Based on the theory of polarization filtering and the merits of interference suppressions when adopting oblique projections, a novel polarization filtering algorithm is proposed in this paper. The proposed method can effectively separate the target signal and interference without additional transformation and compensation processing, and the target does not suffer distortions after separation. The suggested scheme is still valid when the target and interference hold the same polarized angle but different phase difference in polarized angle. We extend the application to the scope of known target polarization but unknown interference polarization, finding that the interference is restrained and the amplitude/phase of the target are both totally kept. Theoretic analysis and mathematical deduction show that the proposed scheme is a valid and simple implementation. Simulation results also demonstrate that the suggested method can obtain better filtering performance than the conventional polarization filtering (CPF) and the null-phase-shift polarization filtering (NPSPF). It is proved that the proposed OPPF is an extension to the CPF and the NPSPF, and it develops the theory of polarization filtering effectively.

In order to assess the environmental risks caused by carbon emissions from the construction industry in Hebei Province of china,an environmental risk assessment model based on forest carbon sink threshold was constructed to evaluate the carbon emission risks of the construction industry in Hebei Province,{1. from 2.05 to *** results are shown as follows:(1.The overall carbon emissions of the construction industry in Hebei Province of china showed an inverted"V"-shaped evolution trend during the past 1. *** and Shijiazhuang maintained high carbon emissions,while Langfang,Hengshui and Baoding saw rapid increases in carbon emissions.(2.The environmental safety threshold of carbon emission from the construction industry in Hebei Province,{1.,has been continuously improved,and the provincial environmental safety threshold is between 9475080-2.1.4760 tons;The environmental safety threshold was the highest in Baoding and Langfang,and the lowest in Xingtai.(3)In the past 1. years,the carbon emission risk of the construction industry in Hebei Province of china has been in a state of extremely serious risk,and the risk index generally presents an inverted"V"type trend.(4)The carbon emission risk of Hebei city in china presents a spatial pattern of"high in the south and low in the north",which goes through two stages:risk increase period and risk reduction period.

DEAD-box helicase 1.(DDX1.)is a typical member of the DEAD-box family with transcriptional cofactor *** DDX1. is abundantly expressed in the myocardium,its role in heart is not fully *** generated cardiomyocyte-specific Ddx1.-knockout mice(Ddx1.-cKO),cardiomyocyte-specific Ddx1. transgenic mice(Ddx1.-Tg),and various models of cardiomyocyte injury and heart failure(HF).DDX1. is downregulated in the myocardium of mouse models of heart failure and cardiomyocyte ***-specific knockout of Ddx1. promotes autophagic flux blockage and cardiomyocyte apoptosis,leading to progressive cardiac dysfunction,maladaptive remodeling and progression to heart *** of DDX1. expression in cardiomyocytes protects cardiac function under pathological *** studies showed that DDX1. can bind to the transcriptional repressor B-cell lymphoma 6(BCL6)and inhibit the expression of dynamin-related protein 1.DRP1..When DDX1. expression is reduced,transcriptional repression of BCL6 is attenuated,leading to increased DRP1.expression and mitochondrial fission,which in turn leads to impaired mitochondrial homeostasis and heart *** also investigated the correlation of DDX1. expression with cardiac function and DRP1.expression in myocardial biopsy samples from patients with heart *** findings suggest that DDX1. protects cardiac function by promoting mitochondrial homeostasis through the BCL6-DRP1.pathway in heart failure.

We study the Bose–Einstein condensation of parallel light in a two-dimensional nonlinear optical cavity,where the massive photons are converted into photon molecules(p-molecules).We extend the classical-field method to provide a description of the two-component system,and we also derive a coupled density equation which can be used to describe the conversion relation between photons and ***,we obtain the chemical potential of the system,and we also find that the system can transform from the mixed photon and p-molecule condensate phase into a pure p-molecule condensate ***,we investigate the collective excitation of the *** also discuss the problem how the spontaneous decay of an atom is influenced by both the phase transition and collective excitation of the coupling system.

基于Nrf2.HO-1.死亡信号通路探讨补阳还五汤对血管紧张素Ⅱ(Angiotensin Ⅱ,AngⅡ)诱导的H9c2.鼠心肌细胞铁死亡的影响。体外培养H9c2.肌细胞,分别设正常组(ZC)、模型组(MX)、补阳还五汤低剂量组(BD)、补阳还五汤中剂量组(BZ)、补阳还五汤高剂量组(BG)和阳性对照组(YX)。除正常组外,其余各组采用1.mol/L AngⅡ建立心肌细胞损伤模型,同时补阳还五汤低、中、高剂量组分别用含0.5、1.2.mg/mL补阳还五汤的培养基培养,阳性对照组使用含1.μmol/L铁死亡抑制剂Ferrostatin-1.Fer-1.的培养基培养,2. h后收集细胞。采用CCK-8法检测各组心肌细胞活性;细胞铁含量检测试剂盒测定细胞内铁含量;免疫荧光染色法检测各组Nrf2.白表达;q-PCR法检测各组细胞核转录相关因子2.Nrf2.、血红加氧酶-1.HO-1.、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4(GPX4)的mRNA表达水平;ELISA试剂盒检测细胞谷胱甘肽(GSH)和GPX4的蛋白表达水平;Western blot法检测Nrf2.HO-1.蛋白表达。结果表明,补阳还五汤高剂量组可明显提高AngⅡ诱导的H9c2.胞活力下降(P1.,减少AngⅡ条件下铁含量(P2.胞GSH、GPX4、Nrf2.HO-1.基因和蛋白表达水平的下降,使AngⅡ条件下受到抑制的Nrf2.达增加,与阳性对照组结果一致(P1.P2.HO-1.号通路调控心肌细胞铁死亡从而保护高血压继发的心肌损伤。
