吴茱萸次碱(rutaecarpine)是从传统中药吴茱萸中分离出来的一种喹唑啉类生物碱,具有广泛的生物学和药理学活性,吸引了大量学者和专业人员对其进行研究.迄今,对吴茱萸次碱的研究主要包括从新的天然来源中分离提取和开发新的全合成方法,发现新的生物活性、代谢、毒理学性质、结构修饰与活性的关系、含量测定分析方法的建立等.随着研究的不断深入,发现吴茱萸次碱的溶解性很低,这影响了其吸收效率,其高细胞毒性也阻碍了其作为药物的发展.于是,众多学者对吴茱萸次碱结构修饰和改造做了大量研究,发现了一些新的、更好的生物活性结构.本文综述了近年来吴茱萸次碱结构修饰方面的研究,以期为寻找具有开发前景的吴茱萸次碱衍生物提供依据.

Thermal test and numerical simulation of cooling stave with internal ribbed tube

A new type of cooling stave with internal ribbed tube was proposed,and the heat transfer performance of the stave was studied by means of thermal test and numerical *** temperature of cooling stave was monitored in the conditions of furnace gas temperature of 200-700 C and cooling water velocity of 0.2-1.0 m/*** thermal test results show that the internal rib structure can form swirl in the water pipe and improve the cooling capacity of the cooling *** higher the furnace temperature or the lower the cooling water flow rate,the more obvious the advantage of the cooling stave with internal ribbed *** mathematical model of the cooling stave with internal ribbed tube was established by FLUENT software,and the influence of the internal rib structure parameters on the heat transfer performance of the cooling stave was *** is suggested that the parameters of the internal ribbed tube should be 4 ribs,1 mm in height,5-7 mm in width,and 20-30 mm in *** the same common working conditions of the cooling stave,the maximum temperature of the newly designed cooling stave with internal ribbed tube is reduced by 5.6%compared with that of common cooling stave with round *** water flow rate in the internal ribbed tube only needs 0.9 m/s to reach the cooling effect of 2 m/s in the common tube cooling stave,which can save 55%of *** case of water shortage accident of cooling stave,the maximum temperature of the cooling stave with internal ribbed tube is decreased by 22.4%compared with that of common round tube,which can effectively reduce the harm of water shortage and protect the cooling stave.

Heterogeneous Information Networks(HINs)contain multiple types of nodes and edges;therefore,they can preserve the semantic information and structure *** analysis using an HIN has obvious advantages over a transformation into a homogenous information network,which can promote the clustering results of different types of *** our study,we applied a Nonnegative Matrix Tri-Factorization(NMTF)in a cluster analysis of multiple metapaths in *** the parameter estimation method of the probability distribution in previous studies,NMTF can obtain several dependent latent variables simultaneously,and each latent variable in NMTF is associated with the cluster of the corresponding node in the *** method is suited to co-clustering leveraging multiple metapaths in HIN,because NMTF is employed for multiple nonnegative matrix factorizations simultaneously in our *** results on the real dataset show that the validity and correctness of our method,and the clustering result are better than that of the existing similar clustering algorithm.

针对风电行业备件数量多、需求波动大、分布地区广和业务需求多样的特性,现有评价指标体系不能全面评估的问题,提出了基于重要度的两级多指标分类方法。首先,对风电企业运维业务数据进行分析,从风电机组备件采购、备件调配、备件使用的3个准则17个指标建立层次备件评价指标体系,并依据指标特点构建赋分体系。其次选取定性、定量指标计算备件重要度,作为先筛选再分类两级分类依据,得出3大类、27小类的分类结果。最后对分类结果进行分析,提出相应的管理建议。

As an important industrial enzyme,protease is widely used in feed,food and other *** present,the insufficient protease activity obtained from microorganisms cannot meet the purpose of industrial *** this study,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens with high protease production was screened from animal feces by plate transparent circle *** improve the production of protease,atmospheric room temperature plasma(ARTP)mutagenesis was used in the first round,protease activity reached 315.0 U/***,to enhance production of protease,^(60)Co-γirradiation was used for combined mutagenesis,leading to protease activity of *** FMME ZK003 up to 355.0 U/***,to realize the efficient production of protease,after optimization of fermentation conditions,protease activity was increased to 456.9 U/***,protease activity of *** FMME ZK003 reached 823.0 U/mL in a 5 L *** results indicate that *** can efficiently produce protease,which provides a good foundation for the industrial production of protease.

Increasing research has focused on semantic communication,the goal of which is to convey accurately the meaning instead of transmitting symbols from the sender to the *** this paper,we design a novel encoding and decoding semantic communication framework,which adopts the semantic information and the contextual correlations between items to optimize the performance of a communication system over various *** the sender side,the average semantic loss caused by the wrong detection is defined,and a semantic source encoding strategy is developed to minimize the average semantic *** further improve communication reliability,a decoding strategy that utilizes the semantic and the context information to recover messages is proposed in the *** simulation results validate the superior performance of our strategies over state-of-the-art semantic coding and decoding policies on different communication channels.
