Building structure is like the skeleton of the building,it bears the effects of various forces and forms a supporting system,which is the material basis on which the building *** building structure design is a vital part in architecture design,architects often explore novel applications of their technologies for building structure ***,such searches relied on experiences,expertise or gut *** this paper,a new design method for the optimal building frame column design based on the genetic algorithm is *** of all,in order to construct the optimal model of the building frame column,building units are divided into three categories in general:building bottom,main building and building ***,the genetic algorithm is introduced to optimize the building frame *** the meantime,a PGA-Skeleton based concurrent genetic algorithm design plan is proposed to improve the optimization efficiency of the genetic ***,effectiveness of the mentioned algorithm is verified through the simulation experiment.

The sigma receptor (Sig-R) was first reported by Martin et al.(1976) and was initially classified into the opioid receptor family. However, Sig-R was subsequently found to differ from the opioid receptor in various studies including ligand binding assays and autoradiography analysis (Tam and Cook, 1984). Sig-R is widely distributed in tissues such as central nervous, digestive, immune, and endocrine tissues. There are two types of Sig-R: sigma-1 (Sig-1R) and sigma-2 receptors (Sig-2R).

AIM：To evaluate the refractive correction for standard automated perimetry（SAP）in eyes with refractive multifocal contact lenses（CL）in healthy young ***：Twenty-nine eyes of 29 participants were *** was paralyzed in all participants with 1%cyclopentolate *** was performed using the Humphrey SITA-standard 24-2 and 10-2 protocol under three refractive conditions：monofocal CL corrected for near distance（baseline）;multifocal CL corrected for distance（m CL-D）;and m CL-D corrected for near vision using a spectacle lens（m CL-N）.Primary outcome measures were the foveal threshold,mean deviation（MD）,and pattern standard deviation（PSD）.RESULTS：The foveal threshold of m CL-N with both the24-2 and 10-2 protocols significantly decreased by 2.2-2.5 d B（P〈0.001）,while that of m CL-D with the 24-2 protocol significantly decreased by 1.5 d B（P=0.0427）,as compared with that of *** there was no significant difference between the MD of baseline and m CL-D with the24-2 and 10-2 protocols,the MD of m CL-N was significantly decreased by 1.0-1.3 d B（P〈0.001）as compared with that of both baseline and m CL-D,with both 24-2 and 10-2 *** was no significant difference in the PSD among the three refractive conditions with both the 24-2 and 10-2 ***：Despite the induced mydriasis and the optical design of the multifocal lens used in this study,our results indicated that,when the dome-shaped visual field test is performed with eyes with large pupils and wearing refractive multifocal CLs,distance correction without additional near correction is to be recommended.

We present three cases of autoimmune pancreatitis(AIP) complicated by gastric *** 1:A 57-yearold man was diagnosed with AIP complicated by gastric varices and splenic vein *** was not detected at the time of the *** AIP improved using steroid therapy,the splenic vein was reperfused,and the gastric varices disappeared;case 2:A 55-year-old man was diagnosed with AIP complicated by gastric varices,splenic vein obstruction,and *** the AIP improved using steroid therapy,the gastric varices and splenic vein obstruction did not resolve;case 3:A 68-year-old man was diagnosed with AIP complicated by gastric varices,splenic vein obstruction,and *** gastric varices,splenic vein obstruction,and AIP did not improve using steroid *** three cases suggest that gastric varices or splenic vein obstruction without splenomegaly may be an indication for steroid therapy in patients with AIP because the complications will likely become irreversible over time.

AIM To determine whether oral glutathione(GSH)administration can alleviate the effects of fasting-induced intestinal atrophy in the small intestinal mucosa. METHODS Rats were divided into eight *** group was fed ad libitum,another was fed ad libitum and received oral GSH,and six groups were administrated saline(SA)or GSH orally during *** height,apoptosis,and cell proliferation in the jejunum were histologically evaluated.i NOS protein expression(by immunohistochemistry),nitrite levels(by high performance liquid chromatography,as a measure of NO production),8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine formation(by ELISA,indicating ROS levels),glutathione/oxidized glutathione(GSH/GSSG)ratio(by enzymatic colorimetric detection),andγ-glutamyl transpeptidase(Ggt1)mR NA levels in the jejunum(by semi-quantitative RT-PCR)were also estimated. The aim of this study was to examine whether flavin-containing monooxygenase (FMO) protein was expressed in cultured rat brain microvascular endothelial cells (BMECs), which constitute the blood-brain barrier (BBB), and whether N-oxide from the tertiary amine, d-chlorpheniramine, was formed by FMO in rat BMECs. BMECs were isolated and cultured from the brains of three-week-old male Wistar rats. The expression of FMO1, FMO2 and FMO5 proteins was confirmed in rat BMECs by western blotting analysis using polyclonal anti-FMO antibodies, but FMO3 and FMO4 proteins were not found in the rat BBB. Moreover, N-oxide of d-chlorpheniramine was formed in rat BMECs. The intrinsic clearance value for N-oxidation at pH 8.4 was higher than that at pH 7.4. Inhibition of N-oxide formation by methimazole was found to be the best model of competitive inhibition yielding an apparent Ki value of 0.53 μmol/L, suggesting that N-oxidation was catalyzed by FMOs in rat BMECs. Although FMO activity in rat BMECs was lower than that in SD rat normal hepatocytes (rtNHeps), we suggest that rat BMECs enzymes can convert substrates of exogenous origin for detoxification, indicating that BMECs are an important barrier for metabolic products besides hepatic cells.
