchange *** simulation results show that a negative decrease in crystal field or an increase in exchange coupling can increase the critical *** importantly,an M curve with double compensation temperatures can be observed,which is not predicted by the Neel *** remarkable compensation phenomenon has potential application value in the field of magnetic recording.

On a cold spouted fluidized bed,this study compares the characteristic differences in intrinsic mode function(IMF)energy and Hilbert–Huang spectrum between the spout zone and annulus zone under different combinations of spouted gas and fluidized gas flow rates for five typical flow *** energy distribution characteristics under different flow patterns are also *** Hilbert–Huang spectrum and IMF energy of pressure difference signals exhibit distinct variations in different zones as the flow pattern ***,there exists a correlation between the energy in the middle-frequency range and the flow *** the K-means algorithm,the middle-frequency range energy of IMFs in the spout zone and annulus zone is subjected to clustering analysis,leading to the identification of partition boundaries for each flow *** on this,a flow pattern identification method of spouted fluidized bed coupled with middle-frequency range energy in spout zone and annulus zone is proposed,which has very high identification accuracy.
