Model simulation is an important way to study the effects of climate change on *** assessment is subject to a range of uncertainties because of either incomplete knowledge or model technical uncertainties,impeding effective decision-making to climate *** the basis of uncertainties in the impact assessment at different levels,this article systematically summarizes the sources and propagation of uncertainty in the assessment of the effect of climate change on agriculture in terms of the climate projection,the assessment process,and the crop models linking to climate ***,techniques and methods focusing on different levels and sources of uncertainty and uncertainty propagation are introduced,and shortcomings and insufficiencies in uncertainty processing are pointed ***,in terms of how to accurately assess the effect of climate change on agriculture,improvements to further decrease potential uncertainty are suggested.

Major volcanic eruptions(MVEs)have attracted increasing attention from the scientific *** studies have explored the climatic impact of MVEs over the past two ***,proxy-based reconstructions and climate model simulations indicate divergent responses of global and china’s regional climates to ***,we used multiple data from observations,reconstructions,simulations,and assimilations to summarize the historical facts of MVEs,the characteristics and mechanisms of their climatic impact,and directions for future *** reviewed volcanic datasets and determined intensive MVE periods;these periods corresponded to the years 530–700,12.0‒1460,and 1600‒1840 *** tropical MVEs,a substantial cooling effect is observed throughout the globe and china on the interannual-interdecadal time scales but an inconsistent cooling magnitude is detected between reconstructions and *** the first summer after tropical MVEs,a decrease in global and monsoonal precipitation is *** reconstructions and simulations,an increased precipitation is seen for the {2. River Basin,while large uncertainties in precipitation changes are present for other regions of *** drought can be induced by frequent eruptions and volcanism superimposed on low solar irradiation and internal *** affect climate directly through the radiative effect and indirectly by modulating internal variability,such as the El Niño‒Southern Oscillation(ENSO)and Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation(AMO).However,changes in the phase,amplitude,and periodicity of ENSO and AMO after MVEs and the associated mechanisms remain controversial,which could account for model-reconstruction ***,other internal variability,uncertainties in reconstruction methods and aerosol‒climate models,and climate background may also induce model-reconstruction *** gaps and directions for future research are also discussed.

The Shijia gold deposit， situated in Penglai City， Shandong Province， is distinguished by its fracture-filling auriferous quartz-sulfide veins. Studies of fluid inclusions and stable isotopes （H-O-C-S） were conducted on this deposit， revealing that the auriferous quartz primarily contains four types of fluid inclusions: CO2.H2. inclusions， pure CO2.nclusions， two-phase aqueous inclusions， and solid mineral-bearing multiphase inclusions. The ore-forming fluids of Shijia belong to a heterogeneous H2.-CO2.NaCl system， characterized by moderate to high temperatures （187–386 ℃）， low to high salinities (0.2.–41.2. NaCleq)， and low densities (0.72.1.07 g/cm3). Fluid immiscibility and fluid-rock interaction may have occurred at Shijia， with mineralization depths ranging from 3.3 to 3.9 km. The δD and δ18OH2.values of auriferous quartz vary from -86.1‰ to -79.1‰ and from 9.4‰ to 10.5‰， respectively， suggesting that the ore-forming fluids are of magmatic origin. Carbon isotope compositions of the hydrothermal calcite （-3.31‰ to -0.86‰） indicate the carbon might be related to a mantle source that was contaminated by marine carbonates. The positive δ34S values of sulfides （4.3‰–7.3‰） reflect that the ore-forming materials may be sourced from the metasomatized lithospheric mantle beneath the North china Craton， related to the subduction of the yangtze Craton in the Triassic. Collectively， the evidence from geology， fluid inclusion and H-O-C-S isotopes indicate that the Shijia gold deposit is of magmatic-hydrothermal origin and related to the Guojialing granite formed by the mixing of crust- and mantle-derived magmas.

High-performance ferroelectric materials are widely used in various electronic devices owing to the function of mutual conversion among different energies,which mainly relates to their special structure gene of polarization *** researches show that the high-entropy strategy has emerged as an effective and flexible approach for boosting physical properties in high-entropy ferroelectrics via the delicate design of local polarization configurations and other intrinsic effects caused by entropy increment,such as entropy stabilization,lattice disorder,inhibition of grain coarsening,improved mechanical properties,cocktail effect,and so *** this review,the recent research progress about high-entropy ferroelectrics has been summarized,especially for the directional design of novel local polarization configurations according to the characteristics of different electrical properties such as high piezoelectricity,high-efficiency energy storage,and large electrostriction,providing a guidance for designing and exploring more novel local polarization configurations in high-entropy ferroelectrics for generating higher performance.

