Atopic Dermatitis-like Graft-versus-host Disease and Lichen Planus-like Graft-versus-host Disease： Alterations in Skin Barrier Function and Related Molecules

Background： Graft-versus-host disease （GVHD） is a common complication of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Skin barrier disruption could induce thymic stromal lymphopoietin （TSLP） expression, and the expression of TSLP was increased in lesions ofatopic dermatitis （AD）-like GVHD and lichen planus （LP）-like GVHD. This study attempted to investigate the skin barrier function of AD-like GVHD and LP-like GVHD and possible mechanisms. Methods： Eighteen AD-like GVHD patients, 12 LP-like GVHD patients, and 14 healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study. Skin biopsy was done in five AD-like GVHD patients, eight LP-like GVHD patients, and eight healthy volunteers. The intensity of pruritus was assessed by visual analog scale itch score and detailed pruritus score. Transepidermal water loss （TEWL） was measured using Tewameter TM 300. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression ofloricrin, involucrin, LL37, and human β-defensins 2 （hBD2） in skin lesions. Western blot analysis was used for analyzing the protein levels ofloricrin and involucrin in skin lesions. Real-time polymerase chain reaction was performed to assess the mRNA levels of LL37 and hBD2 in skin lesions. Results： Pruritus score was higher in patients with AD-like GVHD （11.33 ± 5.35） than that of patients with LP-like GVHD （2.58 ± 3.09, P 〈 0.001 ）. Compared with healthy controls （HCs, 4.52 ± 1.24 g.m- 2.h-1）, TEWL was increased in AD-like GVHD （26.72 ±9.02 g.m -1h -1, P 〈 0.001 ） and LP-like GVHD patients （18.78± 4.57 g.m -2.h -1, P 〈 0.001）, and expressions of loricrin and involucrin were also increased in skin lesions ofAD-like GVHD and LP-like GVHD patients （all P 〈 0.05）. LL37 mRNA expression was decreased in lesions of AD-like GVHD and LP-like GVHD patients （P = 0.005 and P = 0.008, vs. HCs, respectively）, hBD2 mRNA expression was increased in skin lesions ofAD-like GVHD and LP-like GVHD patients （P = 0.002 and P 〈 0.001, vs. HCs, respectively）. A FUZZY-LOGIC CONTROL ALGORITHM FOR ACTIVE QUEUE MANAGEMENT IN IP NETWORKS

Active Queue Management (AQM) is an active research area in the Internet community. Random Early Detection (RED) is a typical AQM algorithm, but it is known that it is difficult to configure its parameters and its average queue length is closely related to the load level. This paper proposes an effective fuzzy congestion control algorithm based on fuzzy logic which uses the pre- dominance of fuzzy logic to deal with uncertain events. The main advantage of this new congestion control algorithm is that it discards the packet dropping mechanism of RED, and calculates packet loss according to a preconfigured fuzzy logic by using the queue length and the buffer usage ratio. Theo- retical analysis and Network Simulator (NS) simulation results show that the proposed algorithm achieves more throughput and more stable queue length than traditional schemes. It really improves a router's ability in network congestion control in IP network.

Fatigue Strength Improvement of Welded Joint by Ultrasonic Peening in Ultra-Fine Grain Steel

The influence of rare earths (RE) on carbides in high carbon steel weld metal was studied by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and energy dispersive X ray microanalysis (EDX). It is found that rare earth markedly affects the quantity, morphology and distribution of carbides. The precipitating mechanism of carbides was proposed in which rare earth compounds with high surface energy serve as the nucleation sites for carbides in superheated liquid metal and the induced carbides are precipitated extensively and distributed evenly. The preferential precipitation of carbides decreases the carbon content in matrix, which is transformed into low carbon lath martensite after welds are chilled to room temperature.

Effects of self-blood on the molding process of polymethyl methacrylate bone cement

New concept and new theory of mobility calculation for multi-loop mechanisms

In 2005,Gogu,a Frenchman,analyzed 35 different existing formulas for mobility calculation and pointed that the formulas for quick mobility calculation had some limitations and were not ***,looking for a general and simple mobility formula is still a hot topic in *** the meantime,it is also an important topic to complete the mechanism *** proposed a new method that can avoid determining virtual constraints in 2008,but the method is still not *** solve the problem,this paper defines the new concepts of link-group rank,general-kinematic-pair rank,virtual pair,virtual loop,and virtual-loop rank,and gives a new simple and general *** method converts multi-loop mechanisms into some independent virtual loops,simplifies the problem,avoids calculating virtual constraints,and reduces the calculation *** is proved that the new formula is simple,general and effective through the mobility analysis of several different kinds of *** application of this formula will provide great convenience for general engineers in mobility calculation.

