BACKGROUND The treatment of postoperative anastomotic stenosis after excision of rectal cancer is *** balloon dilation and radial incision are not effective in all *** present a new endoscopy-assisted magnetic compression technique(MCT)for the treatment of rectal anastomotic *** successfully applied this MCT to a patient who developed an anastomotic stricture after radical resection of rectal cancer.A 50-year-old man had undergone laparoscopic radical rectal cancer surgery at a local hospital 5 months ago.A colonoscopy performed 2 months ago indicated that the rectal anastomosis was narrow due to which ileostomy closure could not be *** patient came to the Magnetic Surgery Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University after learning that we had successfully treated patients with colorectal stenosis using *** performed endoscopy-assisted magnetic compression surgery for rectal *** magnets were removed 16 d later.A follow-up colonoscopy performed after 4 months showed good anastomotic patency,following which,ileostomy closure surgery was *** MCT is a simple,non-invasive technique for the treatment of anastomotic stricture after radical resection of rectal *** technique can be widely used in clinical settings.

Background:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is associated with disordered lipid and iron *** previous study has substantiated the pivotal role of Caveolin-1(Cav-1)in protecting hepatocytes and mediating iron metabolism in the *** study aimed to explore the specific mechanisms underlying the regulation of iron metabolism by Cav-1 in ***:Hepatocyte-specific Cav-1 overexpression mice and knockout mice were used in this ***-1-knockdown of RAW264.7 cells and mouse primary hepatocytes were performed to verify the changes in ***,a high-fat diet and palmitic acid plus oleic acid treatment were utilized to construct a NAFLD model in vivo and in vitro,respectively,while a high-iron diet was used to construct an in vivo iron overload ***,iron concentration,the expression of Cav-1 and iron metabolism-related proteins in liver tissue or serum were detected using iron assay kit,Prussian blue staining,Western blotting,immunofluorescence staining,immunohistochemical staining and *** related indicators of lipid metabolism and oxidative stress were evaluated by the corresponding reagent kit and ***:Significant disorder of lipid and iron metabolism occurred in *** expression of Cav-1 was decreased in NAFLD hepatocytes(P<0.05),accompanied by iron metabolism ***-1 enhanced the iron storage capacity of hepatocytes by activating the ferritin light chain/ferritin heavy chain pathway in NAFLD,subsequently alleviating the oxidative stress induced by excess ferrous ions in the ***,CD68^(+) CD163^(+) macrophages expressing Cav-1 were found to accelerate iron accumulation in the liver,which was contrary to the effect of Cav-1 in *** correlations were also observed between the serum Cav-1 concentration and the serum iron-related protein levels in NAFLD patients and healthy volunteers(P<0.05).Conclusions:These findings confirm that Cav-1 is an essential target protein that reg

NIR-IIb-triggered photodynamic therapy combined with chemotherapy platform based on rare-earth-doped nanoparticles

Photodynamic therapy(PDT),with high spatiotemporal selectivity,minimal side effects and less drug resistance,has emerged as a promising approach for the treatment of ***,inadequate penetration depth and poor efficacy seriously restrict its practical *** address these challenges,we developed a combined therapy platform(RENP@C/D-fa)based on rare-earth-doped nanoparticles(RENPs)with a structure of NaErF_(4):Tm(0.5%)@NaYF_(4),on which photosensitizer Ce6(chlorin e6)and chemo-therapeutic drug(DOX)(doxorubicin)were loaded by encapsulating with an amphiphilic polymer distearoyl phosphatidylethanolamine-polyethylene glycol-folic acid(DSPE-PEG-fa).RENPs with NaErF_(4) as the matrix possess multiple excitation/emission peaks,enabling activation of PDT under near-infrared-Ⅱb(NIR-Ⅱb,1500-1700 nm)excitation and luminescence imaging in NIR-Ⅱb region by absorbing 808 nm near-infrared ***,DOX can be selectively released in the acidic microenvironment of *** from the tumor targeting capability of folic acid,this platform can successfully ablate tumor cells and inhibit tumor growth by combining PDT and *** innovative approach holds great promise as a powerful tool for cancer treatment,showing the potential to revolutionize PDT.

本研究采用情绪归类任务,通过考察英语二语情绪标签名词和负载名词诱发的脑电变化,探究了两类情绪名词的认知神经模型。研究发现:1)两类情绪名词均比中性名词诱发更大的N100;2)积极标签名词比中性名词诱发更大的EEPN和更小的N400,消极标签名词和负载名词比中性名词诱发更大的LEPN;3)积极标签名词和积极负载名词均比中性名词诱发更大的LPC。据此构建了英语二语情绪名词的三阶段加工模型:早期为感知觉加工阶段,情绪表征促进词形识别;中期为情绪和概念意义加工阶段,标签名词的意义通达早于负载名词且受效价调节;晚期为语境整合阶段,两者均受效价调节。

运动目标的多维度微运动特征提取研究

微多普勒特征提取作为一种常用的时频分析工具,对微动目标特征的提取重构具有重要意义.为了更好地研究多运动的微多普勒效应,提出了一种运动姿态分类方法.按照目标频移是否随时间变化可以将运动姿态分为频移时变运动和频移时不变运动.频移时变运动包括平移、翻滚和振动.针对这种运动应分析对比不同时间对应的瞬态频移,频移时不变运动主要为旋转运动.本文通过微多普勒效应理论结合电磁波频域模型,实现3D运动目标微动特性提取的仿真建立目标,分析不同环境条件例如晴天阴天、有无湍流对探测的影响,为后续实验研究奠定理论基础.开展基于收发同置系统的多特征运动目标的微多普勒频移探测实验,实验结果表明,不同目标位置上频移的幅度、正负性和谱线宽度旨在反演目标形状、运动姿态、运动方向和速度.利用FFTshift函数对一维数据进行解调分析,实现三维时间-频率-强度关系的研究.本研究实现了对目标宏观形状特性的测量以及微观运动信息的提取,为雷达探测和识别奠定基础.

在“碳达峰、碳中和”发展战略背景下,制备脱硫胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青,研究其使用性能、黏温特性和烟气排放。研究结果表明:复合改性沥青的针入度、软化点、延度及黏度均满足规范要求,具备优异的高温性能及抗拉伸能力,在高温下黏度大、低温下黏度小,保证了施工和易性;在现场生产过程中烟气排放相比常规SBS改性沥青得到有效降低,SO_(2)排放降低25%左右,NO_(2)、NO_(x)排放降低超50%。

在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的治疗过程中,随着靶向表皮生长因子受体剂(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)抑制剂的使用,不少患者出现了耐药,耐药的主要原因有EGFR位点的突变,旁路激活等原因。在旁路激活中主要有间变性淋巴瘤激酶(anaplastic lymphoma kinase,ALK)等通路的激活。最近有权威研究发现ALK与免疫治疗有密切的关系。该文从ALK的结构和生理功能,ALK的小分子抑制剂,ALK的生物学功能及其与NSCLC相关的应用现状进行综述,并展望了未来的发展方向,从而使ALK更好地应用于NSCLC的治疗。
