In this paper the persistence of bounded solutions to degenerate evolution equations of Sobolev-Galpern type is discussed. In order to define the evolution operator well, we study the existence and uniqueness of solutions to its linear form. On this basis we discuss exponential dichotomies of the evolution operator and give the Fredholm alternative result for bounded solutions of nonhomogeneous linear degenerate equations. This result enables us to give a condition for the persistence of bounded solutions of a general degenerate nonlinear autonomous equation under a nonautonomous perturbation.

We show that the shuffle algebras for polylogarithms and regularized MZVs in the sense of Ihara,Kaneko and Zagier are both free commutative nonunitary Rota-Baxter algebras with one *** apply these results to show that the full sets of shuffle relations of polylogarithms and regularized MZVs are derived by a single *** also take this approach to study the extended double shuffle relations of MZVs by comparing these shuffle relations with the quasi-shuffle relations of the regularized MZVs in our previous approach of MZVs by renormalization.

Bacterial family Christensenellaceae performed high heritability and associated with human health status. Numerous studies observed that the abundance of Christensenellaceae could be significantly reduced in patients with intestinal diseases or metabolic disorders， inferred that it may be treated as an effective biomarker. Christensenella minuta (C. minuta) was the first member of Christensenellaceae family isolated from human fecal samples. Accumulating evidences suggested that C. minuta may demonstrate a positive bio-therapeutic effects toward unhealthy status. Hence， this review aimed to systematically summarize the characterization of Christensenellaceae under specific health or diseases， and discover its promising application. Besides， the latest studies on the pharmacological research of C. minuta also summarized. Current important literatures grasped the potential health benefits of C. minuta in managing metabolic disorders， gut ecosystem， and inflammation. Whereas， several critical knowledge gaps about the safe and clinical application remain should be addressed in future verification. C. minuta is worthy to be elevated as the next prospective probiotic star in nutraceutical or medical field and should not be overlooked.

Argatroban is a synthetic thrombin inhibitor approved by *** and Drug Administration for the treatment of ***,whether it plays a role in the repair of spinal cord injury is *** this study,we established a rat model of T10 moderate spinal cord injury using an NYU Impactor ModerⅢand performed intraperitoneal injection of argatroban for 3 consecutive *** results showed that argatroban effectively promoted neurological function recovery after spinal cord injury and decreased thrombin expression and activity in the local injured spinal *** sequencing transcriptomic analysis revealed that the differentially expressed genes in the argatroban-treated group were enriched in the JAK2.STAT3 pathway,which is involved in astrogliosis and glial scar *** blotting and immunofluorescence results showed that argatroban downregulated the expression of the thrombin receptor PAR1 in the injured spinal cord and the JAK2.STAT3 signal *** also inhibited the activation and proliferation of astrocytes and reduced glial scar formation in the spinal *** together,these findings suggest that argatroban may inhibit astrogliosis by inhibiting the thrombin-mediated PAR1/JAK2.STAT3 signal pathway,thereby promoting the recovery of neurological function after spinal cord injury.

Although numerous metal halide perovskite materials have been investigated in the field of optoelectronic,the development of perovskite heterojunctions with exotic structures is still ***,we report the epitaxial growth of quasi-two-dimensional(Q-2.)perovskites on methylammonium lead iodide(MAPbI_(3))single crystals to form perovskite heterojunctions with interfacial *** MAPbI_(3)adjacent to epitaxial Q-2. perovskite shows blue shifted photoluminescence with shortened lifetime,which becomes significant with the reduced layer number of the Q-2. *** findings suggest the presence of an interfacial strain gradient leading to enhanced photocarrier ***,compared to the MAPbI_(3)single crystal detector,the BA_(2.MAPb_(2.I_(7)/MAPbI_(3)(BA:n-butylamine)heterojunction-based photodetector demonstrates a bandpass detecting property and exhibits 5 times enhanced external quantum efficiency and 83 times enhanced specific detectivity(D*=3.2.×10^(11)Jones).Remarkably,the unencapsulated BA_(2.MAPb_(2.I_(7)/MAPbI_(3)heterojunction is stable in ambient condition for>300 *** Q-2./3D heterojunction shows suppressed ion inter-diffusion due to the presence of Q-2. phase.

An S-lay crane barge,named CNOOC 2.1,has been built for pipe laying in deepwater oil/gas fields in the South china *** is due to be commissioned by the end of the year 2.10.A special lifting system is developed to meet the challenge that installing deepwater risers from an S-lay barge is difficult and has not been *** purpose of this paper was to investigate the model test on such an innovative system,which has to be done before field *** applying the similarity theory,the movement of the S-lay barge is simulated through a six degrees-of-freedom motion platform,and a truncated model riser is utilized for the model *** displacement and force boundary conditions at the truncated position of the riser are obtained from the catenary governing equation and become realized by a slideway cart and a loading system designed to control the configuration of the model riser,which presents a similar configuration to a real riser in *** test results are in very good agreement with theoretical calculations,showing that the active truncated test is applicable for controlling the configuration of the deepwater riser in model testing investigation.

This work presents a promising clinical molecular diagnostics for early stage lung cancer. This novel diagnostic method utilized the loopmediated isothermal amplification （LAMP）, micro fluidic chips and a confocal optical detector with a nonlinear fluorescent filter processor. An isothermal amplification based microfluidic chip for the early diagnostics of lung cancer was developed and a confocal optical detector was improved by a novel real-time fluorescent filter to sensitively monitor the DNA amplification procedure with high signal to noise ratio and fluorescence collecting ability. Experiment showed that a rapid diagnostic of lung cancer by detecting the existence of the CEA mRNA could be performed in only 5 laL of reaction assay in less than 45 min. While the traditional intube RTPCR set consumed more than 2. -μL of the assay and took more than 90 rain.
