The human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cell line has been used as a model to study mechanisms of neurotransmitter *** order to study the mechanism of SH-SY5Y single cell exocytosis stimulated by different stimulants,including high K+,3-(1-nitroso-2-pyrrolidinyl)pyridine and nicotine,a type of indium tin oxide(ITO)micro-pore electrode was used to obtain the corresponding amperometric response *** the cell is stimulated by 0.1 M K+,almost immediate exocytosis could be detected,due to the rapid depolarization of cell ***,the stimulations with 1 mM nicotine and 3-(1-nitroso-2-pyrrolidinyl)pyridine result in a short delay between stimulation and exocytosis,which can be correlated with the time needed for binding of the stimulant to the nicotinic acetylcholine(ACh)receptor and the induction of post-binding ***,the response time of SH-SY5Y single cell exocytosis is significantly affected by the exocytosis mechanisms.

以正磷酸、焦磷酸和硅藻土为原料,采用浸渍法制备固体磷酸催化剂(SPAC),采用BET、XRD和SEM等手段进行物化表征,考察了剂油质量比1∶15、反应温度150℃和反应1 h时,各种因素(焦磷酸与正磷酸质量比、总酸与硅藻土质量比、焙烧温度和焙烧时间)对SPAC催化FCC汽油烷基化脱硫效果的影响,并利用气相色谱仪分析了FCC汽油反应前后噻吩类硫化物及烃类组分的分布变化。研究结果表明,焦磷酸与正磷酸质量比为2,总酸与硅藻土质量比为6,焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间为4 h时,SPAC的催化性能最佳。

The dynamics of C+H_(2)→H+CH reaction is theoretically studied using the quasiclassical trajectory and quantum mechanical wave packet *** analysis of reaction probabilities,integral cross sections,and rate coefficients reveal the essential Coriolis coupling effects in the quantum mechanical wave packet *** calculated polarizationdependent differential cross section,P(θ_(r))and P(Φ_(r))show that the j'of product rotational angular momentum is not only aligned along the y axis and the direction of the vector x+z,but also strongly oriented along the positive y axis.

ClassE电路具有结构简单、无直通问题、可靠性高等优点。但是由于传统Class E电路软开关范围窄,传输功率有限,不适合电池充电这种变负载场合。为了解决这些问题,文中提出3种带电容切换补偿网络的新型Class E电路,不仅提高了软开关范围和输出功率,而且只需要切换一次开关即可实现恒流和恒压输出,不需要改变频率或补偿方式。对3种补偿网络考虑软开关裕量进行精确建模,并在阻抗压缩、高次谐波抑制、器件参数、电容应力等方面进行比较和分析,得出S/CL网络具有较大优势。最后搭建实验平台,对S/CL和S/CLC两种网络进行比较,验证S/CL网络具有更好的恒流恒压特性。

高精度区域地磁场建模是组合导航定位中的关键技术,针对目前Taylor多项式建模、Kriging插值建模局部数据失真、分辨率不高等问题,提出了基于变异参数矩阵阈值识别的融合式插值建模算法。自动区分数据变化剧烈区域和平缓区域,智能选择相适应的建模算法,设计了融合式模型边界衔接数据修补完善算法,提高了区域地磁场分辨率,实现了整体数据平滑过渡。不同区域地磁场建模仿真实验表明,所提算法的模型分辨率优于Taylor多项式算法和Kriging插值算法,区域数据误差均方差至少降低了56%,具有一定的实用价值和应用前景。

Objects with different shapes,materials and temperatures can emit distinct polarizations and spectral information in mid-infrared band,which provides a unique signature in the transparent window for object ***,the crosstalk among various polarization and wavelength channels prevents from accurate mid-infrared detections at high signal-to-noise ***,we report full-polarization metasurfaces to break the inherent eigen-polarization constraint over the wavelengths in *** recipe enables to select arbitrary orthogonal polarization basis at individual wavelength independently,therefore alleviating the crosstalk and efficiency degradation.A six-channel all-silicon metasurface is specifically presented to project focused mid-infrared light to distinct positions at three wavelengths,each with a pair of arbitrarily chosen orthogonal *** isolation ratio of 117 between neighboring polarization channels is experimentally recorded,exhibiting detection sensitivity one order of magnitude higher than existing infrared ***,the high aspect ratio~30 of our meta-structures manufactured by deep silicon etching technology at temperature−150℃ guarantees the large and precise phase dispersion control over a broadband from 3 to 4.5μ*** believe our results would benefit the noise-immune mid-infrared detections in remote sensing and space-to-ground communications.

East Asian dust（EAD） exerts considerable impacts on the energy balance and climate/climate change of the earth system through its influence on solar and terrestrial radiation, cloud properties, and precipitation efficiency. Providing an accurate description of the life cycle and climate effects of EAD is therefore critical to better understanding of climate change and socioeconomic development in East Asia and even worldwide. Dust modeling has undergone substantial development since the late 1990 s, associated with improved understanding of the role of EAD in the earth system. Here, we review the achievements and progress made in recent decades in terms of dust modeling research,including dust emissions, long-range transport, radiative forcing（RF）, and climate effects of dust particles over East Asia. Numerous efforts in dust/EAD modeling have been directed towards furnishing more sophisticated physical and chemical processes into the models on higher spatial resolutions. Meanwhile, more systematic observations and more advanced retrieval methods for instruments that address EAD related science issues have made it possible to evaluate model results and quantify the role of EAD in the earth system, and to further reduce the uncertainties in EAD simulations. Though much progress has been made, large discrepancies and knowledge gaps still exist among EAD simulations. The deficiencies and limitations that pertain to the performance of the EAD simulations referred to in the present study are also discussed.
