0 INTRODUCTION The landscape evolution of mountain belts links rock uplift caused by tectonic deformation in the lithosphere to fluvial erosion and deposition driven by climatic precipitation in the *** Himalayas,one of the most typical mountain belts in the world,are undergoing the strong collision of the Indian and Eurasian plates and the strong South Asian monsoon precipitation(Figure 1a).It is a natural laboratory to research the evolution mechanisms of orogenic growth involving tectonic and climatic *** addition,it is a good prototype to advance and verify many research methods in multiple *** Indian-Eurasian collision initiated since the Early Paleogene(ca.50 Ma)based on geological,stratigraphic,and palaeomagnetic records(ding et al.,2022;van Hinsbergen et al.,2012),causing an early slow topographic change in the Himalayas until the Neogene(ca.23 Ma)(ding et al.,2022).

The retina is one of the most essential elements of vision pathway in vertebrate. The dysplasia of retina cause congenital blindness or vision disability in individuals, and the misbalance in adult retinal vascular homeostasis leads to neo adults, such as diabetic retinopathy or age-related macular degeneration. Many developmental signaling pathways are involved in the process of retinal development and vascular homeostasis. Among them, Notch signaling pathway has long been studied, and Notch signaling-interfered mouse models show both neural retina dysplasia and vascular abnormality. In this review, we discuss the roles of Notch signaling in the maintenance of retinal progenitor cells, specification of retinal neurons and glial cells, and the sustaining of retina vascular homeostasis, especially from the aspects of conditional knockout mouse models. The potential of Notch signal manipulation may provide a powerful cell fate- and neovascularization-controUing tool that could have important applications in treatment of retinal diseases.

通过同步热分析研究两种不同的前驱体(La(tmhd)_(3)和La(tmod)_(3))在升华过程中的热稳定性。结果表明,具有不对称分子结构的La(tmod)_(3)的挥发性大于La(tmhd)_(3),其可以作为镧前驱体应用于原子层沉积(ALD)技术。将La(tmod)_(3)和O_(3)作为前驱体,通过ALD技术在SiO_(2)基片上实现了LaOx薄膜的制备。实验结果表明,其最佳的ALD工艺参数包括:La(tmod)_(3)和O_(3)的脉冲时间分别为6 s和2 s,O_(3)的清洗时间为5 s,沉积温度为250℃。在制备的薄膜中发现了理想的自限性沉积行为。通过X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)证实了生长的薄膜具有良好的纯度和表面形貌,其在250℃的沉积温度下具有稳定的生长速率(约0.16A/cycle,1A=0.1 nm),薄膜的主要成分为La2O_(3)。

Depression is a frequent comorbid syndrome in Parkinson's disease. It is a difficult symptom to manage, as patients continuously receive antiparkinsonian medication and may also have to be treated for the amelioration of the side-effects of antiparkinsonian therapy. The first-line treatment for depression in Parkinson's disease is the use of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs). The clinical efficacy of these medications in patients with Parkinson's disease is questionable. In fact, based on their mechanism of action, which requires at least a functional serotonergic system, it is predicted that SSRIs will have lower efficacy in patients with Parkinson's disease. Here, we consider the mechanism of action of SSRIs in the context of Parkinson's disease by investigating the fall in the levels of serotonergic markers and the inhibitory outcomes of antiparkinsonian treatment on serotonergic nerve activity. Because certain classes of antidepressant drugs are widely available, it is necessary to perform translational research to address different strategies used to manage depression in Parkinson's disease.

