Fusion welding easily causes microstructural coarsening in the heat-affected zone(HAZ) of a thick-gauge pipeline steel joint. This is most significant in the inter-critically coarse-grained HAZ(ICCGHAZ), which considerably deteriorates the toughness of the joint. In the present work, 11-mm thick pipeline steel was joined by preheating and double-sided friction stir welding(FSW). A comparative study on the microstructure and toughness in the ICCGHAZs for FSW and gas metal arc welding(GMAW) was performed. The toughness in the ICCGHAZ for FSW was improved significantly than that in the ICCGHAZ for GMAW. Generally, the nugget zone(NZ) has a coarse microstructure in the FSW steel joint formed at the highest peak temperature. However, in the current study, the microstructure in the one-pass NZ was remarkably refined owing to the static recrystallization of ferrite. An excellent toughness was achieved in the NZ of the pipeline steel joint that employed FSW.

东北三省是我国重要的粮食生产基地,研究东北三省粮食生产的主要影响因素具有重要的意义。为此,基于2007—2021年东北三省的面板数据,运用灰色关联理论对影响东北三省粮食生产的影响因素进行关联分析,量化粮食总产量与主要影响因素的关联度。同时,从土地利用水平、农业现代化水平、经济条件3个方面选取8个指标进行关联分析,研究东北三省粮食生产的主要影响因素。结果显示:不同省份粮食生产的主要影响因素不同,土地利用水平和农业现代化水平对东北三省粮食生产影响较大。最后,为东北三省提高粮食产量提供了政策建议。

Comprehensive experiments including monotonic tension and monotonic compression of specimens taken from a rolled AZ31B Mg thick plate along five different material orientations with respect to the rolled direction(RD),and free-end torsion of a tubular specimen machined along the thickness direction(ND)were *** experimental results were used to evaluate an elastic-viscoplastic self-consistent model with the consideration of twinning and detwinning(EVPSC-TDT)on magnesium(Mg)*** EVPSC-TDT model provides stress-strain curves and the hardening rates in close agreement with the experimental results of all the 11 loading *** model adequately predicts the textures after fracture of all the 11 loading cases and the evolutions of tension twins with increasing strains for tension in the ND,compression in the RD,and torsion along the *** Swift effect was observed in the experiment and was properly simulated by the model.

To improve energy efficiency and protect the environment,the integrated energy system(IES)becomes a significant direction of energy structure *** paper innovatively proposes a wavelet neural network(WNN)model optimized by the improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)and chaos optimization algorithm(COA)for short-term load prediction of *** proposed model overcomes the disadvantages of the slow convergence and the tendency to fall into the local optimum in traditional WNN ***,the Pearson correlation coefficient is employed to select the key influencing factors of load ***,the traditional particle swarm optimization(PSO)is improved by the dynamic particle inertia *** jump out of the local optimum,the COA is employed to search for individual optimal particles in *** the iteration,the parameters of WNN are continually optimized by ***,the feedback link is added to the proposed model,where the output error is adopted to modify the prediction ***,the proposed model is employed for load *** experimental simulation verifies that the proposed model significantly improves the prediction accuracy and operation efficiency compared with the artificial neural network(ANN),WNN,and PSO-WNN.

AlN Precipitates and Microstructure in Non-oriented Electrical Steels Produced by Twin-roll Casting Process

Aluminum nitride （AIN） precipitates and microstructure of 4 wt.% （Si＋AI） non-oriented electrical steel were investigated. The 2.0 mm thick cast strips with three different silicon/aluminum （Si/AI） ratios were produced by twin-roll casting process, then the strips were reheated, warm rolled, cold rolled and annealed. The microstructure and AIN precipitates were characterized using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that with the increase of Si/AI ratio, on the one hand, the casting microstructure changed from columnar grains to equiaxed grains, and the uniformity of annealed microstructure was improved; On the other hand, the number of AIN precipitates in cast strips reduced meanwhile the distribution became dispersed. By the reheat treatment, the size and distribution of the AIN precipitates can be changed. Moreover, the grain size of the annealed strips is in the range of 20-50 #m, at the same time, many AIN precipitates were located at grain boundaries. Therefore, controlling the Si/AI ratio is a simple method to obtain desired microstructure. Then AIN precipitates in non-oriented electrical steel prepared by twin-roll casting process hinder markedly the recrystallized grains growth, A compatible reheat treatment can be an approach worth exploring to control the behavior of AIN precipitates.

Thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)polymeric materials based on through-space charge transfer(TSCT)have emerged as a highly studied topic in recent ***,the construction of TSCT TADF materials via a supramolecular approach is still a big *** this work,we report the noncovalent synthesis of TSCT TADF materials using a cyclic peptide-based bottle-brushed supramolecular polymer as a *** bringing the TSCT donor and acceptor in close proximity in space using the supramolecular scaffold,distinctive TADF emission in both solution and solid states could be ***,the TADF system could be utilized as a sensitizer to coassemble with fluorescence acceptors to build thermally assisted fluorescence systems,resulting in color-tunable delayed fluorescence with high efficiency and color *** findings provide a facile yet effective approach to designing and fabricating TSCT TADF materials,which might hold great potential for applications in the fields of organic light-emitting diode,bioimaging,and sensing.

Over 1000 cases of pediatric hepatitis of unknown etiology have been reported worldwide since the first case was reported in the *** date,the etiology of pediatric hepatitis remains unknown and *** was first suspected to be the cause as it was present in the blood samples of the majority of *** cases have also been tested positive for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)[1].However,it is still unclear how these viruses contribute to pediatric *** the case of a pediatric patient with SARS-CoV-2 infection,the liver biopsy showed acute submassive hepatocyte necrosis,accompanied by a significant increase in T cell infiltration[2].Furthermore,CD8+T cell dominant hepatitis induced by coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)vaccination has also been recently reported[3].Although it is known that T cell receptors(TCRs)can discriminate between self-and non-self-antigens,it is now well-accepted that TCRs exhibit cross-reactivity toward similar and even distinct antigen peptides[4].Thus,we hypothesized that following SARS-CoV-2 infection or vaccination,T cells carrying TCRs that recognize self-antigens undergo clonal expansion,which could eventually result in the onset of autoimmune-like hepatitis(Figure 1A).

Numerous therapeutic anti-tumor strategies have been developed in recent ***,their therapeutic efficacy is reduced by the intrinsic protective autophagy of *** plays a key role in tumorigenesis and tumor treatment,in which the overproduction of reactive oxygen species(ROS)is recognized as the direct cause of protective *** a few molecules have been employed as autophagy inhibitors in tumor therapy to reduce protective *** them,hydroxychloroquine is the most commonly used autophagy inhibitor in clinics,but it is severely limited by its high therapeutic dose,significant toxicity,poor reversal efficacy,and nonspecific ***,we demonstrate a reductive-damage strategy to enable tumor therapy by the inhibition of protective autophagy via the catalytic scavenging of ROS using porous nanorods of ceria(PN-CeO_(2))nanozymes as autophagy *** antineoplastic effects of PN-CeO_(2)were mediated by its high reductive activity for intratumoral ROS degradation,thereby inhibiting protective autophagy and activating apoptosis by suppressing the activities of phosphatidylinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase pathways in human cutaneous squamous cell *** investigation highlighted PN-CeO_(2)as a safe and efficient anti-tumor autophagy ***,this study presents a reductive-damage strategy as a promising anti-tumor approach that catalytically inhibits autophagy and activates the intrinsic antioxidant pathways of tumor cells and also shows its potential for the therapy of other autophagy-related diseases.

ALKBH3,a demethylase responsible for demethylating N1-methyladenosine(m^(1)A)in mRNA and N1-methyldeoxyadenosine in single-stranded DNA,plays an important role in DNA repair and cancer cell ***,its function in hematopoietic stem cells(HSCs)is *** this study,we generated Alkbh3 knockout mice and observed that the deletion of Alkbh3 does not impair the reconstitution capacity of HSCs in both primary and secondary *** hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells exhibit increased expression of *** ALKBH3 rescued the differentiation skewing without affecting the reconstitution capacity of aged *** brief,our study for the first time investigated the functional role of ALKBH3 in hematopoietic system,and observed that ALKBH3 is dispensable for HSCs maintenance and differentiation,but overexpression of ALKBH3 rectified the differentiation skewing of aged HSCs.
