高校教师的教学能力对教师自身的专业发展和人才的培养有着深远的影响。本文采用文献分析法和层次分析法,对教学能力和教学能力评价的界定进行分析,探究了高校教师教学能力评价体系存在的问题,针对教学能力评价指标,构建了高校教师教学能力评价指标体系,其中包括思想道德、专业理论知识、教学实践能力、教研能力、教学管理能力5个一级指标和11个二级指标,以促进高校教师教学能力的提高。

Retroviruses exclusively infect vertebrates,causing a variety of *** replication of retroviruses requires reverse transcription and integration into host *** infecting germline cells,retroviruses become inherited vertically,forming endogenous retroviruses(ERVs).ERVs document past viral infections,providing molecular fossils for studying the evolutionary history of *** this review,we summarize the recent advances in understanding the diversity and evolution of retroviruses from the perspectives of viral fossils,and discuss the effects of ERVs on the evolution of host biology.

Adaptive deep reinforcement learning for non-stationary environments

Deep reinforcement learning(DRL) is currently used to solve Markov decision process problems for which the environment is typically assumed to be stationary. In this paper, we propose an adaptive DRL method for non-stationary environments. First, we introduce model uncertainty and propose the self-adjusting deep Q-learning algorithm, which can achieve the rebalance of exploration and exploitation automatically as the environment changes. Second, we propose a feasible criterion to judge the appropriateness of parameter setting of deep Q-networks and minimize the misjudgment probability based on the large deviation principle(LDP). The effectiveness of the proposed adaptive DRL method is illustrated in terms of an advanced persistent threat(APT) attack simulation game. Experimental results show that compared with the classic deep Q-learning algorithms in non-stationary and stationary environments, the adaptive DRL method improves performance by at least 14.28% and 30.56%, respectively.

The velocity interferometer system for any reflector(VISAR) coupled with a streaked optical pyrometer(SOP) system is used as a diagnostic tool in inertial confinement fusion(ICF) experiments involving equations of state and shock *** validate the process of adiabatically compressing the fuel shell through precise tuning of shocks in experimental campaigns for the double-cone ignition(DCI) scheme of ICF, a compact line-imaging VISAR with an SOP system is designed and implemented at the Shenguang-II upgrade laser facility. The temporal and spatial resolutions of the system are better than 30 ps and 7 μm, respectively. An illumination lens is used to adjust the lighting spot size matching with the target size. A polarization beam splitter and λ/4 waveplate are used to increase the transmission efficiency of our system. The VISAR and SOP work at 660 and 450 nm, respectively, to differentiate the signals from the scattered lights of the drive lasers. The VISAR can measure the shock velocity. At the same time, the SOP system can give the shock timing and relative strength. This system has been used in different DCI campaigns, where the generation and propagation processes of multi-shock are carefully diagnosed.

A monolithic column-based mass spectrometry(MS)analysis kit was prepared for whole blood analysis with *** kit is disposable and can be used for purification,storage,transportation and direct analysis of whole *** kit mainly consists of a capillary for quantitative microsampling,a cation exchange monolithic column for purification and storage,and a syringe for loading *** kit is very friendly to various users that one can easily siphon the blood in the kit followed by rapid *** established a quantitative method using the kit with a limit detection as low as 0.33 nmol/L,and achieved more than five orders of magnitude enhancement in sensitivity compared to direct nanoelectrospray ionization MS *** column can avoid analyte exposure to environment,which helps the storage of the sample for laboratory *** relative standard deviation of immediate blood analysis and storage blood analysis within 10 d was less than 10%.This method has been successfully applied to the quantitative analysis of procainamide hydrochloride in 2μL rat *** results indicate that this disposable kit does have the potential to achieve highly sensitive quantitative MS analysis in biological samples,which is expected to become a cost-effective and powerful tool for in vitro diagnostics.

省域空间发展结构多中心演化与区域均衡发展

从单中心向多中心演化的空间发展结构深刻影响着区域经济协调发展。文章利用泰尔指数、基尼系数与帕累托指数,测度了中国23个省域的不平衡发展水平与多中心演化水平,基于2004—2019年省级面板数据的二次项修正模型,实证考察了中国省域空间发展结构的多中心演化水平与区域发展不平衡水平的关系与交互机制。回归结果显示:(1)中国省域多中心演化与区域发展不平衡水平之间存在非线性正U型关系,但东部沿海省域能够较好地克服过强的多中心结构引发的资源争抢问题,呈线性相关;(2)空间发展结构对区域发展不平衡水平产生显著影响主要发生在2012年中国经济进入增速换挡期后;(3)省域多中心演化程度对区域发展不平衡的作用会受到工业发展水平、服务业发展水平、城镇化水平、人力资本等因素非线性调节的复杂影响。文章进而从空间发展结构规划角度提出促进中国区域协调发展的政策建议。

Objective The study aimed to investigate the impact of rare earth elements(REEs)exposure on pregnancy outcomes of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)by analyzing samples from *** A total of 141 couples were *** and follicular fluid from the wives and semen plasma from the husbands,were analyzed for REEs using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Spearman's correlation coefficients and the Mann–Whitney U test were used to assess correlations and compare REE concentrations among three types of samples,*** models were utilized to estimate the individual REE effect on IVF-ET outcomes,while BKMR and WQS models explored the mixture of REE interaction effects on IVF-ET *** Higher La concentration in semen(median 0.089 ng/mL,P=0.03)was associated with a lower fertilization ***,this effect was not observed after artificial selection intervention through intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)(P=0.27).In semen,the REEs mixture did not exhibit any significant association with clinical *** Our study revealed a potential association between high La exposure in semen and a decline in fertilization rate,but not clinical pregnancy *** is the first to report REEs concentrations in follicular fluid with La,Ce,Pr,and Nd found at significantly lower concentrations than in serum,suggesting that these four REEs may not accumulate in the female reproductive ***,at the current exposure levels,mixed REEs exposure did not exhibit reproductive toxicity.
