实现低剂量计算机断层成像(CT)的一个有效办法是减少投影角度,但投影角度较少会产生严重的条状伪影,降低图像的临床使用价值。针对该问题,提出一种耦合卷积神经网络(CNN)和多种注意力机制的U型网络(TE-unet)。首先采用U型架构提取多尺度特征信息;其次提出一个包含CNN和多种注意力的模块提取图像特征;最后在跳跃连接处加入Transformer块过滤信息,抑制不相关特征,突出重要特征。所提网络结合CNN的局部特征提取能力和Transformer的全局信息捕获能力,辅以多种注意力机制,实现了良好的去条状伪影能力。在60个投影角度下,与经典的Uformer网络相比,峰值信噪比(PSNR)高出0.3178 dB,结构相似度(SSIM)高出0.002,均方根误差(RMSE)降低0.0005。实验结果表明,所提TE-unet重建的图像精度更高,图像细节保留的更好,可以更好地压制条状伪影。

基层医疗服务(PHC)是卫生服务体系的“网底”,其质量不仅关系到分级诊疗制度建设,而且影响居民健康水平。科学合理地评价PHC质量是其质量提升的“基石”,但我国尚未形成统一标准化的PHC质量评价体系。因此,本文基于评价侧重点将国际上常用PHC质量评价工具分为4类:基于PHC内涵的质量评价工具、强调PHC功能特征的质量评价工具、基于需方和/或供方感知的PHC质量评价工具、其他针对特定疾病的工具或指标体系,分别介绍和比较各工具内容、特点,分析其适用性和不足,梳理工具的变迁,以期为我国PHC质量评价工具构建提供参考。

Bocaviruses are associated with many human infectious diseases, such as respiratory tract infections, gastroenteritis, and hepatitis. Rats are known to be reservoirs of bocaviruses, including rodent bocavirus and rat ***, ungulate bocaparvovirus 4, a known porcine bocavirus, has also been found in rats. Thus, investigating bocaviruses in rats is important for determining the origin of the viruses and preventing and controlling their transmission. To the best of our knowledge, no study to date has investigated bocaviruses in the livers of rats. In this report, a total of 624 rats were trapped in southern China between 2014 and 2017. Liver and serum samples from rats were tested for the prevalence of bocaviruses using PCR. Sequences related to ungulate bocaparvovirus 4and rodent bocavirus were detected in both liver and serum samples. Interestingly, the prevalence of ungulate bocaparvovirus 4(reference strain: KJ622366.1) was higher than that of rodent bocavirus(reference strain:KY927868.1) in both liver(2.24% and 0.64%, respectively) and serum samples(2.19% and 0.44%, respectively).The NS1 regions of ungulate bocaparvovirus 4 and rodent bocavirus related sequences displayed over 84% and88% identity at the nucleic acid and amino acid levels, respectively. Furthermore, these sequences had similar genomic structure, genomic features, and codon usage bias, and shared a common ancestor. These viruses also displayed greater adaptability to rats than pigs. Our results suggested that ungulate bocaparvovirus 4 and rodent bocavirus may originate from rats and may be different genotypes of the same bocavirus species.

