Based on the dinuclear system model,the synthesis of the predicted double-magic nuclei^(2.8)Fl and 3.412. was investigated via neutron-rich radioactive beam-induced fusion *** reaction^(58)Ca+^(2.4)Pu is predicted to be favorable for producing^(2.8)Fl with a maximal ER cross section of 0.3.1 *** of the entrance channel effect reveal that the^(2.4)Pu target is more promising for synthesizing^(2.8)Fl than the neutron-rich targets^(2.8)Cm and^(2.9)Bk,because of the influence of the Coulomb *** the synthesis of 3.412.,the maximal ER cross section of 0.046 fb emerges in the reaction^(58)V+^(2.9)Bk,indicating the need for further advancements in both experimental facilities and reaction mechanisms.

Based on field geological survey, structural measurements and classical Ar/Ar dating of mica, biotite and K-feldspar, we obtain cooling ages for Miocene left-lateral shear along the Xianshuihe fault zone. The results document two thermal events during the sinistral shear. The early event (12.10 Ma) corresponds to rapid cooling of the Zheduoshan granitic massif from above 700℃ to below 3.0℃. The late event (5-3.5 Ma) corresponds to cooling of granites intruded along the eastern side of the fault zone. These dating results provide important thermochronological constraint on the timing of late Cenozoic eastward extrusion of the Chuan-Dian Block in the SE Tibetan margin.

This paper is concerned with the optimal threshold selection and resource allocation problems of quantized identification, whose aims are improving identification efficiency under limited resources. Firstly, the first-order asymptotically optimal quantized identification theory is extended to the weak persistent excitation condition. Secondly, the characteristics of time and space complexities are established based on the Cramér-Rao lower bound of quantized systems. On these basis, the optimal selection methods of fixed thresholds and adaptive thresholds are established under aperiodic signals, which answer how to achieve the best efficiency of quantized identification under the same time and space complexity. In addition, based on the principle of maximizing the identification efficiency under a given resource, the optimal resource allocation methods of quantized identification are given for the cases of fixed thresholds and adaptive thresholds, respectively, which show how to balance time and space complexity to realize the best identification efficiency of quantized identification.

The development of host-guest MOF luminescent composites has attracted considerable attention. However,it is still a challenge to reasonably design large scale conjugated polycarboxylic acids metal-organic framework (MOF) and modulate donor-acceptor interaction. Herein,a series of isostructural 3. porous lanthanide MOF [Ln_(2.(BINDI)0.5(NO_(3.)(DMA)(H_(2.O)]∙DMA∙2.5H_(2.O (Ln = La (1),Ce (2.,Pr (3. and Nd (4);H_(4)BINDI (N,N’-bis(5-isophthalic acid)-1,4,5,8-naphthalenediimide) were synthesized. Considering the electron-deficient performances of Ln-BINDI MOFs,D-A type composites Ln-MOFs (1—4@H_(4)TBAPy) were prepared via the incorporation of electron-rich H_(4)TBAPy (1,3.6,8-tetrakis(p-benzoic acid) pyrene),which more improved the luminescence performance of complexes 1—4 and can be used as fluorescence sensors for the detection of nitro compounds and aldehydes. High sensitivity of 1@H_(4)TBAPy towards pNBA,pNA PNP,DNP,and TNP could be achieved through hydrogen bond interactions between MOF and analytes,as well as the π-π interaction between H_(4)TBAPy and the naphthalene ring of BINDI,thus the fluorescence quenching efficiency of 1@H_(4)TBAPy was better than that of the complex 1. In addition,it is found that 1@H_(4)TBAPy has high selectivity and sensitivity to aromatic aldehyde SA,5-Mesal and HMBA. Such strategy to enhance the emission of NDI based Ln-BINDI MOFs,will open up an avenue to obtain more fluorescent MOFs for sensing.

Brassica oleracea has been developed into many important crops,including cabbage,kale,cauliflower,broccoli and so *** genome and gene annotation of cabbage(cultivar JZS),a representative morphotype of ***,has been widely used as a common reference in biological *** its genome assembly has been updated twice,the current gene annotation still lacks information on untranslated regions(UTRs)and alternative splicing(AS).Here,we constructed a high-quality gene annotation(JZSv3.using a full-length transcriptome acquired by nanopore sequencing,yielding a total of 59452.genes and 75684 ***,we re-analyzed the previously reported transcriptome data related to the development of different tissues and cold response using JZSv3.as a reference,and found that 3.43.out of 11908 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)underwent AS during the development of different tissues and 3.9 out of 903.cold-related genes underwent AS in response to cold ***,we also identified many AS genes,including BolLHCB5 and BolHSP70,that displayed distinct expression patterns within variant transcripts of the same gene,highlighting the importance of JZSv3.as a pivotal reference for AS ***,JZSv3.provides a valuable resource for exploring gene function,especially for obtaining a deeper understanding of AS regulation mechanisms.