针对U-Net模型在MRI脑肿瘤分割上存在的感受野受限和全局信息捕获不足问题,通过引入非局部自注意力机制与多尺度的金字塔卷积提出一种改进U-Net模型—PyCSAU-Net.该模型以三维U-Net作为基础网络,在第4层横向连接位置引入扩展的三维非局部注意力模块,通过改善网络因卷积核大小受限导致的长距离建模能力不足问题来提升脑肿瘤分割精度;此外,在网络下采样阶段将普通卷积替换为具有多尺度特点的三维金字塔卷积,在多级别和分辨率下来提取更具判别性的脑肿瘤深度特征.在公开的BraTS 2019和BraTS 2020验证集上在完全肿瘤、增强肿瘤和肿瘤核心分割上分别取得了0.904/0.901、0.781/0.774和0.825/0.824的分割精度,表明所提出PyCSAU-Net方法在脑肿瘤分割任务上的有效性和竞争力.

Neural network based adaptive nonsingular practical predefined-time fault-tolerant control for hypersonic morphing aircraft

This paper develops a novel Neural Network(NN)-based adaptive nonsingular practical predefined-time controller for the hypersonic morphing aircraft subject to actuator faults. Firstly, a novel Lyapunov criterion of practical predefined-time stability is established. Following the proposed criterion, a tangent function based nonsingular predefined-time sliding manifold and the control strategy are developed. Secondly, the radial basis function NN with a low-complexity adaptation mechanism is incorporated into the controller to tackle the actuator faults and uncertainties. Thirdly, rigorous theoretical proof reveals that the attitude tracking errors can converge to a small region around the origin within a predefined time, while all signals in the closed-loop system remain bounded. Finally, numerical simulation results are presented to verify the effectiveness and improved performance of the proposed control scheme.

【目的】明确氮肥用量引起的小麦籽粒铁、锰、铜、锌含量变化及土壤作物营养机制,为优化氮肥管理,实现小麦优质丰产提供理论依据。【方法】利用2004年在黄土高原南部陕西杨凌开始的氮肥用量长期定位试验,在施磷(P_(2)O_5) 100 kg/hm^(2)的基础上,设0、80、160、240和320 kg/hm^(2) 5个氮水平,在2013—2016年3个小麦收获期采集小麦植株和土壤样品,测定各器官生物量、铁锰铜锌含量及土壤有效铁锰铜锌含量,采用回归分析方法分析施氮量、小麦籽粒产量和微量元素含量之间的关系,计算获得最高籽粒产量和铁锰铜锌含量及其收获指数的氮肥用量。【结果】与不施氮相比,施氮提高了小麦产量和籽粒铁、铜、锌含量,降低了锰含量。籽粒铁含量与施氮量呈二元一次方程关系,小麦产量达最高(6116 kg/hm^(2))时的施氮量为212 kg/hm^(2),籽粒铁含量达最高(43.9 mg/kg)时施氮量为218 kg/hm^(2),铁收获指数最高时的施氮量为92 kg/hm^(2)。锌铜含量及其收获指数均与施氮量呈线性关系,施氮量每增加100 kg/hm^(2),籽粒铜和锌含量分别提高0.4和3.5 mg/kg。籽粒锰含量与施氮量呈负线性加平台关系,施氮量为57 kg/hm^(2)时,籽粒锰含量达最低37.5 mg/kg。与不施氮相比,施氮处理耕层土壤有效锰含量提高7.8%,有效铁、铜、锌含量无显著变化,平均为5.9,1.3和0.54 mg/kg。【结论】在黄土高原旱地石灰性土壤上,长期施用氮肥提高了冬小麦籽粒铁、铜、锌含量和吸收量,降低了锰含量和吸收量,主要归因于作物吸收量提高及铁向籽粒的分配增强,籽粒锰含量降低主要与产量提高引起的养分稀释效应有关。综合考虑产量和籽粒铁锰铜锌养分含量,该地区实现小麦高产目标5810 kg/hm^(2)时,氮肥用量应为122 kg/hm^(2),在最高产量施氮量212 kg/hm^(2)基础上可减施氮肥42%,此时籽粒铁、锰、铜、锌含量较高,分别为42.1、37.5、4.0和25.1 mg/kg。
