Light-induced electron transfer can broaden the substrate range of ***,the efficiency of photo-enzyme coupling is limited by the poor combination of photosensitizer or photocatalyst with ***,we prepared the nano-photocatalyst MIL-125-NH_(2)@Ru(bpy)by in site embedding ruthenium pyridine-diimine complex[Ru(bpy)_(3)^(2+)into metal organic frameworks MIL-125-NH_(2)and associated it with multicopper oxidase(MCO)*** to[Ru(bpy)_(3)]^(2+),the coupling efficiency of MIL-125-NH_(2)@Ru(bpy)_(3)for enzymatic oxygen reduction increased by 35.7%.A series of characterizations confirmed that the amino group of laccase formed chemical bonds with the surface defects or hydrophobic groups of MIL-125-NH_(2)@Ru(bpy)_(3).Consequently,the tight binding accelerated the quenching process and electron transfer between laccase and the immobilized ruthenium pyridine-diimine *** work would open an avenue for the synthesis of MOFs photocatalyst towards photo-enzyme coupling.

四极子拓扑绝缘体是人们提出的第一类高阶拓扑绝缘体,它具有量子化的四极矩而偶极矩为零.四极子拓扑绝缘体拓宽了传统的体-边对应关系,从而观察到了更低维度的拓扑边界态.最近,由局域在位错附近的拓扑缺陷态主导的体-位错对应关系引起了许多研究者的关注,其将晶格倒易空间的拓扑结构与位错态的出现联系起来.本文研究了声学四极子拓扑绝缘体中的位错态.在具有非平庸相的声学四极子拓扑绝缘体中嵌入部分具有平庸相的晶格,此时在由两种具有不同拓扑相晶格形成边界的角落处就会产生可以用1/2量化分数电荷表征的位错态.通过在系统内部引入缺陷,验证了此拓扑位错态的鲁棒性.此外,还证明了通过运用不同嵌入晶格的方式可以随意设计位错态的位置.本工作中研究的拓扑位错态拓宽了人工结构中高阶拓扑物态的种类,并为高阶拓扑绝缘体在声学中的应用(如声传感和高性能能量收集)提供了新的思路.

Congenital melanocytic nevi(CMN) are common skin tumors. Large and specially located nevi cannot be completely removed by surgery, posing the risks of both cosmetic deformities and potential *** treatments, such as laser therapy and physical dermabrasion, can overcome the limitations of surgery;however, the high rate of repigmentation remains an unresolved global challenge. We conducted a self-controlled observational study of a patient with a nevus on the chest. Two areas of the lesion were treated with an Er:YAG laser and 5% imiquimod cream was applied to one of these areas. After nearly 7-months of follow-up, we observed a significant difference in color between the two areas, suggesting that topical imiquimod may inhibit repigmentation and significantly enhance the effectiveness of laser treatment.

A VNS-NPGA Approach to Multi-Objective Optimization of Hub-and-spoke Logistics Network

To realize low-cost freight transport in the logistics network and improve the network operation efficiency， a multi-objective optimization model and the corresponding algorithm for a hub-and-spoke logistics network are proposed based on the multi-level location of hub points and channels layout. By considering the structure of the multi-level hub-and-spoke logistics network and the features of the connectivity between the hub and spoke points， the multi-objective optimization model is constructed with two objectives of minimizing the total network operation costs and the total network service time. By considering the characteristics of decision variables and models， a Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS)-Niched Pareto Genetic Algorithm (NPGA) approach with a three-stage encoding structure chromosome is proposed， where the VNS algorithm nested in NPGA is used for individual variable neighborhood search to optimize individual channel level genes， and NPGA is adopted to solve the multi-objective optimization model. To evaluate the performance of the proposed VNS-NPGA approach， a real-life case study based on a small-scale Australia Post data set was conducted， and 25 nodes of the Australia Post and 14 nodes of the Gansu Province 3-level hub-and-spoke logistics networks were established， respectively. The analysis results indicated that the network structure of multi-level hub points could avoid the detour problem existing in the traditional hub-and-spoke network， and showed better applicability in the narrow geographical structure. Compared to the traditional multi-objective evolutionary algorithms， VNS-NPGA can obtain better solutions through the distributed optimization of channel levels， avoiding the problem that a single algorithm cannot effectively deal with coupling relationships in genes.