装配间隙泄漏流对透平端壁冷却影响的实验研究

为了研究叶栅装配间隙泄漏流对透平叶片端壁气膜冷却特性的影响,依据真实重型燃气透平叶片参数,搭建了端壁气膜冷却实验台。采用压力敏感漆技术测量了不同质量流量比和装配间隙角度下端壁的气膜冷却特性,使用压力扫描阀测量了主流进口雷诺数和叶片表面压力分布。通过数值计算模拟了实验叶片装配间隙的流动结构,得到了装配间隙冷气出流质量流量比及射流角度的气膜冷却特性。结果表明:在装配间隙冷气出流质量流量比为0.1%~1.0%的范围内,在相同射流角度下,增加装配间隙质量流量能够提升透平端壁气膜冷却有效度,并增大装配间隙下游出口气膜覆盖面积,冷气质量流量比为1.0%时端壁气膜冷却有效度达到最高。由于叶片端壁表面的压力梯度导致装配间隙出流集中在流道中部及出口位置。在研究的60°~90°射流角范围内,在相同质量流量比下,减小装配间隙射流角度能够有效提升端壁气膜冷却有效度,75°射流角相较于90°垂直入射条件下的气膜冷却有效度增加接近一倍;射流角为60°时端壁气膜冷却有效度达到最高。

为了研究燃机透平端壁气膜冷却特性,对存在装配间隙泄漏流条件下端壁不同气膜孔布置的气膜冷却进行了分析。采用压敏漆技术对端壁气膜冷却效率进行了测量,并利用实验结果对湍流模型进行了校核;对所研究模型的网格无关性进行了验证,在此基础上,采用实验给定的边界条件,研究了存在装配间隙泄漏流的端壁在不同气膜孔布置下的气膜冷却特性及气动损失特性,详细分析了5种冷气吹风比(M=0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5)和4种气膜孔布置下端壁气膜冷却特性和气动特性。结果表明:对于气膜孔布置A(S=0.065C_(ax),γ_(2)=-56.6°,S为第二组气膜孔到装配间隙的距离,C_(ax)为叶片轴向弦长,γ_(2)为第二组气膜孔复合角),吹风比为0.5时,端壁气膜冷却效率最大,随着吹风比的增大,气膜孔出口冷气脱离端壁表面,气膜孔周围的气膜冷却效率下降;4种不同气膜孔布置下叶栅出口处近端壁区域的总压损失系数均随着吹风比的增大而降低,其中气膜孔布置A的降低幅度最大;低吹风比(M=0.5)时,气膜孔布置对端壁气膜冷却特性影响较小;高吹风比(M=2.5)时,气膜孔布置D(S=0.1C_(ax),γ_(2)=30°)端壁气膜冷却效率最高。

Bipolar disorder and unipolar depressive disorder（UD） may be different in brain structure. In the present study,we performed voxel-based morphometry（VBM） to quantify the grey matter volumes in 23 patients with bipolar I depressive disorder（BP1） and 23 patients with UD,and 23 age-,gender-,and educationmatched healthy controls（HCs） using magnetic resonance imaging. We found that compared with the HC and UD groups,the BP1 group showed reduced grey matter volumes in the right inferior frontal gyrus and middle cingulate gyrus,while the UD group showed reduced volume in the right inferior frontal gyrus compared to HCs. In addition,correlation analyses revealed that the grey matter volumes of these regions were negatively correlated with the Hamilton depression rating scores. Taken together,the results of our study suggest that decreased grey matter volume of the right inferior frontal gyrus is a common abnormality in BP1 and UD,and decreasedgrey matter volume in the right middle cingulate gyrus may be specifi c to BP1.

A new compound of mono 6 (1' benzo aza 15 crown 5) 2,3,6 permethyl β cyclodextrin (BA 15C5 PM CD) was synthesized. The structure was determined to be coincide with our anticipation by spectroscopy. As a stationary phase for capillary gas chromatography, excellent separation for enantiomers and positional isomers was achieved.

针对空海无人编组对海上目标的高效能打击任务需求,提出了一种能够应对敌方攻击的弹性运动规划方法。结合作战单元欠驱动运动学模型,根据敌我相对运动状态设计了控制障碍函数,并在考虑敌方最大程度破坏安全边界的前提下构建了安全集前向不变性约束,从而通过配置作战单元的线速度和角速度生成威胁规避动作。为解决己方无人机遭遇多架敌机拦截时由多约束冲突导致的算法可行性问题,在约束中引入与敌机威胁大小相关的松弛变量系数并设计(UAV)了备用控制器。在此基础上,提出无人艇对空火力支援算法,以协助己方无人机突防。仿真结果表明,该方法能够使己方编组在敌方无人机速度占优且采用最优追击策略的情况下,获得较高的水面目标打击成功率。
