Collective syntheses of *** CPS K43,K47 and K88 repeating units have been accomplished via a newα-glycosylation method with GlcN_(3) as donors,which features:1)mild reaction conditions,2)good to high yields,3)excellent *** synthetic route also highlights an orthogonal one-pot coupling strategy on the basis of glycosyl ortho-(1-phenylvinyl)benzoates for stereoselective constructions of both 1,2-trans and 1,2-cis glycosidic bonds,precluding the issues of aglycone transfer.

Currently,enzyme-responsive nanomaterials have shown great promise in prognosis or diagnosis of disease ***,the great obstacle for conventional enzyme-responsive nanomaterials frequently lies in autofluorescence interference,poor monodispersity,uncontrollable size and morphology,low optical stability,and biotoxicity,which fundamentally impede their practical application in biological *** overcome these deficiencies,we proposed a novel strategy for reliable and precise detection of an enzyme disease biomarker,alkaline phosphatase(ALP),through lanthanide(Ln^(3+))nucleotide nanoparticles(LNNPs)with extremely improved monodispersity and uniformity,which were achieved by the coordination self-assembly between ATP and Ln^(3+)inside micellar ***,for ATP-Ce/Tb LNNPs,highly improved photoluminescence(PL)emission of Tb^(3+)can be achieved via efficient Ce^(3+)*** demonstrated that ALP could specifically cleave the phosphorus–oxygen(P–O)bonds of ATP and result in the collapse of ATP-Ce/Tb scaffold,finally leading to the PL quenching of Tb^(3+).By taking advantage of time-resolved(TR)PL technique,the fabricated ATP-Ce/Tb LNNPs presented superior selectivity and sensitivity for the ALP bioassay in complicated serum samples,thus revealing the great potential of ATP-Ce/Tb LNNPs in the areas of ALP-related disease prognosis and diagnosis.

Porous organic cages as a novel platform for second harmonic generation

Second harmonic generation(SHG) is one of the most extensively applied nonlinear optical phenomena. Compared to traditional inorganic SHG materials, organic SHG materials, including non-centrosymmetric small molecular crystals and organic polymers, have been extensively explored for SHG optics due to their advantageous properties, including high light-induced damage threshold, ultrafast response speed, high polarization ratio, wide transparency range, and elevated dielectric constant. However,in organic SHG materials, most small molecular crystals often show poor thermal stability(<200 ℃) due to their low molecular weight, which is an important obstacle for practical application under high temperatures. On the other hand, the difficulty in the growth of large-size crystals as well as the disorderly array of chromospheres on polymer chains associated with organic polymers have hindered their widespread application in SHG due to the requirements of processability and ***, it is significantly necessary to develop novel organic SHG material with high thermal stability, large-size crystals,excellent processability, high homogeneity, and a well SHG effect. In the contribution, we developed herein porous organic cages(POCs) as a novel platform for SHG optics. Thanks to its inherent macromolecular composition and zero-dimensional discrete structures, POCs can not only solve the instability problem of small molecule crystals but also overcome the drawbacks in growing large-size crystals for organic polymer. The obtained two POCs with chiral asymmetric centers(CPOC-R-5 and CPOCS-7) display advantageous features for SHG optics including well SHG performance, large-size crystal(5 mm×3 mm×1 mm),high thermal stability(≥250 ℃), wide transparency window(750–2,000 nm) and high polarization ratio(up to 94.5%). This work thus develops POCs as a new platform toward the construction of organic NLO materials with the potential application in sorts of SHG optics.

Cancer is the leading cause of human death which seriously threatens human *** antimalarial drug artemisinin and its derivatives have been discovered with considerable anticancer ***,a variety of target-selective artemisinin-related compounds with high efficiency have been *** researches indicated that artemisinin-related compounds have cytotoxic effects against a variety of cancer cells through pleiotropic effects,including inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells,promoting apoptosis,inducing cell cycle arrest,disrupting cancer invasion and metastasis,preventing angiogenesis,mediating the tumor-related signaling pathways,and regulating tumor *** importantly,artemisinins demonstrated minor side effects to normal cells and manifested the ability to overcome multidrug-resistance which is widely observed in cancer ***,we concentrated on the new advances and development of artemisinin and its derivatives as potential antitumor agents in recent 5 *** is our hope that this review could be helpful for further exploration of novel artemisinin-related antitumor agents.

Both O-glycosides and nucleosides are essential biomolecules with important roles in a variety of biological *** synthesis of both O-glycosides and nucleosides is a scalable and reliable method to develop new therapeutic agents and decipher their ***,the efficient synthesis of both O-glycosides and nucleosides remains one of long-standing challenges in chemical *** particular,ether-type glycosyl donors are rarely developed to achieve the efficient synthesis of both O-glycosides and nucleosides due to the stronger conditions required for breaking of the glycosidic C–O *** we report that ortho-(1-phenylvinyl)benzyl glycosides are new ether-type donors for efficient synthesis of both O-glycosides and nucleosides under mild reaction *** glycosylation method enables glycosylation with both alcoholic acceptors and nucleobases with a variety of reactive ***,the latent-active synthesis of glycans and the efficient synthesis of nucleosides antibiotics have also been successfully demonstrated in the current glycosylation protocol,thereby representing an important step toward streamlining the chemical synthesis of both O-glycosides and nucleosides.

Phosphorylation is one of the major posttranslational modifications to control plant growth and ***2(O2)represents a central hub for endosperm filling,which largely determines seed yield and nutrient storage in ***,it still remains unclear how O2 phosphorylation orchestrates endosperm filling and nutrient ***,we systematically identified the phosphorylation sites of O2 during endosperm filling.A total of 18 phosphorylation sites were found in O2 and five sites were identified to apparently modulate its subcellular localization and transactivation *** addition,a conserved protein kinase CK1 was confirmed to interact with and phosphorylate O2 at the residue Threonine(T)202 to promote O2-mediated transactivation and protein *** of CK1 resulted in increased kernel size,100-kernel weight and nutrient ***-mimic O2 seeds at T202 exhibited enhanced kernel dimension,test weight,vitreous endosperm area and nutrient accumulation,whereas the phosphorylation-deficient O2 seeds did ***,this study establishes a comprehensive phosphocode atlas of O2 during endosperm filling and highlights the importance of phosphorylation modification in O2 to precisely orchestrate maize yield and nutrient quality.

目的探讨持续家庭护理干预对肠造口患者生活质量的影响。方法用随机数字表法将我院肠造口患者78例分为对照组(n=38)及观察组(n=40),对照组按常规定期复查,观察组在此基础上实施家庭护理干预,分别依据欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织的生活质量核心量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)测评患者干预前后的生活质量。结果干预后观察组患者的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论持续家庭护理干预能有效提高肠造口患者的生活质量。