To meet the expectation set by Moore’s law on transistors,the search for thickness-scalable high dielectric constant(k)gate layers has become an emergent research *** investigations have failed to solve the“polarizability–scalability–insulation robustness”*** this work,we show that this trilemma can be solved by using a gate layer of a high k ferroelectric oxide in its superparaelectric(SPE)*** the SPE,its polar order becomes local and is dispersed in an amorphous matrix with a crystalline size down to a few nanometers,leading to an excellent dimensional scalability and a good field-stability of the k *** an example,a stable high k value(37±3)is shown in ultrathin SPE films of(Ba_(0.95),Sr_(0.05))(Zr_(0.2),Ti_(0.8))O_(3)deposited on LaNiO_(3)-buffered Pt/Ti/SiO_(2)/(100)Si down to a 4 nm thickness,leading to a small equivalent oxide thickness of~0.46 *** aforementioned characteristic microstructure endows the SPE film a high breakdown strength(~10.5 MV·cm^(−1)for the 4 nm film),and hence ensures a low leakage current for the operation of the complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS)***,a high electrical fatigue resistance is displayed by the SPE *** results reveal a great potential of superparaelectric materials as gate dielectrics in the next-generation microelectronics.

Synthesis and anti-HIV activities of phorbol derivatives

＜正＞Objective To examine 20S proteasome activity and its expression in the subventricular zone（SVZ） of mice at different ages,then investigating the effects of proteasome inhibitor MG132 on the viability and proliferation potential of neural stem cells（NSCs）,thus to establish the relationships between 20S proteasome activity and NSCs *** work aimed to unveil the underlying mechanism for NSCs dysfunction in aging brain,so as to develop a new treatment stratedgy for age-related neurodegenerative *** In the present study,immunostaining was used to check the expression of 20S proteasome in embryonic and adult mice *** test whether 20S proteasome deficiency and expression level display in an age-dependent manner in SVZ,proteasome peptidase assay and Western Blot assay were performed on mice at embryonic（embryonic day 14）,neonatal（postnatal day 0）,adult（postnatal day 90）,aged（postnatal day 540） ***,proteasome inhibitor MG132 was injected into lateral ventricles of adult mice to examine its effects on NSCs proliferation by BrdU labeling at day 3 postinjection. Furthermore,in vitro analyses were used to determine the effect of MG132 on NSCs viability from SVZ by BrdU incorporation and Cell Counting Kit-8（CCK-8） ***（1） 20S proteasome was collocalized with NSCs marker nestin in SVZ of embryonic and aged mouse,20S proteasome-positive cells were distributed along the ventricular wall.（2） Age-dependent decline in the activity and expression of 20S proteasome were found in SVZ,the 20S proteasome activity was significantly reduced 3～4 times in aged mice verse embryonic or neonatal mice（P＜0.05）. In this study,37 derivatives of phorbol esters were synthesized and their anti-HIV-1 activities evaluated,building upon our previous synthesis of 51 phorbol derivatives.12-Para-electron-acceptor-trans-cinnamoyl-13-decanoyl phorbol derivatives stood out,demonstrating remarkable anti-HIV-1 activities and inhibitory effects on syncytia *** derivatives exhibited a higher safety index compared with the positive control *** them,12-(trans-4-fluorocinnamoyl)-13-decanoyl phorbol,designated as compound 3c,exhibited the most potent anti-HIV-1 activity(EC_(50)2.9 nmol·L^(−1),CC50/EC_(50)11117.24)and significantly inhibited the formation of syncytium(EC_(50)7.0 nmol·L^(−1),CC50/EC_(50)4891.43).Moreover,compound 3c is hypothesized to act both as an HIV-1 entry inhibitor and as an HIV-1 reverse transcriptase *** titration calorimetry and molecular docking studies indicated that compound 3c may also function as a natural activator of protein kinase C(PKC).Therefore,compound 3c emerges as a potential candidate for developing new anti-HIV drugs.
