Artificially controlling the solid-state precipitation in aluminum (Al) alloys is an efficient way to achieve well-performed properties,and the microalloying strategy is the most frequently adopted method for such a *** this paper,recent advances in lengthscale-dependent scandium (Sc) microalloying effects in Al-Cu model alloys are *** coarse-grained Al-Cu alloys,the Sc-aided Cu/Sc/vacancies complexes that act as heterogeneous nuclei and Sc segregation at the θ′-Al_(2)Cu/matrix interface that reduces interfacial energy contribute significantly to θ′*** grain size refinement to the fine/ultrafine-grained scale,the strongly bonded Cu/Sc/vacancies complexes inhibit Cu and vacancy diffusing toward grain boundaries,promoting the desired intragranular θ′*** nanocrystalline scale,the applied high strain producing high-density vacancies results in the formation of a large quantity of (Cu Sc,vacancy)-rich atomic complexes with high thermal stability,outstandingly improving the strength/ductility synergy and preventing the intractable low-temperature *** review recommends the use of microalloying technology to modify the precipitation behaviors toward better combined mechanical properties and thermal stability in Al alloys.

Recently,increasing natural infection cases and experimental animal challenge studies demonstrated domestic cats are susceptible to multiple subtypes influenza A virus(IAV)***,some subtype IAV strains could circulate in domestic cats after cross-species transmission and even infected humans,posing a threat to public *** factors related to viral polymerase activity could determine host range of IAV and acidic nuclear phosphoprotein 32(ANP32)is the most important one among ***,role of cat-derived ANP32 on viral polymerase activity and host range of IAV is still *** the present study,a total of 10 feline ANP32(feANP32)splice variants(including 5 feANP32A,3 feANP32B,and 2 feANP32E)were obtained from domestic cats by *** alignment results demonstrated amino acid deletions and/or insertions occurred among feANP32 variants,but all feANP32 proteins were primarily localized to cell *** replication systems for several representative IAV strains were established and the support ability of feANP32 on IAV polymerase activity was *** results indicated that most feANP32A and feANP32B splice variants were able to support all the tested IAV strains,though the support activity of a single feANP32 protein on polymerase activity varied among different IAV *** addition,the role of feANP32 in supporting H3N2 canine influenza virus was determined by investigating viral replication in ***,our study systematically investigated the support activity of feANP32 on IAV,providing a clue for further exploring the mechanism of susceptibility of cats to IAV.

Novel angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE)inhibitory peptides were identified from whey protein hydrolysates(WPH)in vitro in our previous study and the antihypertensive abilities of WPH in vivo were further investigated in the current *** indicated that WPH significantly inhibited the development of high blood pressure and tissue injuries caused by *** inhibited ACE activity(20.81%,P<0.01),and reduced renin concentration(P<0.05),thereby reducing systolic blood pressure(SBP)(12.63%,P<0.05)in spontaneously hypertensive *** increased Akkermansia,Bacteroides,and Lactobacillus abundance promoted high short chain fatty acid content in feces after WPH *** changes jointly contributed to low blood *** heart weight and cardiomyocyte injuries(hypertrophy and degeneration)were alleviated by *** proteomic results revealed that 19 protein expressions in the heart mainly associated with the wingless/integrated(Wnt)signaling pathway and Apelin signaling pathway were altered after WPH ***,WPH alleviated serum oxidative stress,indicated by the decreased malondialdehyde content(P<0.01),enhanced total antioxidant capacity(P<0.01)and superoxide dismutase activity(P<0.01).The current study suggests that WPH exhibit promising antihypertensive abilities in vivo and could be a potential alternative for antihypertensive dietary supplements.

In the present study, the potential inhibition behaviors of notoginseng total saponins(NS), safflower total flavonoids(SF), and their combination(CNS) towards three major isoforms of UDP-glucuronosyltransferases(UGTs) in human liver microsomes(HLMs) were investigated to study the mechanism of the synergistic effect of ***, trifluoperazine and azidothymidine were selected as the probe drugs to elucidate the activities of UGT1A1, 1A4 and 2B7 by UPLC-MS/MS method, *** results showed that CNS, NS and SF significantly inhibited the activities of UGT1A1, 1A4 and 2B7(P<0.05) with the IC_(50) values less than 30 mg/***, the inhibitory effects of CNS towards UGT1A1, 1A4 and 2B7 were stronger than those of NS and SF(P<0.05).In conclusion, the combination of NS and SF could increase their inhibitory effects on UGT1A1, 1A4 and 2B7 activities in HLMs and might be conducive to reduce the phase II metabolism of the effective constituents in *** potential herb-drug interactions of CNS based on UGT enzymes provided a useful experimental basis for its further research and development.

针对引黄灌区灌溉用水有效利用的评价问题,构建出科学合理、层次清晰、覆盖全面的指标体系,是评价获得精准结果的重要前提和保障,因此提出了用水流向跟踪法,对灌溉用水有效利用影响因子进行识别。流向跟踪法就是全方位跟踪水流流向,分析哪些因素会影响灌溉用水利用效率,在关键流向环节寻找灌溉用水有效利用的主要影响因素,根据影响因素扩散到具体的影响因子,然后对识别出的影响因子进行归类、提取和筛选,对影响因素进行具体分析,构建灌溉用水有效利用评价的可选指标集和指标体系。以三义寨灌区为例,构建了包含工程、自然和管理因素3个子系统19个具体指标组成的评价指标体系,为下一步开展灌溉用水有效利用评价奠定技术基础。

Spray pyrolysis feasibility of tungsten substitution for cobalt in nickel-rich cathode materials

