BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver disease(AoCLD)accounts for the majority of patients hospitalized in the Department of Hepatology or Infectious *** To explore the characterization of AoCLD to provide theoretical guidance for the accurate diagnosis and prognosis of *** Patients with AoCLD from the Chinese Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure(ACLF)study cohort were included in this *** clinical characteristics and outcomes,and the 90-d survival rate associated with each clinical type of AoCLD were analyzed,using the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank *** A total of 3375 patients with AoCLD were enrolled,including 1679(49.7%)patients with liver cirrhosis acute decompensation(LC-AD),850(25.2%)patients with ACLF,577(17.1%)patients with chronic hepatitis acute exacer-bation(CHAE),and 269(8.0%)patients with liver cirrhosis active phase(LC-A).The most common cause of chronic liver disease(CLD)was HBV infection(71.4%).The most common precipitants of AoCLD was bacterial infection(22.8%).The 90-d mortality rates of each clinical subtype of AoCLD were 43.4%(232/535)for type-C ACLF,36.0%(36/100)for type-B ACLF,27.0%(58/215)for type-A ACLF,9.0%(151/1679)for LC-AD,3.0%(8/269)for LC-A,and 1.2%(7/577)for *** HBV infection is the main cause of CLD,and bacterial infection is the main precipitant of *** most common clinical type of AoCLD is *** diagnosis and timely intervention are needed to reduce the mortality of patients with LC-AD or ACLF.

以沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides)优良品种“实优1号”为材料,对其叶片进行转录组测序,利用微卫星识别软件(microsatellite identification tool,MISA)和Primer 3(version 2.3.4)对获得的序列进行简单重复序列(simple sequence repeat,SSR)位点挖掘和引物设计,以收集的42份沙棘品种为研究材料,开展聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和毛细管电泳检测,旨在开发一套多态性高、稳定性好和通用性强的表达序列标签微卫星(express sequence tags from simple sequence repeat,EST-SSR)引物,构建沙棘指纹图谱,从而实现沙棘品种的快速准确鉴定,并对沙棘品种间亲缘关系进行分析。“实优1号”转录组测序共获得6196个SSR位点,其中,重复基元类型为182种,SSR基序长度主要分布在10~21 bp区间,占全部SSR的81.58%,主要SSR重复类型为单核苷酸重复(48.72%)、二核苷酸重复(22.68%)和三核苷酸重复(18.85%)。利用筛选出的28对引物在42份沙棘品种中共检测出193个等位基因,等位基因数(Na)、有效等位基因数(Ne)、观测杂合度(Ho)、期望杂合度(He)、多态信息含量(PIC)和Shannon信息指数(I)等遗传多样性参数的均值分别为6.964、3.495、0.617、0.671、0.623和1.384。UPGMA聚类分析表明,42份沙棘品种间的遗传相似性系数为0.601~0.990,当遗传相似性系数为0.694时,供试品种可分为2组;当遗传相似性系数约为0.7402时,供试品种可分为3组。优选6对引物构建指纹图谱,可以实现沙棘品种的快速准确鉴定。该研究可为沙棘的良种鉴定、指纹图谱构建以及遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析等提供分子水平的理论基础和数据支撑。

