Wafer-scale graphene on SiC with uniform structural and electrical features is needed to realize graphene-based radio frequency devices and integrated ***,a continuous bi/trilayer of graphene with uniform structural and electrical features was grown on 2 inch 6H-SiC (0001) by etching before and after graphene *** and atomic force microscopy images indicate the surface morphology of graphene is uniform over the 2 inch *** and transmittance spectra confirmed that its layer number was also *** resistance measurements indicated the average graphene sheet resistance was 720 /with a non-uniformity of 7.2%.Large area contactless mobility measurements gave a carrier mobility of about 450 cm2 /(V s) with an electron concentration of about 1.5×10 13 *** our knowledge,such homogeneous morphology and resistance on wafer scale are among the best results reported for wafer-scale graphene on SiC.

The Dashuigou Te deposit is a unique independent one found in the world, and hosted in the plagioclase amphibolite. The upper intercept age of single zircon from the amphibolite can be considered to be the crystallization age of the source-rock of the amphibolite (tholeiitic basalt), while the lower intercept is nearly consistent with the time of the tectono-thermal event.

Purpose: To evaluate the effect of one-site combined phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy in the management of cataract patients with drug-controllable glaucoma. Methods : Twenty-four cases (25 eyes) of cataract patients with glaucoma whose intraocular pressure could be controlled by drugs were observed. All had undergone one-site combined phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy. Intraocular pressure and visual acuity were ***: The follow-up was 1-21 months. Postoperative visual acuity was 0.4-0.6 in 9 eyes, 0.7-0.9 in 7 eyes and 1.0 or better in 9 eyes. Postoperative intraocular pressure was 2.17±0.764kPa (16.28±5.73mmHg), 1.83±0.90kPa (13.74 ± 6. 77mmHg) lower than that before surgery (t= 11.89, P<0.01). 开发工业微生物,使其利用可再生的原料生产生物燃料、大宗化学品、食品添加剂和营养品、药物以及工业酶等,是发展生物产业的基础。工业微生物高产和胁迫抗性等鲁棒性状受复杂遗传调控网络控制,其改造需要从全基因组尺度进行系统的全局的多位点的扰动,以达到快速积累多样性基因型突变并产生所期望的表型。文中对工业微生物鲁棒性状的遗传调控与胁迫响应机制、基因组全局扰动与多位点快速进化以及细胞水平氧还平衡的全局扰动进行了简要综述,未来需要继续借助系统生物学和合成生物学手段,进一步加强对工业环境下工业微生物鲁棒性状调控机理的解析与建模预测以及系统的工程改造。

单侧全膝置换前后女性患者步态特征分析

目的研究单侧全膝置换(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)手术前后女性患者双侧下肢步态特征。方法基于三维步态采集和独立样本t检验,对比10例女性患者单侧TKA手术前后双侧下肢的步态参数,并分别与对照组10例健康志愿者比较,分析女性患者双侧步态差异及分别与正常步态的差异。结果术前患者非手术侧支撑期、膝关节内收角度峰值、冠状面活动度和屈曲力矩峰值显著大于手术侧(P<0.05),术后无统计学差异;与对照组比较,术前患者步速、步长较小,双支撑期较长,手术侧膝关节伸展和内收角度峰值、冠状面活动度、屈曲和外展力矩峰值较小,内收力矩峰值较大,非手术侧膝关节伸展角度峰值较小,屈曲和内收力矩峰值较大,均存在统计学差异(P<0.05),术后双侧膝关节伸展角度和内收力矩峰值与对照组的显著差异持续存在(P<0.05)。结论单侧TKA能减轻患者疼痛,改善双侧下肢步态偏差,但与对照步态仍存在差异。患者肌力及本体感受等关节功能尚未恢复,病理步态与不良体态仍然存在,应加强患侧肌力锻炼及步态矫正训练。女性患者术后同时应注意步速控制,以防膝关节受力增加。

Significance and expression of Bax, Survivin and p53 in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesions using tissue microarray

Objective： To explore the relationship between expressions of apoptosis-related protein Bax, Survivin and p53 and the molecular mechanisms of carcinogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma. Methods： Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry were used in this study. Results： The positive rate of Bax protein in gastric cancer （17.7%, 17/96） was significantly lower than those in adjacent normal mucosa （51%）, intestinal metaplasia （69.2%） and dysplasia （75%）, P 〈 0.01. The positive rate of Survivin expression in gastric cancer （80.6%, 89/98） was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal mucosa （3.9%）, P 〈 0.01. The positive rates of Survivin expression in tumors with different organ metastases （in lymph node metastasis 86.2%, liver 100% and ovarian 100%） were statistically higher than in tumors without metastasis （64.3%）, P 〈 0.05. Bax expression was correlated with Survivin but not with rap53 that was closely related to Survivin expression （P 〈 0.05） in gastric cancer. Conclusion： The abnormal expressions of Bax, Survivin and rap53 were correlated with the tumorigenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma. P53 and Survivin genes may share the similar mechanism in regulating cell apoptosis, and because of the mutation, p53 gene may lower its down-regulation to Survivin expression.

Background:Approximately 10%–30%of patients with Hodgkin’s lymphoma(HL)experience relapse or refractory(R/R)disease after first-line standard *** vedotin(BV)and immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have important roles in the salvage treatment of R/R ***,subsequent treatment for HL refractory to BV and/or ICI treatment is ***:We retrospectively analyzed patients in two institutions who had R/R HL,experienced BV or ICI treatment failure,and received radiotherapy(RT)*** overall response rate(ORR),duration of response(DOR),progression-free survival(PFS),and overall survival(OS)were ***:Overall,19 patients were ***-line systemic therapy comprised doxorubicin,bleomycin,vinblastine,and dacarbazine(ABVD,84.2%);AVD plus ICIs(10.5%);and bleomycin,etoposide,doxorubicin,cyclophosphamide,vincristine,procarbazine,and prednisone(BEACOPP,5.3%).After first-line therapy,15(78.9%)and four patients(21.1%)had refractory disease and relapsed,*** R/R HL diagnosis,six(31.6%),two(10.5%),and 11(57.9%)patients received BV and ICIs concurrently,BV monotherapy,and ICI monotherapy,*** patients received intensity-modulated RT(n=12,63.2%)or volumetric modulated arc therapy(VMAT;n=7,36.8%).The ORR as well as the complete response(CR)rate was 100%;the median DOR to RT was 17.2 months(range,7.9–46.7 months).Two patients showed progression outside the radiation field;one patient had extensive in-field,out-of-field,nodal,and extranodal *** a median follow-up time of 16.2 months(range,9.2–23.2 months),the 1-year PFS and OS were 84.4%and 100%,*** was associated with extranodal involvement(P=0.019)and gross tumor volume(P=0.044).All patients tolerated RT well without adverse events of grade≥***:RT is effective and safe for treating HL refractory to BV or ICIs and has the potential to be part of a comprehensive strategy for HL.