Cobalt(Co)serves as a stabilizer in the lattice structure of high-capacity nickel(Ni)-rich cathode ***,its high cost and toxicity still limit its *** general,it is possible to perform transition metal substitution to reduce the Co ***,the traditional coprecipitation method cannot satisfy the requirements of multielement coprecipitation and uniform distribution of elements due to the differences between element concentration and deposition *** this work,spray pyrolysis was used to prepare LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.1-x)W_(x)O_(2)(LNCW).In this regard,the pyrolysis behavior of ammonium metatungstate was analyzed,together with the substitu-tion of W for *** the possibility of spray pyrolysis,the Ni-Co-W-containing oxide precursor presents a homogeneous distribution of metal elements,which is beneficial for the uniform substitution of W in the final *** was observed that with W substitution,the size of primary particles decreased from 338.06 to 71.76 nm,and cation disordering was as low as 3.34%.As a consequence,the pre-pared LNCW exhibited significantly improved electrochemical *** optimal conditions,the lithium-ion battery assembled with LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.0925)W_(0.0075)O_(2)(LNCW-0.75mol%)had an improved capacity retention of 82.7%after 200 cycles,which provides insight in-to the development of Ni-rich low-Co *** work presents that W can compensate for the loss caused by Co deficiency to a cer-tain extent.

Bismuth sodium titanate(BNT)ceramics exhibit outstanding strain responses but are unfavorable for application in high-sensitivity displacement actuators due to the large negative strain resulting from irreversible changes in their phase transition and domain ***,(1−x)Bi_(0.50)Na_(0.41)K_(0.09)TiO_(3)-xNaNbO_(3)(BNKT−xNN)solid solutions were prepared to improve the strain properties through the strategy of modulating the phase boundary and domain *** introduction of sodium niobate could effectively regulate the relative content of the tetragonal(P4bm)and rhombohedral(R3c)phases in the phase boundary *** ferroelectric-to-relaxor phase transition(TF−R)was reduced,and the ergodic relaxor(ER)state was nurtured at room *** zero-negative strain properties of S=0.41%and d33*=742 pm/V were achieved from the reversible transition between the ER and ferroelectric states under an applied electric field(x=0.04).Additionally,understanding the domain states via piezoelectric force microscopy(PFM)and firstorder reversal curve(FORC)revealed that the superior strain responses originated from the reversible inter-transformation of substable macrodomains and polar nanoregions(PNRs)in the phase *** study provides new insight into the interplay between the evolution of phase boundaries and domain structures and the strain properties of BNT-based ceramics.

Afforestation effectively improved soil microbial communities and significantly increased soil nitro-gen mineralization rate(Rm).Soil microorganisms drive Rm by regulating soil N-cycling *** nitrification genes had a major effect on soil Rm than denitrification genes after *** the function of forest ecosystems requires an understanding of the mechanism of soil nitrogen ***,it remains unclear how soil N-cycling genes drive soil nitrogen mineralization during *** this study,we collected soil samples from a chrono-sequence of 14,20,30,and 45 years of Robinia pseudoacacia L.(RP14,RP20,RP30,and RP45)with a sloped farmland(FL)as a *** metagenomic sequencing analysis,we found significant changes in the diversity and composition of soil microbial communities involved in N-cycling along the afforestation time series,with afforestation effectively increasing the diversity(both alpha and beta diversity)of soil microbial *** conducted indoor culture experiments and analyzed correlations,which revealed a significant increase in both soil nitrification rate(Rn)and soil nitrogen mineralization rate(Rm)with increasing stand ***,we found a strong correlation between soil Rm and soil microbial diversity(both alpha and beta diversity)and with the abundance of soil N-cycling *** least squares path modeling(PLS-PM)analysis showed that nitrification genes(narH,narY,nxrB,narG,narZ,nxrA,hao,pmoC-amoC)and denitrification genes(norB,nosZ,nirK)had a greater direct effect on soil Rm compared to their effect on soil microbial *** results reveal the relationships between soil nitrogen mineralization rate and soil microbial communities and between the mineralization rate and functional genes involved in N-cycling,in the context of Robinia pseudoacacia *** on the Loess *** study enriches the understanding of the effects of microorganisms on soil nitrogen mineraliza

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of percutaneous kyphoplasty at different surgical timings in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)based on the theory of“dynamic-static integration”.Methods:Patients with OVCF who underwent percutaneous kyphoplasty in our hospital were selected and divided into Groups A,B,and C for those undergoing surgery within 7,7—21,and>21 days of fracture *** variations in the amount of bone cement injected,pre-and post-operative pain levels,functional activity,deformity correction of the injured vertebrae,bone cement leakage,and vertebral body height loss were compared among the three ***:Regarding pain relief and functional activity,the postoperative Visual Analog Scale and Oswestry Disability Index scores of the three groups significantly ***,the deformities of the injured vertebrae in the three groups were significantly corrected,with Groups A and B exhibiting superior correction compared to Group ***,the bone cement leakage rates in groups A and C were higher than that in Group *** the 3-month follow-up,the loss of vertebral height in Group C was significantly higher than those in groups A and ***:Kyphoplasty is effective for OVCF *** surgery can effectively restore the vertebral height of the injured vertebra,reduce kyphosis,and reduce height loss of the injured vertebra after surgery;nevertheless,treatment within 1—3 weeks of the fracture can reduce the occurrence of bone cement leakage,making the surgery ***,surgical treatment within 1—3 weeks of fracture is safer and can achieve satisfactory therapeutic *** the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,PKP surgery can transform the fracture end from a micromotion state to a fixed state,which fully embodies the theory of“dynamic-static integration”.
