The limited material removal rate of con.en.ion.l chemical mechan.cal polishin.(CMP)sign.fican.ly hin.ers the fabrica-tion.efficien.y an. surface quality,thereby preven.in. the developmen. of gallium n.tride(Gan.-based ***,the in.orporation.of photoelectrochemistry in.CMP has garn.red in.reasin. atten.ion.because of its poten.ial to en.an.e the quality an. efficien.y of the Gan.***,a con.iderable gap still exists in.the comprehen.ive un.erstan.in. of the specific photoelectrochemical(PEC)behavior of ***,we report the in.luen.e of the electrolyte on.the PEC etchin. of *** acids an. bases were tested,with their pH bein. carefully *** con.en.ration. of the cation. an. an.on. were also *** results showed that photocorrosion.photoetchin. was more pron.un.ed in.sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid,an. n.tric acid en.iron.en.s than.in.alkalin. en.iron.en.s,but it was less pron.un.ed in.hydrochloric ***,the effects of pH an. an.on.con.en.ration.on.photoetchin. were in.estigated,an. the results revealed that pho-toetchin. in.acidic en.iron.en.s weaken.d with in.reasin. pH levels an. dimin.shed with in.reasin. sulfate *** un.erlyin. reason. con.ributin. to this observation.were *** fin.in.s provide ideas for improvin. the pho-toetchin. efficien.y of Gan.thereby en.ichin. the photoelectrochemical mechan.cal polishin.(PECMP)techn.logy of Gan.

The un.erwater X-ray imagin. techn.logy developmen. is sign.fican. to subaqueous target recon.aissan.e/detection.iden.ification. subfluvial archaeology,submerged resource exploration. etc. As the core of X-ray imagin. detection. the scin.illator has been.plagued by in.eren. moisture absorption.an. decomposition. an. strict requiremen.s for seamless packagin. an. ***, we design.d a man.an.se-doped two-dimen.ion.l(2D) perovskite scin.illator modified by hydrophobic lon.chain.organ.c amin. through the combin.tion.of compon.n. an. dopin. en.in.erin.. The modified perovskites show high water repellen.y that can.be used as an.un.erwater X-ray scin.illator. X-ray images of aquatic organ.sms or other objects with a high spatial resolution.of10 lp·mm^(-1) at a big view field(32 mm × 32 mm) were obtain.d by scin.illation.screen. Cr poison.n. caused by oxidation.are importan. factors that lead to lon.-term performan.e degradation.of SOCs. Coatin. on.the in.ercon.ector surface is an.importan. approach to in.ibit the oxidation.an. Cr migration.of the in.ercon.ector. Herein. (La0.75Sr0.25)0.95Mn.3–δ (LSM) an. Mn..5Co1.5O4 (MCO) are used to fabricate the coatin.s of in.ercon.ector. Two advan.ed thermal spray techn.logy, atmospheric plasma sprayin. (APS) an. low-pressure plasma spray (LPPS), are adopted for the coatin. preparation. The electrochemical performan.e, risin. an. coolin. cycle stability, an. Cr diffusion.in.ibition.performan.e of the coatin.s are tested an. evaluated. The result in.icates that MCO can.gen.rate more un.form an. den.er coatin.s than.LSM. In.addition. MCO coatin.s prepared by LPPS shows the best electrochemical performan.e, risin. an. coolin. cycle stability, an. Cr diffusion.in.ibition. The in.tial area specific resistan.e (ASR) is 0.0027 Ω·cm2 at 800 °C. After 4 coolin. cycle tests, the ASR in.reases to 0.0032 Ω·cm2 but lower than.other samples. Mean.hile, the relative in.en.e of Cr at the in.erface of SUS430 with MCO coatin.s fabricated by LPPS is lower than.that of MCO fabricated by APS after 4 risin. an. coolin. cycle operation., showin. more favorable Cr diffusion.in.ibition.performan.e.
