Characteristics of gut microbiota in anastomotic leakage patients in cold zones post-colorectal cancer surgery: A high-throughput sequencing and propensity-score matching study

Objective:The study aimed to explore the association between gut microbiota and anastomotic leakage(AL)after surgery in colorectal cancer(CRC)patients from a frigid zone,based on high-throughput ***:A total of 98 CRC patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical university from July 2018 to February 2019,who met the inclusion criteria,were *** these,10 patients were diagnosed as *** propensity-score matching of baseline characteristics,10 patients from the anastomotic leakage group(AG)and 10 patients from the normal group(NG)were finally included in this *** samples were collected,and total DNA was extracted for high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatic ***:Alpha diversity analysis showed no significant difference between the two groups,while beta diversity analysis revealed significant differences in principal *** microbiota were classified as Proteobacteria at the phylum level(P=0.021).At the genus level,the abundances of Streptococcus(P=0.045),Citrobacter(P=0.008)and Klebsiella(P=0.002)were significantly different between the two *** analysis indicated that these genera contributed most to the differences between the ***:The characteristics of the gut microbiota in the AG and NG were significantly different,and these differences might be associated with AL in CRC patients from frigid zones.

Quantitative structure-activity relationships for the Toxicity of Substituted Benzenes to Cyprinus carpio

To measure the 96h-LC50 values of 32 substituted benzenes to the carp and to study the relationship between quantitative structure-activity and structural parameters of chemicals. Methods The acute toxicity values of 32 substituted benzenes to the carp were determined in a semistatic test. The energy of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital, and the highest occupied molecular orbital, the dipole moment and the molecular weight of substituted benzenes were calculated by the quantum chemical method MOPAC6.0. Results The range of the toxicity of studied compounds was broad, and the most toxic compound was pentachlorophenol, while the least toxic compound was 4-methylaniline. By the stepwise regression analyses, a series of Quantitative structure-activity relationships (QSAR) equations were derived from all compounds and subclasses. The equation log1/LC50=0.759logP +2.222 (R2 (adj)=0.818) was found to fit well and the average predicted percentage error was 6.16%. Conclusion The toxicity of anilines and phenols to the carp could be modeled well by logP alone, whereas the toxicity of the halogenated benzenes and nitrobenznes not containing hydroxyl or amino group can be controlled by hydrophobic and electronic factors.

The historical significance of the Stern–Gerlach(SG)experiment lies in its provision of the initial evidence for space *** time,its sequential form has evolved into an elegant paradigm that effectively illustrates the fundamental principles of quantum *** date,the practical implementation of the sequential SG experiment has not been fully *** this study,we demonstrate the capability of programmable quantum processors to simulate the sequential SG *** specific parametric shallow quantum circuits,which are suitable for the limitations of current noisy quantum hardware,are given to replicate the functionality of SG devices with the ability to perform measurements in different ***,it has been demonstrated that Wigner’s SG interferometer can be readily implemented in our sequential quantum *** the utilization of the identical circuits,it is also feasible to implement Wheeler’s delayed-choice *** propose the utilization of cross-shaped programmable quantum processors to showcase sequential experiments,and the simulation results demonstrate a strong alignment with theoretical *** the rapid advancement of cloud-based quantum computing,such as BAQIS Quafu,it is our belief that the proposed solution is well-suited for deployment on the cloud,allowing for public *** findings not only expand the potential applications of quantum computers,but also contribute to a deeper comprehension of the fundamental principles underlying quantum theory.

SIZE EXCLUSION CHROMATOGRAPHIC COLUMN PACKED WITH REGENERATED CELLULOSE GELS

Microporous regenerated cellulose gel particles were prepared by mixing cellulose cuoxam with silk fibroin as pore former, and the mean pore size and pore volume of the particles were 525 nm and 7.27 mt g(-1), respectively. A preparative size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) column (550 mm x 20 mm) packed with the cellulose gel particles was used for the fractionation of two polysaccharides Dextran 07 (M-W = 7.14 x 10(4), d = 1.7) and Dextran 50 (M-W = 50.5 x 10(4), d = 3.8) in water phase. The fractionation range of the stationary phase covered M, from 3 x 10(3) to 1.1 x 10(6). The daily throughput was 2.9 g for Dextran 07 (D07) and 4.3 g for Dextran 50 (D50) with a flow-rate of 1.5 mt min(-1). The fractions obtained by using the SEC were analyzed by an analytical SEC combined with laser light scattering (LLS), and the polydispersity indices of fractions for Dextran 07 and Dextran 50 were determined to be 1.34-1.57 and 1.53-3.36, respectively. The preparative SEC is a simple, rapid, and suitable means not only for the fractionation of polysaccharides in water but also for other polymers in organic solvents.

文章为研究肝损伤对大鼠体内硫胺素及其代谢物水平的影响,通过14天胆管结扎和硫胺素限制饮食分别构建肝损伤和硫胺素缺乏大鼠模型,造模成功后,测定血浆和脑皮层中硫胺素及其代谢物浓度,并进一步分析了脑皮层中焦磷酸硫胺素依赖酶的活性和蛋白表达水平。结果表明:14天胆管结扎诱导的肝损伤大鼠与硫胺素缺乏大鼠的血浆和脑皮层中硫胺素浓度显著降低,但其代谢物焦磷酸硫胺素的浓度未发生改变,脑皮层中焦磷酸硫胺素依赖酶活性和蛋白表达也未发生改变。14天胆管结扎诱导的肝损伤和硫胺素限制饮食均会显著降低大鼠血浆和脑硫胺素水平,但不影响其代谢物焦磷酸硫胺素浓度及其依赖酶的活性和表达。

Used car price prediction based on XGBoost and retention rate

In order to improve the accuracy of used car price prediction,a machine learning prediction model based on the retention rate is proposed in this ***,a random forest algorithm is used to filter the variables in the *** main characteristic variables that affect used car prices,such as new car price,service time,mileage and so on,are filtered ***,the linear regression classification method is introduced to classify the test data into high and low retention rate *** that,the extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)regression model is built for the two datasets *** prediction results show that the comprehensive evaluation index of the proposed model is 0.548,which is significantly improved compared to 0.488 of the original XGBoost ***,compared with other representative machine learning algorithms,this model shows certain advantages in terms of mean absolute percentage error(MAPE),5%accuracy rate and comprehensive evaluation *** a result,the retention rate-based machine learning model established in this paper has significant advantages in terms of the accuracy of used car price prediction.

With the development of information network and agent technology,Multi-Mobile Agents'Cooperation can notonly improve the computing efficiency,but also have a comprehensive applicative value in solving the security issues of mo-bile agent *** at the security and flexibility,this paper proposes a kind of basic architecture and the designpattern of Multi-Mobile Agent System(MMAS).Combined with cryptography,it builds the security mechanism on keys'distribution and management and Coalition Signature of *** the analysis of security and validity,the in-troduction and application of cryptography can improve the performance of MMAS.

In Loess Plateau, which has a vulnerable ecological condition, the influence of climatic change on agricultural production is great. Based on introducing the relative definitions of vulnerability and evaluations and schemes of climatic vuhnerability to agricultural production, this paper makes a preliminary evaluation on the vulnerable condition in 1997; and by using the relative results of GCM pre\|estimate, it estimates the possible changes of related index of the disaster; and estimates the future possible changes of climatic vulnerability to agricultural production in Loess Plateau. Its evaluation method and pre\|estimate results can provide a certain scientific basis to the decision of departments concerned.
