Efficient energy storage devices with suitable electrode materials,that integrate high power and high energy,are the crucial requisites of the renewable power source,which have unwrapped new possibilities in the sustainable development of energy and the ***,a facile collagen microstructure modulation strategy is proposed to construct a nitrogen/oxygen dual-doped hierarchically porous carbon fiber with ultrahigh specific surface area(2.88 m^(2.g^(-1))and large pore volume(4.56 cm^(3.g^(-1))via local microfibrous breakage/disassembly of natural structured *** operando spectroscopy and density functional theory unveil that the dual-heteroatom doping could effectively regulate the electronic structure of carbon atom framework with enhanced electric conductivity and electronegativity as well as decreased diffusion resistance in favor of rapid pseudocapacitive-dominated Li^(+)-storage(3.3.mAh g^(-1)at 10 A g^(-1)).Theoretical calculations reveal that the tailored micro-/mesoporous structures favor the rapid charge transfer and ion storage,synergistically realizing high capacity and superior rate performance for NPCF-H cathode(75.0 mAh g^(-1)at 3. A g^(-1)).The assembled device with NPCF-H as both anode and cathode achieves extremely high energy density(2.0 Wh kg^(-1))with maximum power density(42.00 W kg^(-1))and ultralong lifespan(80%capacity retention over 10000 cycles).

In this work,a new methodology is presented to mainly solve the fluid–solid interaction(FSI)*** methodology combines the advantages of the Newmark precise integral method(NPIM)and the dual neural network(DNN)*** NPIM is employed to modify the exponential matrix and loading vector based on the DNN integral *** involves incorporating the basic assumption of the Newmark-βmethod into the dynamic equation and eliminating the acceleration term from the dynamic equilibrium *** a result,the equation is reduced to a first-order linear equation ***,the PIM is applied to integrate the system step by step within the *** DNN method is adopted to solve the inhomogeneous term through fitting the integrand and the original function with a pair of neural networks,and the integral term is solved using the Newton–Leibniz *** examples demonstrate that the proposed methodology significantly improves computing efficiency and provides sufficient precision compared to the DNN *** is particularly evident when analyzing large-scale structures under blast loading conditions.

Soybean mosaic virus(SMV),an RNA virus,is the most common and destructive pathogenic virus in soybean *** newly developed CRISPR/Cas immune system has provided a novel strategy for improving plant resistance to viruses;hence,this study aimed to engineer SMV resistance in soybean using this ***,multiple sgRNAs were designed to target positive-and/or negative-sense strands of the SMV HC-Pro ***,the corresponding CRISPR/CasRx vectors were constructed and transformed into *** inoculation with SMV,3..02.,3..77%,and 18.70%of T_(1)plants were confirmed to be highly resistant(HR),resistant(R),and mildly resistant(MR)to SMV,respectively,whereas only 6.50%were identified as susceptible(S).Additionally,qRT-PCR and DAS-ELISA showed that,both at 15 and 3. d post-inoculation(dpi),SMV accumulation significantly decreased or was even undetectable in HR and R plants,followed by MR and S ***,the expression level of the CasRx gene varied in almost all T_(1)plants with different resistance level,both at 15 and 3. ***,when SMV resistance was evaluated in the T_(2.generation,the results were similar to those recorded for the T_(1)*** findings provide new insights into the application of the CRISPR/CasRx system for soybean improvement and offer a promising alternative strategy for breeding for resistance to biotic stress that will contribute to the development of SMV-immune soybean germplasm to accelerate progress towards greater soybean crop productivity.

A novel,efficient and pragmatic method to prepare gem-diboron products with vicinal tertiary/quaternary stereocenters using LiTMP-mediated 1,6-conjugate addition of gem-diborylalkanes to para-quinone methides was described for the first *** results showed that various gem-diboron products with vicinal tertiary and quaternary stereocenters could be formed within 15 min at ambient *** simple protocol has also been applied for the efficient synthesis of the analogue of Bedaquiline.

The flower of Syringa pubescens Turcz. （SP）， was used as both medicine and food in China， exhibited a variety of biological activities. However， it remains unknown whether SP has an effect on ameliorative nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NASH）. In this study， the improvement of SP ethyl acetate extract （SPE） on NASH was evaluated and the potential mechanisms were explored. The glycosides of SPE were determined by an HPLC method. HepG2.cell lines were treated with free fatty acid to clarify the improvement effect and mechanisms of SPE on NASH in vitro. C57BL/6J mice were treated by 60 kcal% high-fat diet （HFD） combined with carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) to establish the NASH model in vivo. The results showed SPE could inhibited the hepatic injury and lipid steatosis by decreasing the levels of ALT， AST， TG and TC in vitro and vivo. The SPE suppressed the oxidative stress and inflammation by restraining the generation of ROS， MDA， IL-1β， IL-6 and TNF-α and enhancing the activity of antioxidant enzymes including SOD， CAT and GSH-Px in NASH model. Moreover， SPE declined the level of fibrosis markers including HYP， Col Ⅰ and α-SMA in HFD combined CCl4（HC）-induced mice. Mechanically， SPE inhibited hepatocellular Keap1 expression and promoted Nrf2.nuclear translocation， which suppressing the phosphorylation of IκBα/NF-κB. In addition， SPE down-regulated the level of TGF-β1 and phosphorylation of Smad2.to mitigate fibrosis. In brief， SPE could significantly alleviate lipid accumulation， oxidative stress， inflammation and fibrosis via regulating Nrf2.HO-1， IκBα/NFκB and TGF-β1/Smad2.pathways in the progression of NASH， which indicated that SPE had the potential to be a novel and effective drug or food supplements for the improvement of NASH.

Herein,ionomer-free amorphous iridium oxide(IrO_(x))thin electrodes are first developed as highly active anodes for proton exchange membrane electrolyzer cells(PEMECs)via low-cost,environmentally friendly,and easily scalable electrodeposition at room *** with a Nafion 117 membrane,the IrO_(x)-integrated electrode with an ultralow loading of 0.075 mg cm^(-2.delivers a high cell efficiency of about 90%,achieving more than 96%catalyst savings and 42.fold higher catalyst utilization compared to commercial catalyst-coated membrane(2.mg cm^(-2.).Additionally,the IrO_(x)electrode demonstrates superior performance,higher catalyst utilization and significantly simplified fabrication with easy scalability compared with the most previously reported ***,the remarkable performance could be mainly due to the amorphous phase property,sufficient Ir^(3.)content,and rich surface hydroxide groups in ***,due to the high activity,high cell efficiency,an economical,greatly simplified and easily scalable fabrication process,and ultrahigh material utilization,the IrO_(x)electrode shows great potential to be applied in industry and accelerates the commercialization of PEMECs and renewable energy evolution.