目的探讨胎儿不同程度肺动脉瓣狭窄(PS)的超声心动图特征、胎儿期与生后诊断一致性及生后结局。方法回顾性队列研究。选择2012年11月至2023年2月于上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院行胎儿期诊断并生后随访的108例PS胎儿为研究对象。收集PS胎儿形态学及血流动力学等超声心动图特征,且所有胎儿至少随访至生后6月龄。采用单因素方差分析和Kruskal-Wallis检验等比较不同程度PS胎儿的超声心动图特征差异。采用McNemar检验分析胎儿期与生后诊断一致性。应用Logistic回归分析中度PS胎儿需新生儿期干预的危险因素,并利用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线探索连续变量的最佳截断值。结果108例胎儿首诊时孕母年龄(30.8±4.0)岁,胎龄26.5(24.6,30.0)周。根据首诊超声心动图特征将胎儿PS分为轻度(17例)、中度(49例)和危重型(42例)。轻度PS胎儿超声心动图特征包括瓣膜增厚、回声增强伴流速增快或MPA扩张,中度PS同时伴瓣膜开放活动受限,瓣口呈五彩血流。中度和危重型PS胎儿过瓣流速明显快于轻度组[(2.66±0.86)和(2.77±1.30)比(1.43±0.59)m/s,F=14.52,P<0.001]。危重型PS均为动脉导管血流逆灌注,其右心室偏小比例明显高于轻度和中度组[42.9%(18/42)比0和2.0%(1/49),χ^(2)=31.73,P<0.001],且重度三尖瓣反流的比例也更高[35.7%(15/42)比0和10.2%(5/49),χ^(2)=36.94,P<0.001]。与轻度和危重型PS胎儿相比,中度PS胎儿期与生后诊断一致率更低[40.8%(20/49)比13/17和83.3%(35/42),χ^(2)=12.45,P=0.006]。过瓣流速是中度PS胎儿生后需新生儿期干预的独立危险因素(OR=7.21,95%CI 2.11~24.62),且胎儿中期过瓣流速≥2.18 m/s、胎儿晚期过瓣流速≥3.15 m/s提示中度PS胎儿需新生儿期干预。108例胎儿生后68例接受手术治疗后均存活,39例定期随访,1例未手术死亡,生后6个月存活率为99.1%(107/108)。结论不同程度的胎儿PS在超声心动图中表现出特征性的形态学和血流动力学改变。生后严重程度与胎儿期差异较大,应对胎儿PS行定期随访。胎儿PS的整体预后较好。

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

不锈钢螺栓具有显著的耐久性、延性和耐火性,因此它们被广泛地应用于栓接的半刚性节点中。不锈钢螺栓如同其基材(不锈钢棒材)一样,在常温和高温下都表现出平滑的非线性特征,并且它们的应力-应变曲线中没有明确定义的屈服点。这种材料行为可以用不同的材料模型来表征,其中最常用的是Ramberg-Osgood公式或其修订版。然而,在现存不锈钢的材料模型中,相关力学参数的预测公式并不适用于经受冷作硬化和冷铸工艺的奥氏体和双相体不锈钢螺栓。因此,本工作基于先前研究中高温下不锈钢螺栓的折减因子建立它们的非线性高温材料模型。倘若在五个常温力学参数(杨氏模量、比例极限、屈服强度、极限强度和极限应变)已知的情况下,基于高温折减公式计算某一温度下的五个力学参数,进而评估试验应力-应变曲线与预测曲线之间的相关性。这种预测方法表明预测曲线与试验曲线具有明显的一致性,说明基于折减因子所建立的高温材料模型具有准确的预测精度。因此,联合不锈钢螺栓的高温折减公式,基于常温下的五个力学参数就可以准确预测其在某一温度下的应力-应变曲线。

Composition and structure of coatings on Ti-6Al-4V alloy by micro-plasma oxidation in NaAlO2 solution

Compound ceramic coatings on Ti-6Al-4V alloy were prepared for different time by pulsed bi-polar micro-plasma oxidation (MPO) in NaAlO2 solution. The phase composition was studied by XRD. And the electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) of the coatings were measured to study the structure of the coatings, combined with the surface morphology. Using the proper EIS interpreting software, the "equivalent circuit" of the coatings was established, and meanwhile fitting values of equivalent element were obtained. The results show that the coating is composed of Al2 TiO5, α-Al2O3 and rutile TiO2, of which Al2 TiO5 is the main crystalline. Increasing the MPO time, the contents of Al2TiO5, rutile TiO2 and α-Al2O3 in the surface of the coating increase. And the EIS analysis and the surface morphology of the coatings illustrates the double-layer structure of the coatings, and the outer layer is loosen and the inner layer is compact. With the increase of the oxidizing time, the surface coarse degree of the coatings and the porosity of the outer layer of the coating are increased while the compactness of the inner layer of the coating is improved.
