In this paper, we put our focus on a variable-coe^cient fifth-order Korteweg-de Vries （fKdV） equation, which possesses a great number of excellent properties and is of current importance in physical and engineering fields. Certain constraints are worked out, which make sure the integrability of such an equation. Under those constraints, some integrable properties are derived, such as the Lax pair and Darboux transformation. Via the Darboux transformation, which is an exercisable way to generate solutions in a recursive manner, the one- and two-solitonic solutions are presented and the relevant physical applications of these solitonic structures in some fields are also pointed out.

目的:研究基于双心医学模式的运动康复对冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后的影响。方法:于我院行PCI术的164例冠心病患者被随机均分为常规护理组与运动康复组(常规护理组基础上给予基于双心医学模式的运动康复),两组均干预6个... 详细信息

目的:研究基于双心医学模式的运动康复对冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后的影响。方法:于我院行PCI术的164例冠心病患者被随机均分为常规护理组与运动康复组(常规护理组基础上给予基于双心医学模式的运动康复),两组均干预6个月。比较两组一般临床资料、躯体化症状自评量表(SSS)评分,心功能指标:LVEF、LVEDV,6 min步行距离(6MWD)及健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果:随访过程中,常规护理组失访3例,运动康复组失访2例、终止随访4例。与常规护理组比较,干预6个月后,运动康复组SSS评分[(33.97±5.76)分比(25.76±4.79)分]、LVEDV[(125.33±16.14)ml比(119.53±16.82)ml]均显著降低,LVEF[(56.28±4.46)%比(59.28±4.90)%]、6MWD[(410.42±20.08)m比(439.69±20.66)m]及SF-36躯体功能[(19.20±4.22)分比(23.76±3.98)分]、肌体疼痛[(7.42±1.99)分比(8.84±1.94)分]、一般健康状况[(16.42±4.73)分比(19.09±4.37)分]、活力[16.0(7.0)分比19.0(6.8)分]、情感角色[(4.86±1.10)分比(5.18±0.86)分]、心理健康评分[20.0(5.0)分比24.0(8.8)分]均显著升高(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:基于双心医学模式的运动康复可显著改善冠心病患者PCI术后心功能及心理状况,提高生活质量。

A series of new conjugates of indomethacin with phenolic anfioxidants were synthesized for enhanced antiinflammatory activity as well as reduced ulcerogenic potency. It was found that all conjugates were very potent antioxidants in vitro. They could inhibit lipid peroxidafion significantly, while 11b-11e and 13b-13e could also interact with DPPH. However these conjugates showed little inhibition against croton oil induced mouse ear swelling.

Objective Hydroquinone(HQ),one of the phenolic metabolites of benzene,is widely recognized as an important participant in benzene-induced ***,there are few relevant proteomics in HQ-induced hematotoxicity and the mechanism hasn’t been fully understood *** In this study,we treated K562 cells with 40μmol/L HQ for 72 h,examined and validated protein expression changes by Label-free proteomic analysis and Parallel reaction monitoring(PRM),and performed bioinformatics analysis to identify interaction *** One hundred and eighty-seven upregulated differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)and 279 downregulated DEPs were identified in HQ-exposed K562 cells,which were involved in neutrophilmediated immunity,blood microparticle,and other GO terms,as well as the lysosome,metabolic,cell cycle,and cellular senescence-related *** on the 23 DEGs and 5 DEPs in erythroid differentiation-related pathways,we constructed the network of protein interactions and determined 6 DEPs(STAT1,STAT3,CASP3,KIT,STAT5B,and VEGFA)as main hub proteins with the most interactions,among which STATs made a central impact and may be potential biomarkers of HQ-induced *** Our work reinforced the use of proteomics and bioinformatic approaches to advance knowledge on molecular mechanisms of HQ-induced hematotoxicity at the protein level and provide a valuable basis for further clarification.

Synthesis of Iron-containing Carbon Microparticles from Deoiled Asphalt and Ferrocene

The deoiled asphalt as the carbon source and the ferrocene as the metal source and the catalyst precursor were chosen to synthesize iron-containing carbon microparticles through co-carbonization at the temperature of about 450℃ for 3 h. The resulting products were treated at 2 000 ℃ for 2 h. All samples were examined by high resolution transmission electron microscopy （HRTEM） and X-ray diffraction （XRD）. The results show that the iron particles in the heat-treated material are completely coated by carbon. In addition to the fully filled carbon microparticles as well as hollow carbon ones, also form carbon fibers with hollow centers. The formation mechanism of the as-prepared products was discussed briefly.

In this paper, under the Painleve-integrable condition, the auto-Biicklund transformations in different forms for a variable-coefficient Korteweg-de Vries model with physical interests are obtained through various methods including the Hirota method, truncated Painleve expansion method, extendedvariable-coefficient balancing-act method, and Lax pair. Additionally, the compatibility for the truncated Painleve expansion method and extended variable-coetfficient balancing-act method is testified.

Post-disaster reconstruction is a topic of global concern,and traditional villages have special heritage attributes and need to face more requirements and obstacles in post-disaster *** paper summarizes four concepts based on the research on post-disaster reconstruction both domestically and internationally,as well as the recovery and reconstruction of cultural *** a field survey of traditional villages in the Ms 6.8 Luding earthquake-stricken area,it is found that there are problems such as insufficient awareness of heritage value,misalignment of scientific reconstruction technology,and insufficient protection of reconstruction elements during the reconstruction *** villages face the risk of declining or even loss of heritage *** order to effectively protect traditional villages and inherit the carrier of regional culture,four targeted reconstruction response strategies are proposed,i.e.,to"establish special planning for traditional village preservation","emphasize recovery of the authenticity of village heritage","ensure elements for village heritage recovery"and"promote the activation and utilization of village heritage",based on the problems discovered during the survey and the four concepts summarized in the research on post-disaster reconstruction of traditional *** research results hope to provide useful reference for ancient cultural areas affected by earthquakes on how to protect cultural heritage during the post-disaster reconstruction process.

In this paper, we derive the bilinear form for a variable-coefficient Kadomtsev Petviashvili-typed equation. Based on the bilinear form, we obtain the Wronskian determinant solution, which is proved to be indeed an exact solution of this equation through the Wronskian technique. In addition, we testify that this equation can be reduced to a Jacobi identity by considering its solution as a Grammian determinant by means of Pfaffian derivative formulae.

Synchrotron tomography experiments are transitioning into multifunctional,cross-scale,and dynamic characterizations,enabled by new-generation synchrotron light sources and fast developments in beamline ***,with the spatial and temporal resolving power entering a new era,this transition generates vast amounts of data,which imposes a significant burden on the data processing ***,as a highly accurate and efficient data processing method,deep learning shows great potential to address the big data challenge being encountered at future synchrotron *** this review,we discuss recent advances employing deep learning at different stages of the synchrotron tomography data processing *** also highlight how applications in other data-intensive fields,such as medical imaging and electron tomography,can be migrated to synchrotron ***,we provide our thoughts on possible challenges and opportunities as well as the outlook,envisioning selected deep learning methods,curated big models,and customized learning strategies,all through an intelligent scheduling solution.
