The Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)is a global pandemic that seriously threatens health and socioeconomic development,but the existed antiviral drugs and vaccines still cannot yet halt the spread of the ***,a comprehensive and profound understanding of the pathogenesis of SARS-CoV-2 is urgently needed to explore effective therapeutic ***,we conducted a multiomics study of SARS-CoV-2-infected lung epithelial cells,including transcriptomic,proteomic,and *** analysis showed that SARS-CoV-2-infected lung epithelial cells activated strong innate immune response,including interferon and inflammatory *** further reveals the underlying mechanism of SARS-CoV-2 disrupting the host innate immune *** addition,SARS-CoV-2 proteins were found to be ubiquitinated during infection despite the fact that SARS-CoV-2 itself didn’t code any E3 ligase,and that ubiquitination at three sites on the Spike protein could significantly enhance viral *** screening of the E3 ubiquitin ligases and deubiquitinating enzymes(DUBs)library revealed four E3 ligases influencing SARS-CoV-2 infection,thus providing several new antiviral *** multiomics combined with high-throughput screening study reveals that SARS-CoV-2 not only modulates innate immunity,but also promotes viral infection,by hijacking ubiquitination-specific processes,highlighting potential antiviral and anti-inflammation targets.

ZnO-based catalysts have been intensively studied because of their extraordinary performance in lower olefin synthesis,methanol synthesis and water-gas shift ***,how ZnO catalyzes these reactions are still not well ***,we investigate the activations of CO_(2),O_(2)and CO on single crystalline ZnO polar surfaces at room temperature,through in-situ near-ambient-pressure X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(NAP-XPS).It is revealed that O_(2)and CO_(2)can undergo chemisorption on ZnO polar surfaces at elevated *** the ZnO(0001)surface,molecular CO_(2)(O_(2))can chemically interact with the top layer Zn atoms,leading to the formation of CO_(2)^(δ-)(O_(2)^(δ-))or partially dissociative atomic oxygen(O-)and hence the electron depletion layer in ***,an apparent upward band-bending in ZnO(0001)is observed under the CO_(2)and O_(2)*** the ZnO(0001)surface,the molecular chemisorbed CO_(2)(O_(2))mainly bond to the surface oxygen vacancies,which also results in an upward bandbending in ZnO(0001).In contrast,no band-bending is observed for both ZnO polar surfaces upon CO *** electron-acceptor nature of the surface bounded molecules/atoms is responsible for the reversible binding energy shift of Zn 2 p_(3/2)and O 1 s in *** findings can shed light on the fundamental understandings of CO_(2)and O_(2)activation on ZnO surfaces,especially the role of ZnO in heterogeneous catalytic reactions.

Schwann cell transplantation is a promising method to promote neural repair, and can be used for peripheral nerve protection and myelination. Microcapsule technology largely mitigates immune rejection of transplanted cells. We previously showed that microencapsulated olfactory ensheathing cells can reduce neuropathic pain and we hypothesized that microencapsulated Schwann cells can also inhibit neuropathic pain. Rat Schwann cells were cultured by subculture and then microencapsulated and were tested using a rat chronic constriction injury（CCI） neuropathic pain model. CCI rats were treated with Schwann cells or microencapsulated Schwann cells and were compared with sham and CCI groups. Mechanical withdrawal threshold and thermal withdrawal latency were assessed preoperatively and at 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 14 days postoperatively. The expression of P2X3 receptors in L4-5 dorsal root ganglia of the different groups was detected by double-label immunofluorescence on day 14 after surgery. Compared with the chronic constriction injury group, mechanical withdrawal threshold and thermal withdrawal latency were higher, but the expression of P2X3 receptors was remarkably decreased in rats treated with Schwann cells and microencapsulated Schwann cells, especially in the rats transplanted with microencapsulated Schwann cells. The above data show that microencapsulated Schwann cell transplantation inhibits P2X3 receptor expression in L4-5 dorsal root ganglia and neuropathic pain.

The applicability of statistics-based landslide susceptibility assessment methods is affected by the number of historical *** studies have proposed support vector machine(SVM)as a small-sample learning ***,those studies demonstrated that different parameters can affect model *** optimized the SVM and obtained models as 5-fold cross validation(5-CV)SVM,genetic algorithm(GA)SVM,and particle swarm optimization(PSO)*** study compared the prediction performances of logistic regression(LR),5-CV SVM,GA SVM,and PSO SVM on landslide susceptibility mapping,to explore the spatial distribution of landslide susceptibility in the study area in Tibetan Plateau,China.A geospatial database was established based on 392 historical landslides and 392 non-landslides in the study *** used 11 influencing factors of altitude,slope,aspect,curvature,lithology,normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI),distance to road,distance to river,distance to fault,peak ground acceleration(PGA),and rainfall to construct an influencing factor evaluation *** evaluate the models,four susceptibility maps were compared via receiver operating characteristics(ROC)curve and the results showed that prediction rates for the models are 84%(LR),87%(5-CV SVM),85%(GA SVM),and 90%(PSO SVM).We also used precision,recall,F1-score and accuracy to assess the quality performance of these *** results showed that the PSO SVM had greater potential for future implementation in the Tibetan Plateau area because of its superior performance in the landslide susceptibility assessment.

Strain rate sensitivity and deformation mechanism of integral-forming aluminum foam sandwich(IFAFS)under quasi-static and dynamic compression were *** Hopkinson pressure bar experiments with high-speed video cameras were conducted to analyze strain rate dependency and actual deformation mechanism of IFAFS.X-ray microtomography technique(Micro-CT)based on 3D finite element(FE)was used to study stress and plastic strain contours of IFAFS sample and to predict stress distribution and deformation history under both dynamic and quasi-static ***-inertia effect of typical cell structures was quantitatively analyzed by FE *** results showed that IFAFS is sensitive to strain rate where the deformation mode under dynamic loading is different from that observed under quasi-static *** strain rate increasing,good metallurgical bonding of face sheet and foam core layer contributed to improving the elastic modulus and peak stress of ***,finite element model confirmed that micro-inertia effect of IFAFS can be ignored during dynamic loading.