Eleven tropical cyclones(TCs)affected Shanghai and crossed the same latitude as Shanghai from 2007 to *** to similar tracks from best-track data,TCs that cause significant precipitation in Shanghai can be divided into three types:landfall TCs,nearshore northward TCs,and western *** on ERA5 reanalysis data,the dynamic synthesis method was used to synthesize TC circulation situations to compare thermal,dynamic,water vapor,and stability conditions within TC circulations during the period when they affected *** conclusions are as follows.1)When the three TC types are at the same latitude as Shanghai,they are all in the divergent field in the upper *** the landfall type,the subtropical high at 500 hPa is stronger and farther north than usual,and there is a high-pressure dam on the north side of the TCs.2)The warm advection of the three TC types at 925 hPa is located in the northern quadrant of the *** dynamic and water vapor conditions are good in the north-western quadrant of landfall and western TCs,and more favorable in the eastern quadrant of nearshore northward TCs.3)The favorable effects of all three types on precipitation in Shanghai come from the boundary *** vapor,upward motion,and instability conditions of landfall TCs are superior to the other two TC *** best water vapor,dynamic,and convective instability conditions are at the northern boundary in Shanghai during landfall TCs,and the main sources of water vapor in Shanghai come from the eastern and northern *** nearshore northward TCs,the main contribution to precipitation is from the eastern boundary,while better dynamic and water vapor conditions come from the western and northern boundaries during western *** above findings provide scientific and technical support for operational forecasting precipitation from TCs affecting mega-cities.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries（ZIBs） have attracted much interest to realize safe rechargeable batteries with high safety and high energy ***,it is still challenging to address dendrite growth and parasitic reactions in zinc *** propose herein the design concept of hydrogen bond-induced elastic polyzwitterion electrolytes with zincophilic groups for achieving robust ***-inspired autopolymerization has been developed to construct the polyzwitterion electrolytes at room temperature by inducing electron density delocalization at α-position of C=C bond in zwitterion monomer by Zn2+.Specifically,the zwitterionic functional groups construct ion transport channels,and the unique–NH–and SO3-groups co-compete with H2O for coordination with Zn2+and promote the desolvation of hydrated Zn2+,thus achieving a high room temperature ionic conductivity(6.7 mS cm-1) and an increased Zn2+migration number（0.65） for the polyzwitterion *** addition,various interactions such as hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interactions between electrolyte ions and zwitterionic groups impart high stretchability and strength to the polyzwitterion electrolytes,which,combined with SO3-philic（002） crystallographic properties,effectively inhibit the growth of zinc *** a result,rigid/wearable solid-state ZIBs exhibit excellent cycling and C-rate *** believe that the strategy of constructing polyzwitterionic electrolytes with zincophilic groups and ion transport channels opens up a new direction in polymer electrolyte engineering towards safe and high energy batteries.

目的:类风湿关节炎是一种常见的自身免疫性疾病,微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)可能参与其发病过程。本研究旨在检测胶原诱导型关节炎(collagen-induced arthritis,CIA)大鼠中异常表达的miRNA,并对其靶基因进行生物学功能及通路的富集分析。方法:提取实验动物滑膜内总RNA,通过miRNA芯片获得miRNA基因谱,筛选差异表达miRNA并预测其相关靶基因;对差异表达显著的miRNA靶基因进行基因本体(Gene Ontology,GO)和京都基因和基因组数据库(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes,KEGG)富集分析。结果:CIA大鼠模型中有包括rno-miR-6215、rno-miR-709等在内的69个呈显著差异表达的miRNA,其中22个(31.9%)上调和47个(68.1%)下调;GO及KEGG富集分析结果发现上调miRNA的靶基因主要富集于细胞代谢过程,它们可能参与了MAPK和Wnt等信号通路;下调miRNA的靶基因主要富集于神经系统发育,它们可能参与了轴突引导的信号通路。结论:CIA大鼠模型内miRNA呈显著的差异表达,其靶基因可能参与细胞代谢的生物功能及MAPK和Wnt等信号通路。

Phase II Clinical Study of Three-Dimensional Printed Coplanar Template Combined with CT-Guided Percutaneous Core Needle Biopsy of Pulmonary Nodules in Elderly Patients

Background: As the population age structure gradually ages, more and more elderly people were found to have pulmonary nodules during physical examinations. Most elderly people had underlying diseases such as heart, lung, brain and blood vessels and cannot tolerate surgery. Computed tomography (CT)-guided percutaneous core needle biopsy (CNB) was the first choice for pathological diagnosis and subsequent targeted drugs, immune drugs or ablation treatment. CT-guided percutaneous CNB requires clinicians with rich CNB experience to ensure high CNB accuracy, but it was easy to cause complications such as pneumothorax and hemorrhage. Three-dimensional (3D) printing coplanar template (PCT) combined with CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary CNB biopsy has been used in clinical practice, but there was no prospective, randomized controlled study. Methods: Elderly patients with lung nodules admitted to the Department of Oncology of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected. A total of 225 elderly patients were screened, and 30 patients were included after screening. They were randomly divided into experimental group (Group A: 30 cases) and control group (Group B: 30 cases). Group A was given 3D-PCT combined with CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary CNB biopsy, Group B underwent CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary CNB. The primary outcome measure of this study was the accuracy of diagnostic CNB, and the secondary outcome measures were CNB time, number of CNB needles, number of pathological tissues and complications. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of group A and group B was 96.67% and 76.67%, respectively (P = 0.026). There were statistical differences between group A and group B in average CNB time (P = 0.001), number of CNB (1 vs more than 1, P = 0.029), and pathological tissue obtained by CNB (3 vs 1, P = 0.040). There was no statistical difference in the incidence of pneumothorax and hemorrhage between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusions: 3D-PCT combined with CT