Constructal design of a rectangular parallel phase change microchannel in a three-dimensional electronic device

Based on constructal theory,a rectangular parallel phase change microchannel model in a three-dimensional electronic device(TDED)is established with R13.a as the cooling *** on the minimization of a complex function(CF)composed of linear weighting sum of maximum temperature difference and pumping power consumption,constructal design of the TDED is conducted first;and then,maximum temperature difference and pumping power consumption are minimized by non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II *** results reveal that there exist an optimal mass flow rate(0.0012.kg/s)and a quadratic optimal aspect ratio(AR)(0.3.)of the microchannel which lead to quadratic minimum CF(0.817).Compared with the original value,the CF after optimization is reduced by 18.3.%.Reducing the inlet temperature of cooling fluid and microchannel number appropriately can help to enhance the overall performance of *** using the artificial neural network and genetic algorithms in the toolboxes of Matlab software,the optimal AR gained in the Pareto solution set is located between 0.2.*** smallest deviation index among three discussed strategies is 0.3.6,and the corresponding optimal AR is 0.413.which is selected as the optimal design strategy of the microchannel in the TDED under multiple *** findings in this study can serve as theoretical guides for thermal designs of electronic devices.

Based on the dinuclear system model,the calculated evaporation residue cross sections matched well with the current experimental *** synthesis of superheavy elements Z=12. was systematically studied through combinations of stable projectiles with Z=2.-3. and targets with half-lives exceeding 50 *** influence of mass asymmetry and isotopic dependence on the projectile and target nuclei was investigated in *** reactions^(2.4)Es(^(46)Ti,3.)^(2.7)12. and^(2.2.Es(^(46)Ti,3.)^(2.5)12. were found to be experimentally feasible for synthesizing superheavy element Z=12.,with maximal evaporation residue cross sections of 6.619 and 4.12. fb at 2.9.9 and 2.3.9 MeV,respectively.

Fucoxanthin improves serum lipids， liver metabolism and gut microbiota in hyperlipidemia mice

Fucoxanthin， a kind of exclusively algae-derived carotenoids， could reduce lipid content and regulate gut microbiota composition in obese mice， showing potential in preventing hyperlipidemia. This study aimed to illustrate fucoxanthin efficacy in modulating lipid metabolism in serum and liver of high-fat-induced hyperlipidemia mice， as well as investigate the underlying association with gut microbiota changes. Results showed that fucoxanthin significantly reduced body weight gain and body white fat of the mice. In the serum， total triglycerides (TG)， total cholesterol (TC) contents were significantly decreased and high-density-lipoprotein cholesterol levels was significantly upregulated. Moreover， fucoxanthin remarkedly prevented lipid accumulation in the liver. Especially， metabolomics results showed that lipids and lipid-like molecules were significantly downregulated compared with the control， indicating the advance of hepatic lipid metabolism. Bile acids profile in the liver was also greatly changed by fucoxanthin. Meanwhile， fucoxanthin remodeled gut microbiota composition and promoted the relative abundance of Desulfovibrio， Blautia and Clostridia genera. Finally， correlation analysis revealed that these gut microbiota changes were closely related with hepatic metabolites/metabolism and serum lipids. Altogether， this study showed great potential of fucoxanthin in improving serum lipids profile， hepatic lipids and bile acids metabolism of hyperlipidemia mice， which was associated with gut microbiota alteration.

Nd-Pb isotopic geochemistry of metabasalt from Dur抧goi ophiolite, Qinghai Prov-ince, NW china reveals the presence of DMM mixing with EMII components in its upper mantle source, which is comparable with present Indian MORB. Comparisons indicate that the geo-chemistry, chronology and source characteristics of Dur抧goi ophiolite coincide with Pa-leo-tethyan ophiolites from 揝anjiang?area. Together with evidences from regional geology in adjacent areas, this study proves that independent paleo-tethyan basins evolved contemporarily, the dynamics of which is attributed to the interaction of mantle plume with over-riding lithosphere.
