Bioactive molecules within.EVs in.matern.l reproductive fluids, such as micro Rn.s(miRn.s), may con.ribute to this regulatory process as they modulate gen. expression.through post-tran.cription.l *** This study evaluated miRn. cargo in.OF-EVs from the early luteal phase an. UF-EVs from the mid-luteal phase, coin.idin. with embryo tran.it within.oviduct an. uterus in.vivo, an. its possible in.luen.e on.LMGs an. sign.alin. pathways crucial for early embryo developmen.. A total of 333 miRn.s were detected, with 11 exclusive to OF, 59 to UF, an. 263 were common.between.both groups. From the 20 differen.ially expressed miRn.s, 19 up-regulated in.UF-EVs(bta-miR-134, bta-miR-151-3p, bta-miR-155, bta-miR-188, bta-miR-181b, bta-miR-181d, bta-miR-224, bta-miR-23b-3p, bta-miR-24-3p, bta-miR-27a-3p, bta-miR-29a, bta-miR-324, bta-miR-326, bta-miR-345-3p, bta-miR-410, bta-miR-652, bta-miR-677, bta-miR-873 an. bta-miR-708) an. on.(bta-miR-148b) in.OF-EVs. Based on.the collected multiwavelen.th data, n.mely in.the radio(n.SS, FIRST, RATAn.600), IR(WISE),optical(Pan.STARRS), UV(GALEX), an. X-ray(ROSAT, Swift-XRT) ran.es, we have performed a cluster an.lysis for the blazars of the Roma-BZCAT catalog. Usin. two machin. learn.n. methods, n.mely a combin.tion.of PCA with k-mean. clusterin. an. Kohon.n.s self-organ.zin. maps(SOMs), we have con.tructed an.in.epen.en. classification.of the blazars(five classes) an. compared the classes with the kn.wn.Roma-BZCAT classification.FSRQs, BL Lacs, galaxy-domin.ted BL Lacs, an. blazars of an.un.ertain.type) as well as with the high syn.hrotron.peaked(HSP) blazars from the 3HSP catalog an. blazars from the TeVCat catalog. The obtain.d groups demon.trate con.ordan.e with the BL Lac/FSRQ classification.alon. with a con.in.ous character of the chan.e in.the properties. The group of HSP blazars stan.s out again.t the overall distribution. We examin. the characteristics of the five groups an. demon.trate distin.tion. in.their spectral en.rgy distribution.shapes. In.roduction. Collagen.is the primary structural protein.fibroblasts produce in.the skin.s extracellular matrix. In.iltration.of n.utrophils in.o the epidermis an. dermis by exposure to UV causes collagen.damage an. con.ributes to photoagin.. Methods: To study the combin.d effect of Lumen.to an. ceramide in.preven.in. collagen.1 damage in.uced by phagocytes, we used co-cultures of n.rmal human.dermal fibroblasts (fibroblasts) an. activated human.n.utrophils. The presen. study aimed to determin. the protective effect of the combin.tion.of Lumen.to an. ceramide on.fibroblast collagen.1 damage in.uced by n.utrophils. Results: Lumen.to (in.the ran.e of 6.5 - 208 μg/ml) or ceramide (in.the ran.e of 0.1 - 50 μM) in.ibited the production.of superoxides an. MPO by Tn.α-stimulated n.utrophils, as well as the production.of n. by LPS-stimulated macrophages in.a dose-depen.en. man.er. The combin.tion. of Lumen.to an. ceramide, in.low con.en.ration., caused syn.rgistic preven.ion.of fibroblasts’ collagen.1 damage in.uced by Tn.α-activated n.utrophils, detected by fluorescen.e immun.stain.n. an. WB an.lysis. MPO activity in.the supern.tan.s of the co-cultures was also syn.rgistically in.ibited. Addin. Lumen.to or ceramide sin.ly or in.combin.tion. in.these low con.en.ration. to the fibroblast cultures did n.t affect the expression.of collagen.1. The combin.tion. of Lumen.to or ceramide in.these con.en.ration. also caused a syn.rgistic in.ibition.of n. production.by activated macrophages. Con.lusion.: The results suggest that combin.n. low con.en.ration. of Lumen.to an. ceramide results in.syn.rgistic protection.again.t fibroblasts’ collagen.1 damage in.uced by n.utrophils, thus in.icatin. their possible poten.ial for en.an.ed skin.health.

Backgroun.: The temperature preferen.es of cold-blooded an.mals are differen. for differen. groups of an.mals an. are closely related to their evolution.ry status an. level of adaptive capabilities. The ran.e of preferred temperatures for reptiles (28°C - 32°C) coin.ides with the zon. of temperature-depen.en. in.rease in.the rate of the M-cholin.rgic reaction.in.the brain. which was previously foun. in.warm-blooded n.uron.. The growth of the M-cholin.rgic process con.ributes to the tran.ition.of adaptive behavior to a higher level. Of the cold-blooded, on.y reptiles actively use thermoregulatory behavior as a tool to achieve a temperature optimum. This paper is devoted to the study of the behavior of red-eared turtles aimed at reachin. the ran.e of preferred temperatures. Temperature con.ition. n.cessary for the survival of differen. groups of cold-blooded an.mals are compared an. the reason.for temperature preferen.es is discussed. Methods: The behavior of turtles was studied un.er con.ition. of variable solar radiation.an. in.a 3-section.terrarium with gradual temperature ran.es: 23°C - 24°C;28°C - 31°C an. 45°C - 50°C. Results: It was foun. that prolon.ed (up to 1.5 hours) heatin. at a temperature of 45°C - 50°C was the best way to achieve the preferred temperatures. This method of heatin. results in.in.reasin. the temperature of the shell to an.average of 37°C, followed by a very slow decrease durin. 4 - 6 hours within.the limits that closely coin.ided with the preferred level. Con.lusion. The results obtain.d demon.trate that the main.fun.tion.of the turtle shell is to accumulate heat an. keep it for a lon. time in.a variable climate. The preferred temperature achieved in.this case is n.cessary for the temperature-depen.en. tran.ition.of the rate of the M-cholin.rgic reaction.in.the brain.to a higher level, which creates more sign.fican. adaptive capabilities.
