Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy(SERS)is a nondestructive technique for rapid detection of analytes even at the single-molecule ***,highly sensitive and reliable SERS substrates are mostly fabricated with complex nanofabrication techniques,greatly restricting their practical applications.A convenient electrochemical method for transforming the surface of commercial gold wires/foils into silver-alloyed nanostructures is demonstrated in this *** substrates are treated with repetitive anodic and cathodic bias in an electrolyte of thiourea,in a one-pot one-step manner.X-rays absorption fine structure(XAFS)spectroscopy confirms that the AuAg alloy is induced at the *** unique AuAg alloyed surface nanostructures are particularly advantageous when served as SERS substrates,enabling a remarkably sensitive detection of Rhodamine B(a detection limit of 10^(-14)M,and uniform strong response throughout the substrates at 10^(-12)M).

随着数字智能技术的快速发展应用,认知域、技术域和物理域深度互联,认知域逐渐成为国际关系的一个独立行动领域,认知域国际竞争愈演愈烈。认知域竞争可以分为三个行动维度,其中认知域对物理域的影响过程构成认知域作战,物理域对认知域的影响过程构成认知战略,认知域自身构成认知安全。本国的认知安全是认知域国际竞争的基础,它可分为以韧性逻辑为核心的客观认知安全和以敏感性逻辑为基础的主观认知安全。为确保中国在认知域国际竞争中获得优势地位,保障我国的政治安全,中国需要在认知域作战层面做到灵活高效、攻守兼备,在认知战略层面预先布局、赢在先手,在认知安全层面提高敏感度、增强韧性。

The initial-boundary value problem of an anisotropic porous medium equation■is *** with the usual porous medium equation,there are two different characteristics in this *** lies in its anisotropic property,another one is that there is a nonnegative variable diffusion coefficient a(x,t)*** a(x,t)may be degenerate on the parabolic boundary∂Ω×(0,T),instead of the boundedness of the gradient|∇u|for the usual porous medium,we can only show that∇u∈L^(∞)(0,T;L^(2)_(loc)(Ω)).Based on this property,the partial boundary value conditions matching up with the anisotropic porous medium equation are discovered and two stability theorems of weak solutions can be proved naturally.

The industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)is a new indus-trial idea that combines the latest information and communica-tion technologies with the industrial *** this paper,a cloud control structure is designed for IIoT in cloud-edge envi-ronment with three modes of *** 5G based IIoT,the time sensitive network(TSN)service is introduced in transmission network.A 5G logical TSN bridge is designed to transport TSN streams over 5G framework to achieve end-to-end *** a transmission control protocol(TCP)model with nonlinear disturbance,time delay and uncertainties,a robust adaptive fuzzy sliding mode controller(AFSMC)is given with control rule *** workflows are made up of a series of subtasks that are linked by the dependencies between sensor datasets and task *** workflow scheduling is a non-deterministic polynomial(NP)-hard problem in cloud-edge *** adaptive and non-local-convergent particle swarm optimization(ANCPSO)is designed with nonlinear inertia weight to avoid falling into local optimum,which can reduce the makespan and cost *** and experiments demonstrate that ANCPSO has better performances than other classical algo-rithms.

The classical deviatoric hardening models are capable of characterizing the mechanical response of granular materials for a broad range of degrees of *** work finds that it has limitations in accurately predicting the volumetric deformation characteristics under a wide range of confining/consolidation *** issue stems from the pressure independent hardening law in the classical deviatoric hardening *** overcome this problem,we propose a refined deviatoric hardening model in which a pressure-dependent hardening law is developed based on experimental *** between numerical results and laboratory triaxial tests indicate that the improved model succeeds in capturing the volumetric deformation behavior under various confining/consolidation pressure conditions for both dense and loose ***,to examine the importance of the improved deviatoric hardening model,it is combined with the bounding surface plasticity theory to investigate the mechanical response of loose sand under complex cyclic loadings and different initial consolidation *** is proved that the proposed pressure-dependent deviatoric hardening law is capable of predicting the volumetric deformation characteristics to a satisfactory degree and plays an important role in the simulation of complex deformations for granular geomaterials.

Edible plant derived exosome-like nanoparticles(ELNs)have been shown to have multiple nutraceutical ***,the diversity of plant materials makes the plant derived ELN study *** efforts are still needed to explore the feasible isolation methods of edible plant derived ELNs and the possible roles of food-derived ELNs in improving human *** this study,a size exclusion chromatography based method was compared with the traditional ultracentrifugation method to isolate blueberry derived ELNs(B-ELNs),and the miRNA profile of B-ELNs was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing.A total of 36 miRNAs were found to be enriched in B-ELNs compared with berry tissue,and their potential cross-kingdom human gene targets were further *** showed that size exclusion chromatography was effective for B-ELN *** most abundant miRNAs in B-ELNs mainly belonged to the miR166 family and miR396 *** gene prediction indicated that B-ELNs could potentially regulate pathways related to the human digestive system,immune system and infectious diseases.

Autonomous umanned aerial vehicle(UAV) manipulation is necessary for the defense department to execute tactical missions given by commanders in the future unmanned battlefield. A large amount of research has been devoted to improving the autonomous decision-making ability of UAV in an interactive environment, where finding the optimal maneuvering decisionmaking policy became one of the key issues for enabling the intelligence of UAV. In this paper, we propose a maneuvering decision-making algorithm for autonomous air-delivery based on deep reinforcement learning under the guidance of expert experience. Specifically, we refine the guidance towards area and guidance towards specific point tasks for the air-delivery process based on the traditional air-to-surface fire control ***, we construct the UAV maneuvering decision-making model based on Markov decision processes(MDPs). Specifically, we present a reward shaping method for the guidance towards area and guidance towards specific point tasks using potential-based function and expert-guided advice. The proposed algorithm could accelerate the convergence of the maneuvering decision-making policy and increase the stability of the policy in terms of the output during the later stage of training process. The effectiveness of the proposed maneuvering decision-making policy is illustrated by the curves of training parameters and extensive experimental results for testing the trained policy.

With economic development and urbanization in China,the rural settlements have experienced great *** explore the evolution process of rural settlements in terms of land,population and industry can reveal the development law of rural spatial distribution,population structure and industrial economy in different stages and *** the development status and evolution characteristics of villages in the upper Tuojiang River basin in Southwest China in the past 20 years are of significant *** upper Tuojiang River basin includes the main types of terrain found in the Southwest region:mountainous,plains,and hills,exhibiting a certain typicality of geographical *** study took towns and townships at the town-level scale as the basic unit of research,and constructed an evaluation system for village evolution based on'land,population,and industry'.It employed Criteria Importance Through Inter-Criteria Correlation(CRITIC)analysis to examine the characteristics of village evolution in the area from 2000 to 2020,and used geographic detector analysis to identify the leading factors affecting village *** results show that:(1)From 2000 to 2010,villages in the upper Tuojiang River basin experienced significant changes,and the pace of these transformations slowed from 2010 to 2020.(2)From a comprehensive perspective,from 2000 to 2020,villages in hilly areas show a decline,while villages in plain areas near the city center show a positive urbanization development.(3)Road accessibility and distance from the city center are the main factors that explain the spatial differentiation of village evolution degree in the study *** study elucidates the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of villages in the upper Tuojiang River basin and identifies the primary factors contributing to their changes,which will provide a reference for investigating the development of rural areas in different terrains of Southwest China.
