A series of 1D nickel(II)/zinc(II)-lanthanide(III) coordination polymers, [M(μ-L)2Ln(NO3)3]n·solvents (HL = bis(2-pyridylcarbonyl)amine; M = Ni, Ln = Gd (1·NiGd), Tb (2·NiTb), Dy (3·NiDy), Ho (4·NiHo), Y (5·NiY); M = Zn, Ln = Gd (6·ZnGd), Tb (7·ZnTb), Dy (8·ZnDy), Ho (9·ZnHo); solvents = H2O or H2O-ethanol), was synthesized and characterized. All of the complexes are isostructural at 293 K and crystallize in the orthorhombic space group Fddd. Magnetic measurements were performed on 1―9, where weak ferromagnetic interaction is found in 1·NiGd, ferromagnetic interaction in 2·NiTb and 3·NiDy, and antiferromagnetic interaction in 4·NiHo. A remarkable dc magnetic field dependence of ac susceptibilities was found in this series of complexes.

Various SARS-CoV-2-related coronaviruses have been increasingly identified in pangolins,showing a potential threat to *** we report the infectivity and pathogenicity of the SARS-CoV-2-related virus,PCoV-GX/P2V,which was isolated from a Malayan pangolin(Manis javanica).PCoV-GX/P2V could grow in human hepatoma,colorectal adenocarcinoma cells,and human primary nasal epithelial *** replicated more efficiently in cells expressing human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(hACE2)as SARS-CoV-2 *** intranasal inoculation to the hACE2-transgenic mice,PCoV-GX/P2V not only replicated in nasal turbinate and lungs,but also caused interstitial pneumonia,characterized by infiltration of mixed inflammatory cells and multifocal alveolar *** population immunity established by SARS-CoV-2 infection and vaccination may not protect people from PCoV-GX/P2V *** findings further verify the hACE2 utility of PCoV-GX/P2V by in vivo experiments using authentic viruses and highlight the importance for intensive surveillance to prevent possible cross-species transmission.

Objectives:The majority of esophageal squamous dysplasia(ESD)patients progress slowly,while a subset of patients can undergo recurrence rapidly or progress to invasive cancer even after proper ***,the molecular mechanisms underlying these clinical observations are still largely ***:By sequencing the genomic data of 160 clinical samples from 49 tumor-free ESD patients and 88 esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)patients,we demonstrated lower somatic mutation and copy number alteration(CNA)burden in ESD compared with ***:Cross-species screening and functional assays identified ACSM5 as a novel driver gene for ESD ***,we revealed that miR-4292 promoted ESD progression and could serve as a non-invasive diagnostic marker for ***:These findings largely expanded our understanding of ESD genetics and tumorigenesis,which possessed promising significance for improving early diagnosis,reducing overtreatment,and identifying high-risk ESD patients.

Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nMCPs)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped MCPs(B-MCPs)have attracted significant attention owing to their potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy *** spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved ***,their practical applications still face many technical *** this study,a B-MCP with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to MeV at the Back-n white neutron source at the china Spallation Neutron *** neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 300 times that of an ordinary MCP and indicates the success of 10 B *** factors that caused the reduction in the detection efficiency were simulated and *** neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-MCP was compared with that obtained by other measurement methods,and showed very good consistency for neutron energies below tens of *** response is more complicated at higher neutron energy,at which point the elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-MCP gradually become *** is beneficial for the detection of neutrons,as it compensates for the detection efficiency of B-MCP for high-energy neutrons.

