Objective:To investigate the long-term therapeutic effects of the chinese medicine jiannao Yizhi Formula(健脑益智方,JYF)in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods:Sixty mild-to-moderate AD participants were recruited and randomly allocated to the treatment(30 with JYF)and the control groups(30 with donepezil)for 6 months with the random *** primary outcomes were scores of Alzheimer’s Disease Rating Scale-Cognitive(ADAS-Cog)and chinese Medicine Symptom Scale(CM-SS).The secondary outcomes were scores of Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),and Activities of Daily Living(ADL).Safety assessments were conducted at baseline and the 6 th month of *** levels of acetylcholine(Ach),amyloid-β protein 42.Aβ42.,and the microtubule-associated protein tau(Tau)were also determined by enzyme-liked immunosorbent ***:Fifty-one participants were included in the final analyses(JYF n=2.;donepezil n=2.).Compared with baseline,both JYF and donepezil increased the MoCA and MMSE scores and decreased the ADAS-Cog and CM-SS scores(P2.and Tau(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in these variables between the two groups,which showed that JYF was not inferior to *** obviously significant changes were observed in the *** severe adverse events were observed in both ***:The effect and safety of JYF for the treatment of AD were not inferior to those of donepezil.

GRB 190530A was jointly observed by the High Energy X-ray Telescope of the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope(Insight-HXMT/HE)and the Ground-Based Wide-Angle Camera network(GWAC-N)with the extremely large field of *** triggered by Insight-HXMT/HE and Fermi/GBM,we observed the optical emission of GRB 190530A,using the 30 cm telescope of GWAC(GWAC-F30)to search and locate its *** observation of the late afterglow of GRB 190530A was made with the 2.16 m telescope at Xinglong *** this paper,we make a detailed exploration of the origin of GRB *** the prompt emission,a“double-tracking”pattern is presented both for the low-energy spectral indexαand the peak energy Epin the Band function with Insight-HXMT/HE and Fermi/GBM data;the results of GRB 190530A are consistent with the Amati and Yonetoku correlations;the spectral lag(τ)versus energy(E)can be estimated withτ=-3.0±0.06+(0.17±0.03)*** synchrotron radiation can account for the origin of GRB190530A prompt emission ***αand Epof the precursor are essentially the same as that of the main prompt emission,implying that they have the same *** the afterglow,it can be described with the external forward shock model in ISM circumburst *** summary,from precursor,prompt emission to afterglow of GRB 190530A all originated from synchrotron radiation.

Above-band-gap optical excitation of electron-hole pairs screens the doping-induced surface electric field and generates terahertz(THz)pulses via free-carrier *** emission from a heavily doped silicon surface is much weaker than that of lightly doped samples.A polarity reversal of the THz electric field is observed in heavily doped p-type silicon,indicating that the doping related and carrier induced surface electric fields oppose each *** comparing the penetration depth of the excitation laser with the thickness of the depletion layer for the doped silicon,it is shown that competition between diffusion and drift current causes the polarity reversal.

Abstract Objective The incidence of hypertension in Tibet ranks highest among all chinese provinces. This may be due to genetic changes caused by Tibet＇s unique natural environment and agrarian lifestyle, prompting us to investigated the relationship between gene polymorphisms and hypertension. Methods Blood samples were collected from 2.9 hypertensive participants and 372.healthy （control） participants from five Tibetan counties. Seventeen single nucleotide polymorphisms were investigated for their connection to hypertension. Results The C allele at rs2.70744 of the NOS3 gene was shown to be significantly associated with hypertension （P=0.0443; OR=1.636）. Additionally, the T allele of rs4961 of the ADD gene was correlated with hypertension in women （P=0.0312.; OR=1.584）. Conclusion In this study we found that the NOS3 and ADD genes were related to a high incidence of hypertension among Tibetans. N053 gene plays a role in regulating vascular tone and blood vessel diameter, which may be altered by the low-oxygen environment of Tibet. ADD is involved in water and salt metabolism, which is consistent with the high-salt diet of Tibetans. The correlations elucidated by our study were different from those of other ethnic groups, indicating that these findings may be specific to the Tibetan people.

As a promising renewable energy source,it is a challenging task to obtain blue energy,which is irregular and has an ultralow frequency,due to the limitation of ***,a nonresonant hybridized electromagnetic-triboelectric nanogenerator was presented to efficiently obtain the ultralow frequency *** instrument adopted the flexible pendulum structure with a precise design and combined the working principle of electromagnetism and triboelectricity to realize the all-directional vibration energy acquisition *** results confirmed that the triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)had the potential to deliver the maximum power point of about 470μW while the electromagnetic nanogenerator(EMG)can provide 52. mW at *** conversion efficiency of energy of the system reached 48.48%,which exhibited a remarkable improvement by about 2.96 times,due to the elastic buffering effect of the TENG with the double helix ***,its ability to collect low frequency wave energy was successfully proven by a buoy in Jialing *** woke provides an effective candidate to harvest irregular and ultralow frequency blue energy on a large scale.

