Hierarchical Bayesian Calibration and On-line Updating Method for Influence Coefficient of Automatic Dynamic Balancing machine

Measurement error of unbalance＇s vibration response plays a crucial role in calibration and on-line updating of influence coefficient（IC）. Focusing on the two problems that the moment estimator of data used in calibration process cannot fulfill the accuracy requirement under small sample and the disturbance of measurement error cannot be effectively suppressed in updating process, an IC calibration and on-line updating method based on hierarchical Bayesian method for automatic dynamic balancing machine was proposed. During calibration process, for the repeatedly-measured data obtained from experiments with different trial weights, according to the fact that measurement error of each sensor had the same statistical characteristics, the joint posterior distribution model for the true values of the vibration response under all trial weights and measurement error was established. During the updating process, information obtained from calibration was regarded as prior information, which was utilized to update the posterior distribution of IC combined with the real-time reference information to implement online updating. Moreover, Gibbs sampling method of markov Chain Monte Carlo（MCMC） was adopted to obtain the maximum posterior estimation of parameters to be estimated. On the independent developed dynamic balancing testbed, prediction was carried out for multiple groups of data through the proposed method and the traditional method respectively, the result indicated that estimator of influence coefficient obtained through the proposed method had higher accuracy; the proposed updating method more effectively guaranteed the measurement accuracy during the whole producing process, and meantime more reasonably compromised between the sensitivity of IC change and suppression of randomness of vibration response.

Genetic expression in progeny of transgenic plants obtained by using pollen-tube pathway (or delivery) method and approach to the transformation mechanism

The origin and the recent progress of pollen_tube pathway method (PTPM) is described. The results of transforming wheat during 1990 to 1994 are reported briefly. They are: (ⅰ) Transformation frequencies were 3%-6%, even reached 13.5%; (ⅱ) the genetic expression of four continuous generations obtained from single individuals of transgenic plants by self_fertilization was investigated. Plants with higher expression of foreign gene were found in every generation (from T1 to T4), but a phenomenon of gene silence, in which the genotype contained foreign gene but did not express, was also observed. In addition, from the angle of fertilization biology the transformation mechanism of PTPM (or PTDM) was analyzed and discussed. It was considered that the essential principle of this method was just like that of protoplast method.

针对测量系统中测量误差的动态性以及由测量误差导致的制造质量评价过程中的误收和误废两类错误决策,提出了动态测量过程分析与贝叶斯最小成本决策准则相结合的零件质量在线评价策略。建立了系统测量误差的动态Kalm an滤波模型,并利用自适应估计开窗逼近法对随机测量方差进行在线估计;在决策过程,应用贝叶斯最小决策成本准则对零件质量进行评价,并给出了决策的置信度。最后,以电动机转子动平衡工艺为例对该方法进行了验证,结果表明,该方法能够跟踪测量误差的变化,并降低误收和误废的风险。

以影响系数法为基础建立了动平衡测量模型,但是ISO-GUM提供的分析测量不确定度的方法无法解决其非线性,并且无法体现其测量系统全寿命周期内的动态性。针对这一问题,通过建立动平衡量与振动响应及影响系数的概率传递关系,利用Monte Carlo仿真方法计算动平衡量测量值的概率分布;同时,通过周期性的计量校准追踪影响系数的动态性,并利用贝叶斯方法抑制测量噪声对影响系数动态估计的干扰;最后,通过更新影响系数的分布将系统状态的动态性反映到测量不确定度的分析中。实验结果证明,该方法能够有效准确地追踪系统的动态性,并且能够在测量系统的全寿命周期内精确地反映测量系统的测量不确定度。

Integrated circuits(ICs) and optoelectronic chips are the foundation stones of the modern information society. The IC industry has been driven by the so-called "Moore’s law" in the past 60 years, and now has entered the post Moore’s law era. In this paper, we review the recent progress of ICs and optoelectronic chips. The research status, technical challenges and development trend of devices, chips and integrated technologies of typical IC and optoelectronic chips are focused on. The main contents include the development law of IC and optoelectronic chip technology, the IC design and processing technology, emerging memory and chip architecture, brain-like chip structure and its mechanism, heterogeneous integration, quantum chip technology, silicon photonics chip technology, integrated microwave photonic chip, and optoelectronic hybrid integrated chip.