Background:The initial phase II stuty(NCT03215693)demonstrated that ensartinib has shown clinical activity in patients with advanced crizotinib-refractory,anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)-positive non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Herein,we reported the updated data on overall survival(OS)and molecular profiling from the initial phase Ⅱ ***:In this study,180 patients received 225 mg of ensartinib orally once daily until disease progression,death or *** was estimated by Kaplan‒Meier methods with two-sided 95%confidence intervals(CIs).Next-generation sequencing was employed to explore prognostic biomarkers based on plasma samples collected at baseline and after initiating *** tumor DNA(ctDNA)was detected to dynamically monitor the genomic alterna-tions during treatment and indicate the existence of molecular residual disease,facilitating improvement of clinical ***:At the data cut-off date(August 31,2022),with a median follow-up time of 53.2 months,97 of 180(53.9%)patients had *** median OS was 42.8 months(95%CI:29.3-53.2 months).A total of 333 plasma samples from 168 patients were included for ctDNA *** inferior OS correlated sig-nificantly with baseline ALK or tumor protein 53(TP53)*** addition,patients with concurrent TP53 mutations had shorter OS than those without con-current TP53 *** ctDNA levels evaluated by variant allele frequency(VAF)and haploid genome equivalents per milliliter of plasma(hGE/mL)at baseline were associated with poor ***,patients with ctDNA clear-ance at 6 weeks and slow ascent growth had dramatically longer OS than those with ctDNA residual and fast ascent growth,***,patients who had a lower tumor burden,as evaluated by the diameter of target lesions,had a longer *** Cox regression analysis further uncovered the independent prognostic values of bone metastases,higher hGE,and elevated ALK mutation abundance at 6 we

The reaction of [HN(n-C4H9)3]3[WV (CN)8]·4H2O, 4,4′-bipyridine dioxide(4,4′-dpdo), and MnCl2·4H2O or CuCl2·2H2O gives two new three-dimensional octacyanometalate-based bimetallic assemblies, {[Mn2 (4,4′-dpdo)(H2O)4] [WIV (CN)8]{·6H2O (1) and {[Cu2(4,4′-dpdo)(H2O)][W(CN)8]{·CH3OH·H2O (2). Compound 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P21212 with cell constants α=10.397(2) ?, b=11.321(2) ?, c=12.295(3) ? and Z=2, whereas 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with cell constants a=13.038(3) ?, b=13.784(3) ?, c=13.225(3) ?, β=93.44(3)° and Z=4. In complex 1, each [WIV (CN)8]4? unit with a square antiprismatic geometry is connected to four Mn2 dimers through four bridging CN? ions forming wavelike alternating-W-Mn2-W-Mn2- layers, which are further linked through 4,4′-dpdo ligands coordinated to the Mn ions into a three-dimensional open framework. In complex 2, each [WIV (CN)8]4? ion still adopts a square antiprismatic geometry, whereas it bonds to seven copper ions through seven CN? ions leading to cage-like undulate layers further bridged by 4,4′-dpdo ligands into a three-dimensional network. Due to the bridging role of the long rigid 4,4′-dpdo ligand, there exist plenty of large cavities in the open frameworks of complexes 1 and 2 occupied by solvent clusters containing H2O or CH3OH molecules. To our knowledge, it is noted that 4,4′-dpdo displays a μ-4,4,4′,4′ mode, which was first experimentally observed, although predicted before. Magnetic studies show that complex 1 displays an antiferromagnetic coupling between MnII ions, while complex 2 exhibits a weak ferromagnetic interaction between CuII ions.

There have been several studies on sulfur depletion in dense cores like TMC-1(Taurus molecular Cloud 1),employing updated reaction networks for sulfur species to explain the missing sulfur in the gas within dense *** of these studies used a C/O ratio of 0.7 or *** present NSRT(NanShan 26m Radio Telescope)observations of TMC-1 alongside results from time-dependent chemical simulations using an updated chemical *** findings highlight the impact of the C/O ratio on the gas-phase evolution of C2S and *** simulation results show that the C/O ratio is an important parameter,playing a fundamental role in determining the gas-phase abundances of sulfur species in dense cores.

Anoctamin 1(ANO1)is a kind of calcium-activated chloride channel involved in nerve ***1 inhibitors display significant analgesic activity by the local peripheral and intrathecal *** this study,several thiophenecarboxylic acid and benzoic acid derivatives were identified as novel ANO1 inhibitors through the shape-based virtual screening,among which the 4-arylthiophene-3-carboxylic acid analogues with the best ANO1 inhibitory activity were designed,synthesized and compound 42(IC;=0.79μmol/L)was finally *** 42 selectively inhibited ANO1 without affecting ANO2 and intracellular Ca;***,the analgesic effect was investigated by intragastric administration in pain *** 42 significantly attenuated allodynia which was induced by formalin and chronic constriction *** homology modeling and molecular dynamics,the binding site was predicted to be located near the calcium-binding region betweenα6 andα*** study validates ANO1 inhibitors having a significant analgesic effect by intragastric administration and also provides selective molecular tools for ANO1-related research.