A series of Co-imbedded zeolite-based catalysts were synthesized following a facile solvent-free grinding *** catalytic performance for direct syngas conversion to gasoline range hydrocarbons was compared with their counterpart Co-impregnated zeolite-based *** transformation of solid raw materials to targeted zeolite was confirmed by XRD,SEM,STEM,and N2.physisorption *** in-depth study of acidic strength and acidic site distribution was conducted by NH3-TPD and Py-IR *** strength showed a pivotal role in defining product ***@S1,with the weakest acidic strength of silicalite-1 among three types of zeolites,evaded over-cracking of product and exhibited the highest gasoline and isoparaffin selectivity(≈70%and 30.7%,respectively).Moreover,the solvent-free raw material grinding route for zeolite synthesis accompanies several advantages like the elimination of production of wastewater,high product yield within confined crystallization space,and elimination of safety concerns regarding high pressure due to the absence of the *** and easiness of the solvent-free synthesis route together with promising catalytic performance strongly support its application on the industrial scale.

The positron-impact excitation of hydrogen atoms embedded in plasma environments is investigated using the close-coupling approximation from the low to intermediate energy region without including any positronium formation channel, and the excitation cross sections for 1s→2., 1s→2. and 2.→2. processes are calculated in a wide Debye parameter range. The screening interactions, described by the Debye-Hückel model, decrease the coupling matrix elements, resulting in the reduction of the excitation cross sections from a few percent to one magnitude of ten. This will alter remarkably the spectroscopy of hydrogen in intensity and position, which should be considered in the simulation and diagnostics under some specific plasma conditions.

The risk of emerging infectious diseases(EID)is increasing *** than 60%of EIDs worldwide are caused by animal-borne *** study aimed to characterize the virome,analyze the phylogenetic evolution,and determine the diversity of rodent-borne viruses in Hainan Province,*** collected 682.anal and throat samples from rodents,combined them into 2. pools according to their species and location,and processed them for next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics *** diverse viral contigs closely related to mammals were assigned to 2. viral *** clues of the important rodent-borne viruses were further identified by polymerase chain reaction for phylogenetic analysis and annotation of genetic characteristics such as arenavirus,coronavirus,astrovirus,pestivirus,parvovirus,and *** identified pestivirus and bocavirus in Leopoldoms edwardsi from Huangjinjiaoling,and bocavirus in Rattus andamanensis from the national nature reserves of Bangxi with low amino acid identity to known pathogens are proposed as the novel species,and their rodent hosts have not been previously reported to carry these *** results expand our knowledge of viral classification and host range and suggest that there are highly diverse,undiscovered viruses that have evolved independently in their unique wildlife hosts in inaccessible areas.

企业通常部署各种网络功能设备来实现企业网络所需的网络功能.例如,防火墙和入侵检测系统可以加强企业网络的安全性;缓存代理和广域网优化器可以提升企业网络的性能.然而,企业部署、更新和维护网络功能设备需要大量开销.不同网络功能设备之间的差异使得企业需要庞大的专业团队来管理网络设备.物理设备固定的位置和处理能力使得企业网络无法有效解决网络拥塞带来的设备失效问题.随着企业网络规模的增长,网络功能设备管理、维护和更新产生的开销急剧上升.面对日益增长的网络功能设备运维开销和管理难度,网络功能虚拟化(Network Function Virtualization,NFV)技术提出将网络功能和物理硬件设备解耦,通过在通用商用服务器上部署和管理网络功能,为企业降低了网络设备管理难度,减少了网络功能设备开销,提供了灵活的网络服务部署策略,例如,动态回收/扩展.尽管NFV技术能为企业带来便捷和利益,但是实现一个实用而高效的NFV系统存在很多挑战.针对NFV系统实现中存在的问题和挑战,学术界和工业界已投入大量精力对NFV技术进行研究和尝试.该文首先介绍欧洲电信标准协会制定的NFV技术标准结构,并根据其分类总结NFV系统实现中存在的问题和挑战,将当前研究成果分为网络功能虚拟化、网络功能虚拟化设施和管理、网络编排三个部分.软件定义网络(Software Defined Network,SDN)和NFV技术可以相互弥补促进,该文对其之间的关系进行了研究.然后,该文着重从虚拟化网络功能(Virtual Network Function,VNF)构建及运行环境优化、NFV管理系统设计及优化、策略实施与验证、资源分配和迁移策略、NFV负载均衡和状态管理技术、NFV架构中的安全问题几个方面来深入分析NFV技术当前的学术研究成果.最后介绍了NFV技术在云计算、移动通讯以及家庭网络中的应用场景实例,同时对NFV技术进行总结并展望未来研究发展方向.
