Efficient energy storage devices with suitable electrode materials,that integrate high power and high energy,are the crucial requisites of the renewable power source,which have unwrapped new possibilities in the sustainable development of energy and the ***,a facile collagen microstructure modulation strategy is proposed to construct a nitrogen/oxygen dual-doped hierarchically porous carbon fiber with ultrahigh specific surface area(2788 m^(2)g^(-1))and large pore volume(4.56 cm^(3)g^(-1))via local microfibrous breakage/disassembly of natural structured *** operando spectroscopy and density functional theory unveil that the dual-heteroatom doping could effectively regulate the electronic structure of carbon atom framework with enhanced electric conductivity and electronegativity as well as decreased diffusion resistance in favor of rapid pseudocapacitive-dominated Li^(+)-storage(353 mAh g^(-1)at 10 A g^(-1)).Theoretical calculations reveal that the tailored micro-/mesoporous structures favor the rapid charge transfer and ion storage,synergistically realizing high capacity and superior rate performance for NPCF-H cathode(75.0 mAh g^(-1)at 30 A g^(-1)).The assembled device with NPCF-H as both anode and cathode achieves extremely high energy density(200 Wh kg^(-1))with maximum power density(42600 W kg^(-1))and ultralong lifespan(80%capacity retention over 10000 cycles).

In this work,a new methodology is presented to mainly solve the fluid–solid interaction(FSI)*** methodology combines the advantages of the Newmark precise integral method(NPIM)and the dual neural network(DNN)*** NPIM is employed to modify the exponential matrix and loading vector based on the DNN integral *** involves incorporating the basic assumption of the Newmark-βmethod into the dynamic equation and eliminating the acceleration term from the dynamic equilibrium *** a result,the equation is reduced to a first-order linear equation ***,the PIM is applied to integrate the system step by step within the *** DNN method is adopted to solve the inhomogeneous term through fitting the integrand and the original function with a pair of neural networks,and the integral term is solved using the Newton–Leibniz *** examples demonstrate that the proposed methodology significantly improves computing efficiency and provides sufficient precision compared to the DNN *** is particularly evident when analyzing large-scale structures under blast loading conditions.

Soybean mosaic virus(SMV),an RNA virus,is the most common and destructive pathogenic virus in soybean *** newly developed CRISPR/Cas immune system has provided a novel strategy for improving plant resistance to viruses;hence,this study aimed to engineer SMV resistance in soybean using this ***,multiple sgRNAs were designed to target positive-and/or negative-sense strands of the SMV HC-Pro ***,the corresponding CRISPR/CasRx vectors were constructed and transformed into *** inoculation with SMV,39.02%,35.77%,and 18.70%of T_(1)plants were confirmed to be highly resistant(HR),resistant(R),and mildly resistant(MR)to SMV,respectively,whereas only 6.50%were identified as susceptible(S).Additionally,qRT-PCR and DAS-ELISA showed that,both at 15 and 30 d post-inoculation(dpi),SMV accumulation significantly decreased or was even undetectable in HR and R plants,followed by MR and S ***,the expression level of the CasRx gene varied in almost all T_(1)plants with different resistance level,both at 15 and 30 ***,when SMV resistance was evaluated in the T_(2)generation,the results were similar to those recorded for the T_(1)*** findings provide new insights into the application of the CRISPR/CasRx system for soybean improvement and offer a promising alternative strategy for breeding for resistance to biotic stress that will contribute to the development of SMV-immune soybean germplasm to accelerate progress towards greater soybean crop productivity.

The flower of Syringa pubescens Turcz. （SP）， was used as both medicine and food in china， exhibited a variety of biological activities. However， it remains unknown whether SP has an effect on ameliorative nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NASH）. In this study， the improvement of SP ethyl acetate extract （SPE） on NASH was evaluated and the potential mechanisms were explored. The glycosides of SPE were determined by an HPLC method. HepG2 cell lines were treated with free fatty acid to clarify the improvement effect and mechanisms of SPE on NASH in vitro. C57BL/6J mice were treated by 60 kcal% high-fat diet （HFD） combined with carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) to establish the NASH model in vivo. The results showed SPE could inhibited the hepatic injury and lipid steatosis by decreasing the levels of ALT， AST， TG and TC in vitro and vivo. The SPE suppressed the oxidative stress and inflammation by restraining the generation of ROS， MDA， IL-1β， IL-6 and TNF-α and enhancing the activity of antioxidant enzymes including SOD， CAT and GSH-Px in NASH model. Moreover， SPE declined the level of fibrosis markers including HYP， Col Ⅰ and α-SMA in HFD combined CCl4（HC）-induced mice. Mechanically， SPE inhibited hepatocellular Keap1 expression and promoted Nrf2 nuclear translocation， which suppressing the phosphorylation of IκBα/NF-κB. In addition， SPE down-regulated the level of TGF-β1 and phosphorylation of Smad2 to mitigate fibrosis. In brief， SPE could significantly alleviate lipid accumulation， oxidative stress， inflammation and fibrosis via regulating Nrf2/HO-1， IκBα/NFκB and TGF-β1/Smad2 pathways in the progression of NASH， which indicated that SPE had the potential to be a novel and effective drug or food supplements for the improvement of NASH.

BACKGROUND In this study,we retrospectively analysed macrophage infiltration and podocyte injury in three patients with diffuse proliferative lupus nephritis(LN)who un-derwent repeated renal *** SUMMARY Clinical data of three diffuse proliferative LN patients with different pathological characteristics(case 1 was LN IV-G(A),case 2 was LN IV-G(A)+V,and case 3 was LN IV-G(A)+thrombotic microangiopathy)were *** patients underwent repeated renal biopsies 6 mo later,and renal biopsy specimens were *** infiltration was assessed by CD68 expression detected by immunohistochemical staining,and an immunofluorescence assay was used to detect podocin expression to assess podocyte *** treatment,Case 1 changed to LN III-(A),Case 2 remained as type V LN lesions,and Case 3,which changed to LN IV-S(A),had the worst *** observed reduced macro-phage infiltration after ***,two of the patients with active lesions after treatment still showed macrophage infiltration in the renal *** treatment,the three patients showed discontinuous expression of ***,the integrity of podocin was restored after treatment in Case *** It may be possible to reverse podocyte damage and decrease the infiltrating ma-crophages in LN patients through effective treatment.