Background:Previous studies have demonstrated the preclinical pharmacological and toxicological consistency,and clinical pharmacokinetic equivalence of bevacizumab biosimilar LY01008 with reference bevacizumab(Avastin).This randomized controlled trial aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of LY01008 with Avastin in first-line treatment of Chinese patients with advanced or recurrent non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:StageⅢB-ⅣNSCLC patients with evaluable lesions,good physical status,and adequate organ functions from 67 centers across China were randomized in a ratio of 1:1 to receive LY01008 or Avastin 15 mg/kg intravenously in combination with paclitaxel/carboplatin(combined treatment)for 4-6 cycles,followed by maintenance monotherapy with LY01008 until disease progression,intolerable toxicity,or *** primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)in accordance with Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST)version 1.1 confirmed by independent radiological review committees(IRRC).Secondary endpoints included disease control rate(DCR),duration of response(DoR),progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),and *** study was registered in Clinical ***(NCT03533127).Results:Between December 15^(th),2017,and may 15^(th),2019,a total of 649 patients were randomized to the LY01008(n=324)or Avastin(n=325)*** of September 25th,2019 for primary endpoint analysis,589 patients received ORR evaluation,with a median number of combined treatment cycles of 5(range 1-6)andmedian duration of treatment of 3.0(range 0.0-5.1)*** responseevaluable patients in the LY01008 and Avastin groups were 48.5% and 53.0%,*** stratified ORR ratio was 0.91(90%CI 0.80-1.04,within the prespecified equivalence margin of 0.75-1.33).Up to may 15^(th),2020,with a median follow-up of 13.6(range 0.8-28.4)months,no notable differences in DCR,median DoR,median PFS,median OS,and 1-year OS rate were observed between the LY010

Aging biomarkers are a combination of biological parameters to(i)assess age-related changes,(ii)track the physiological aging process,and(iii)predict the transition into a pathological *** a broad spectrum of aging biomarkers has been developed,their potential uses and limitations remain poorly *** immediate goal of biomarkers is to help us answer the following three fundamental questions in aging research:How old are we?Why do we get old?And how can we age slower?This review aims to address this ***,we summarize our current knowledge of biomarkers developed for cellular,organ,and organismal levels of aging,comprising six pillars:physiological characteristics,medical imaging,histological features,cellular alterations,molecular changes,and secretory *** fulfill all these requisites,we propose that aging biomarkers should qualify for being specific,systemic,and clinically relevant.

The pandemic due to the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),the etiological agent of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),has caused immense global *** the rapid accumulation of SARS-CoV-2 genome sequences,however,thousands of genomic variants of SARSCoV-2 are now publicly *** improve the tracing of the viral genomes’evolution during the development of the pandemic,we analyzed single nucleotide variants(SNVs)in 121,618 high-quality SARS-CoV-2 *** divided these viral genomes into two major lineages(L and S)based on variants at sites 8782 and 28144,and further divided the L lineage into two major sublineages(L1 and L2)using SNVs at sites 3037,14408,and ***,we categorized them into 130 sublineages(37 in S,35 in L1,and 58 in L2)based on marker SNVs at 201 additional genomic *** lineage/sublineage designation system has a hierarchical structure and reflects the relatedness among the subclades of the major *** also provide a companion website(***)that allows users to visualize sublineage information and upload their own SARS-CoV-2 genomes for sublineage ***,we discussed the possible roles of compensatory mutations and natural selection during SARS-CoV-2’s *** efforts will improve our understanding of the temporal and spatial dynamics of SARS-CoV-2’s genome evolution.
