Pneumoconiosis is a group of heterogeneous fibrotic lung diseases caused by inorganic mineral dust and includes coal workers’pneumoconiosis and *** involves diffuse or nodular interstitial pulmonary fibrosis caused by exposure to asbestos or silica *** is thought to have the highest number of silicosis cases,with 6,000 new cases reported annually^([1]).Currently,the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of silicosis relies mainly on a history of occupational exposure and radiological abnormalities^([2]).Therefore,determining further indicators is crucial to reflect the severity of silicosis.

Dwarf irregular galaxies(dIrrs),as rotationally supported systems,have more reliable J-factor measurements than dwarf spheroidal galaxies and have received attention as targets for dark matter detection in recent *** this paper,we use 10 yr of IceCube muon-track data and an unbinned maximum-likelihood-ratio method to search for neutrino signals beyond the background from the directions of seven dIrrs,aiming to detect neutrinos produced by heavy annihilation dark *** do not detect any significant *** on such null results,we calculate the upper limits on the velocity-averaged annihilation cross section for 1 TeV–10 PeV dark *** limits,although weaker than the strictest constraints in the literature in this mass range,are also a good complement to the existing results considering the more reliable J-factor measurements of dIrrs.

Liver cancer represents a grave hepatic condition and constitutes a significant global health *** resection remains the principal therapeutic modality for liver ***,perioperative malnutrition exerts a notable impact on patients with liver cancer,emerging as an independent risk factor for disease mortality and adverse ***,precise nutritional diagnosis and timely nutritional support hold the potential to enhance therapeutic efficacy and quality of life for liver cancer *** study represents a meticulous foray into the literature,extracting data from PubMed,Web of Science,and EMBASE databases,with a focus on the past 5 *** scrutinizes the impact of malnutrition on patients undergoing liver cancer surgery,the etiological underpinnings of malnutrition within this patient cohort,the critical assessment of perioperative nutritional status,and the strategic approaches to nutritional *** rigorous inclusion and exclusion criteria,the amassed scholarly works are meticulously synthesized,methodically organized,and categorically elaborated ***,the authors propose the incorporation of a multidisciplinary nutrition management team during the perioperative period,comprising nutritionists,pharmacists,physicians,nurses,psychologists,and rehabilitation therapists,among other specialized ***,they collaborate to devise and implement personalized nutritional support plans,monitor patients’nutritional status,and make necessary adjustments as *** comprehensive management and intervention,improvements in the nutritional status of liver cancer patients can be achieved,thereby enhancing surgical success rates and facilitating postoperative *** is believed that this manuscript will offer valuable insights to advance the nutritional management during the perioperative phase of liver cancer,aiding in ameliorating patients'nutritional status and treatment outcomes.

We revisit the γ-ray emission above 300 Me V towards the massive star-forming region of Orion B by adopting14 yr observations with the Fermi Large Area Telescope and utilizing the updated software tools. The extended γ-ray emission region around Orion B is resolved into two components(region Ⅰ and region Ⅱ). The γ-ray spectrum of region I agrees with the predicted γ-ray spectrum assuming the cosmic ray(CR) density is the same as that of Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer(AMS-02) measured locally. The γ-ray emissivity of region II appears to be deficit at low energy band(E<3 GeV). Through modeling we find that CR densities exhibit a significant deficit below20 Ge V, which may be caused by a slow diffusion inside the dense region. This is probably caused by an increased magnetic field whose strength increases with the gas density.

In the classical microbial isolation technique,the isolation process inevitably destroys all microbial interactions and thus makes it difficult to culture the many microorganisms that rely on these interactions for *** this study,we designed a simple coculture technique named the“sandwich agar plate method,”which maintains microbial interactions throughout the isolation and pure culture *** total yield of uncultured species in sandwich agar plates based on eight helper strains was almost 10-fold that of the control *** uncultured species displayed commensal *** study found that heme was the growth-promoting factor of some marine commensal *** genomic analysis revealed that heme auxotrophies were common in various biotopes and prevalent in many uncultured microbial ***,our study supported that the survival strategies of heme auxotrophy in different habitats varied *** findings highlight that cocultivation based on the“sandwich agar plate method”could be developed and used to isolate more uncultured bacteria.

壮、侗民族织锦名列民族特需用品和国家级非物质文化遗产保护名录,具有多重身份,同时也是反映民族特征及多样性的重要文化符号。文章借助CiteSpace软件对源自中国知网期刊数据库的706篇有效文献绘制知识图谱,并对国内壮、侗民族织锦研究的格局、高水平科研机构及核心作者、热点动态等进行了可视化分析,主要涵盖了文献计量分析、可视化分析、共现分析等研究方法。研究结果表明:壮、侗民族织锦研究范围及主题日渐扩大及丰富;高水平科研机构的研究合作网络关系较弱,跨学科共同研究的态势还未形成;学术界研究热点动态与国家政策紧密结合,研究视角也日益多元化。但同时发现学术界的研究预见性还有待提升,学术界不仅应具备整理、保存、研究及发展壮、侗民族织锦的能力,还应具备对当下时事问题进行快速响应的意识,尽早布局,在面临新挑战时能有序从容地提出对策建议。

左移(shift-left)融合是电子设计自动化(electronic design automation,EDA)的一种新设计范式,旨在通过融合和并行解决传统瀑布式设计范式的问题.传统EDA流程分为多个串行设计阶段,导致设计周期长、设计冗余大.通过相邻设计阶段的融合与并行,可以有效缩短设计周期、提升设计优化效率.左移融合通常涉及在不同设计阶段之间共享数据模型,并采用新的抽象方法,可以应用到包括高层次综合、逻辑综合、布局布线、签核验证、工艺优化等EDA流程的各个阶段.此外,借助早期的数据分析与评估,可以有效应对后期可能出现的问题,从而降低开发成本.综上,鉴于左移融合对于提高EDA流程的效率和质量具有重要意义,本文将介绍左移融合的发展现状和关键科学问题,并展望未来发展路线.