Objective: To implement the whole-process capacity management model led by specialist nurses, improve the capacity management behavior of medical staff, and build a standardized, standardized and operable CHF capacity management system. Methods: According to the evidence pyramid principle and search strategy, 2.evidence-based nursing backbone completed literature search in both Chinese and English, and finally included 7 literatures. Results: Around the three key links of capacity assessment, monitoring and management, stakeholders were invited to evaluate each evidence according to the FAME principle, that is, the feasibility, suitability, effectiveness and clinical significance of evidence. Finally, 11 best evidences were obtained and 5 clinical review indicators of the cost project were transformed. This study formulated the competence management plan for CHF patients based on the current situation, established competence load evaluation criteria for CHF patients, and determined the target “dry weight” value for CHF patients. Conclusion: The whole-course volume management model of CHF patients guided by specialist nurses should be established and applied and promoted in the “heart failure center Alliance unit”, so as to improve the capacity management ability of medical staff for CHF patients, enhance the self-management ability of CHF patients, improve the capacity management behavior and health outcomes, and effectively reduce the hospitalization rate and mortality rate of CHF patients in the region.

Based on the researches on rock type, the mode of occurrence, diagnostic minerals and creatures, the sedimentary geochemistry and organic facies of Chinese marine source rocks from wells and outcrops, and on the research findings of developmental modes of foreign marine source rock, the authors consider that it is impossible to objectively make clear the formation mechanism of hydrocarbon source rock with high organic matter abundance by either single mode of preservation or high organic matter productivity. According to the Chinese geological features, the formation mechanism of the Neoproterozoic-Lower Paleozoic marine source rock is generalized into four modes, namely, thermal water activity-upwelling flow-anoxic; carbonate gentle slope-upwelling flow; xerothermic climate-brine euxinic milieu; and humid climate-retained euxinic milieu; as the Lower Cambrian undercompensation basin organic facies (the Tarim Basin, South china and southwestern margin of North china), carbonate gentle lime mud bound organic facies (the Upper Ordovician in Tazhong region of the Tarim Basin and the Lower Silurian in the Upper {2. Platform), the Middle Cambrian evaporation laggon organic facies (the Tarim Basin and the Upper {2. Platform), enclosed undercompensation terrigenous bay organic facies (the Middle-Upper Ordovician in the west of the Tarim Basin, the Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation in the Upper {2. platform). Chinese marine sedimentations with lower organic matter abundance are generalized into two modes of consumption-dilution mode of open epicontinental sea and depletion-dilution mode of supercompensation basin.

[背景]砷暴露是我国常见的重要环境与职业有害因素,砷暴露所致的胰岛素抵抗(IR)对人群健康危害已引起广泛关注。[目的]基于过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)/葡萄糖转运蛋白4(GLUT4)通路探讨砷暴露所致肝脏IR的部分机制,并探讨银杏叶提取物(GBE)对砷暴露所致肝脏IR的作用及其机制。[方法]通过网络药理学预测药物的作用靶点进行分析,并进行体内外实验验证。体内实验:将48只SPF级C57BL/6J雄性小鼠分为对照组、50 mg·L^(−1)NaAsO_(2.模型组(NaAsO_(2.)、50 mg·L^(−1)NaAsO_(2.+10 mg·kg^(-1)GBE干预组(NaAsO_(2.+GBE)、10 mg·kg^(-1)GBE共4组,每组12.。染毒方式为自由饮用含50 mg·L^(−1)NaAsO_(2.的纯净水,干预方式为每周1次腹腔注射含10 mg·kg^(-1)GBE的生理盐水。染毒6个月后,进行血糖检测、腹腔注射葡萄糖耐量实验(IPGTT)、胰岛素耐量实验(ITT)等实验,处死小鼠后取血清及肝脏组织,肝脏组织病理切片,酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测血清胰岛素水平、肝脏组织糖原含量及葡萄糖含量,蛋白免疫印记(WB)检测PPARγ及GLUT4蛋白表达。体外实验:使用肝癌细胞(HepG2.细胞,分为对照组、8μmol·L^(−1)NaAsO_(2.组(NaAsO_(2.)、8μmol·L^(−1)NaAsO_(2.+2.0 mg·L^(−1)GBE干预组(NaAsO_(2.+GBE)、􀀁2.0 mg·L^(−1)GBE组(GBE),共4组。ELISA法检测细胞糖原及葡萄糖水平,WB法检测PPARγ及GLUT4蛋白表达。[结果]网络药理学发现GBE和PPARγ具有强烈的结合效应。体内实验中,小鼠的一般指标及血糖相关指标提示,与对照组相比,NaAsO_(2.组血糖水平升高,而NaAsO_(2.+GBE组小鼠血糖水平低于NaAsO_(2.组(P2.组和NaAsO_(2.+GBE组)肝脏结构损伤较重,染色深浅不一,部分肝细胞坏死并有弥漫性红细胞出现。体外实验及体内实验发现,与对照组相比,NaAsO_(2.组糖原合成的能力及葡萄糖摄取的能力下降,而NaAsO_(2.+GBE组可以改善这个状况,差异有统计学意义(P2.+GBE组中均有缓解,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]本研究结果提示GBE通过调控PPARγ/GLUT4通路拮抗砷暴露所致的肝脏IR,GBE对砷暴露所致肝脏IR具有一定保护作用,PPARγ可能是砷暴露所致肝脏IR的潜在治疗靶点。
