As the key of embedded displacement measurement,a fiber-optic micro-probe laser interferometer(FMI)is of great interest in developing high-end equipment as well as precision ***,conventional phasegenerated carrier(PGC)approaches are for low-speed scenes and local error analysis,usually neglecting the global precision analysis and dynamic effect of system parameters under high-speed measurement,thus hindering their broad *** present a high-speed PGC demodulation model and method to achieve subnanometer displacement measurement precision in *** model includes a global equivalent resolution analysis and revelation of the demodulation error *** this model,the failure issues regarding the PGC demodulation method under high speed and large range are ***,an ultra-precision PGC demodulation algorithm based on the combination of static and dynamic delay adaptive regulation is proposed to enable high-speed and large-range displacement *** this paper,the proposed model and algorithm are validated through simulation and experimental *** results demonstrate a displacement resolution of 0.1 nm with a standard deviation of less than 0.5 nm when measuring at a high velocity of 1.5 m/s—nearly a tenfold increase of the latest study.

The BG11.e high-strength expansion pipe was developed using medium manganese steel and subjected to a two-phase zone heat treatment *** properties and microstructure analysis results have proven that the BG11.e expansion pipe exhibits uniform elongation of more than 19%.Moreover,after undergoing expan-sion deformation,its strength,toughness,and plasticity are found to meet the stringent requirements of the P110 *** microstructure of this high-strength expansion pipe,which has a strength of 110 ksi(1 ksi=6.895 MPa),consists of tempered martensite,ferrite,retained austenite,and granular *** propotion of retained austenite reaches up to 12%,ensuring high plasticity and the occurrence of the transformation-induced plasticity effect during the deformation ***,it enhances the coordinated deformation ability between different phases,which significantly improves the internal yield pressure of the BG11.e high-strength expansion pipe in turn.

Sulfur redox reactions render lithium–sulfur(Li–S)batteries with an energy density of>500Whkg−1 but suffer a low practical capacity and fast capacity fade due to sluggish sulfur redox reaction(SRR)kinetics,which lies in the complex reaction process that involves a series of reaction intermediates and proceeds via a cascade ***,we present a Pt–Cu dual-atom catalyst(Pt/Cu-NG)as an electrocatalyst for sulfur redox ***/Cu-NG enabled the rapid conversion of soluble polysulfide intermediates into insoluble Li2S2/Li2S,and consequently,it prevented the accumulation and shuttling of lithium polysulfides,thus outperforming the corresponding single-atom catalysts(SACs)with individual Pt or Cu *** X-ray absorption spectroscopy and density functional theory calculations revealed that a synergistic effect between the paired Pt and Cu atoms modifies the electronic structure of the Pt site through d-orbital interactions,resulting in an optimal moderate interaction of the metal atom with the different sulfide *** optimal interaction enhanced charge transfer kinetics and promoted sulfur redox *** work thus provides important insights on the atomic scale into the synergistic effects operative in dual-atom catalysts and will thus pave the way to electrocatalysts with enhanced efficiency for high-performance Li–S batteries.

The nitridation reaction of calcium carbide and N_(2) at high temperatures is the key step in the production of ***,the challenges faced by this process,such as high energy consumption and poor product quality,are mainly attributed to the lack of profound understanding of the *** study aimed to improve this process by investigating the non-isothermal kinetics and reaction characteristics of calcium carbide nitridation reaction at different heating rates(10,15,20,and 30℃·min^(-1))using thermogravimetric *** kinetic equation for the nitridation reaction of additive-free calcium carbide sample was obtained by combining model-free methods and model-fitting *** effect of different calcium-based additives(CaCl_(2) and CaF_(2))on the reaction was also *** results showed that the calcium-based additives significantly reduced reaction temperature and activation energy e_(a) by about 40% with CaF_(2) and by 55%-60% with CaCl_(2).The reaction model f(α)was also changed from contracting volume(R3)to 3-D diffusion models with D3 for CaCl_(2) and D4 for CaF_(2).This study provides valuable information on the mechanism and kinetics of calcium carbide nitridation reaction and new insights into the improvement of the lime-nitrogen process using calcium-based additives.

This study conducted a comparative analysis of extractable hopanoid hydrocarbons and those released via stepwise pyrolysis of typical eocene immature oil shales in China,namely the Huadian,Maoming,and Fushun *** the Huadian and Maoming shales exhibit immature indicators in extractable and kerogen-bound hopanoids(notably,high abundance of C_(29)to C_(32)17β,21β-hopanes and unsaturated hopenes).In contrast,the Fushun oil shale's hopanoids from extracts and pyrolyzates suggest a higher maturity *** absence of neohopenes in the pyrolyzates of the shales underpins that the kerogenbound hopanoid skeletons resist ***,the Huadian oil shale's asymmetric distribution of C_(29)and C_(30)hopenes and neohopenes hints at the presence of an additional *** unsaturated hopenes,such as hop-20(21)-enes,identified in pyrolyzates of the three kerogens at various pyrolysis temperatures,reveal the occurrence of double bonds in kerogen-bound hopanoid skeletons without methyl *** absence of hop-20-(21)-ene in extracts suggests that it might act as an intermediate of these novel hopenes during the epimerization of hopanoid skeletons within *** extractable and pyrolytic hopanoids'stereochemical alignment indicates that epimerization may occur in both ring systems and alkyl side chains of kerogen-bound hopanoid *** stepwise pyrolysis proves to be a quick screening method for geological hopanoids without causing any significant alteration to the original skeletons even when cracking multiple covalent bonds is necessary.

Apoptosis is an important process for organism development that functions to eliminate cell damage,maintain homeostasis,and remove obsolete tissues during *** mammals,apoptosis is accompanied by the release of cytochrome C(Cyt-c)from mitochondria to the ***,whether this process is conserved in the fruit fly,Drosophila melanogaster,remains *** this study,we discovered that during the degradation of Drosophila salivary gland,the transcription of mitochondria apoptosis factors(MAPFs),Cyt-c,and death-associated APAF1-related killer(Dark)encoding genes are all upregulated antecedent to initiator and effector caspases encoding *** proteins Cyt-c and the active caspase 3 appear gradually in the cytoplasm during salivary gland ***,the Cyt-c protein colocates with mito-GFP,the marker indicating cytoplasmic mitochondria,and the change in mitochondrial membrane potential coincides with the appearance of Cyt-c in the ***,impeding or promoting 20e-induced transcription factor e93 suppresses or enhances the staining of Cyt-c and the active caspase 3 in the cytoplasm of salivary gland,and accordingly decreases or increases the mitochondrial membrane potential,*** research provides evidence that cytoplasmic Cyt-c appears before apoptosis during Drosophila salivary gland degradation,shedding light on partial conserved mechanism in apoptosis between insects and mammals.
