An additive-free and environmentally friendly strategy has been realized for the construction of S-substituted isothioureas through visible-light-induced multicomponent reaction starting fromα-diazoesters,aryl isothiocyanates,amines and cyclic ethers.This methodology features simple operation,mild reaction conditions,favorable functional group tolerance,easily available starting materials and high efficiency.

A facile and environmentally friendly visible-light-induced three-component reaction of α-diazoesters,cyclic ethers and Na SCN to construct organic thiocyanates has been developed at room temperature. This reaction could occur under photocatalyst-and additive-free conditions to afford a number of organic thiocyanates with moderate to good yield and favorable functional group tolerance.

Sulfur-containing organic compounds display wide applications in the field of materials science,synthetic chemistry,and pharmaceutical industry.Thus,numerous synthetic strategies have been developed for the synthesis of sulfur-containing compounds in synthetic chemistry.In recent years,the utilization of sulfinic acids as versatile synthons has emerged as attractive and powerful approach to access various organosulfur compounds through sulfonylation,sulfinylation or sulfenylation reactions.In this review,we summarized the recent progress in the construction of various sulfur-containing compounds from sulfininc acids.Selected examples of substrates and the related reaction mechanisms are described here.This review intends to provide readers a comprehensive understanding on the synthesis of sulfur-containing molecules from sulfinic acids and provide help for future synthetic research.

A facile and metal-free visible-light-enabled three-component reaction of quinoxalin-2(1 H)-ones,alkenes and CF_(3)SO_(2)Na has been developed under air at room temperature.This photocatalytic tandem reaction using 4 CzIPN as the photocatalyst and air as the green oxidant,provides a mild and environmentally friendly approach to access a series of 3-trifluoroalkylated quinoxalin-2(1 H)-ones.

A convenient and regioselective sulfonylation/cyclization of 1,6-enynes with arylazo sulfones has been developed to access a series of sulfonylated γ-butyrolactams.The present reaction could be efficiently conducted under catalyst-and additive-free conditions,in which C-S and C-C bonds were selectively constructed in one-pot procedure.

In order to obtain stable and high-precision motion tracking in mixed reality(MR)simulation of the complex system,an optical-inertial hybrid tracking method is proposed,which combines the accuracy of optical motion capture equipment and the robustness of inertial motion capture equipment,and can reduce the occlusion problem of entity scene on the premise of ensuring the localization accuracy.The method has been applied to the ergonomic evaluation of large civil aircraft development processes,and the effectiveness and usability of the method have been verified.

In order to analyze the proposed method,this paper takes the cockpit as the complex system,since the traditional cockpit design evaluation method can set up an actual engineering prototype.Although this method can realize the accurate evaluation of the internal structure layout,control devices,and interface display of the cockpit,it is dif-ficult to make modifications once the production is completed,which is not suitable for multi-scheme comparison and rapid iteration in the early stage of civil aircraft design.In this regard,this paper establishes the civil aircraft cockpit physical environment and the corresponding virtual cockpit environment based on the virtual-real matching tech-nology,then proposes a mixed reality simulation evaluation method so as to realize the real-time ergonomic evaluation of the digital human body followed by a real person.Experimental results show that this mixed reality simulation evaluation method can effectively improve the evaluation accuracy of cockpit design,ensure the efficiency of multi-scheme comparison and optimization iteration in the early stage of cockpit design.

目的:探讨加速康复外科理念联合精细化管理对卵巢癌根治术患者术中生理应激及并发症的影响。方法:选取2022年2月-2023年10月于本院行卵巢癌根治手术的患者100例随机分为两组,分别给予常规护理(常规组),加速康复外科理念联合精细化管理护理(观察组),比较两组术中生理应激及并发症发生情况。结果:手术时间、术中出血量两组无差异(P>0.05);观察组麻醉后5min心率(72.8±5.7次/min)、舒张压(65.7±7.2 mmHg)及收缩压(114.6±8.7 mmHg)均低于常规组(84.8±6.6次/min、81.1±8.8 mmHg、140.1±12.9 mmHg),术后并发症发生率(6.0%)低于常规组(20.0%)(均P<0.05)。结论:采用加速康复外科理念联合精细化管理对卵巢癌根治术患者进行护理干预,能够有效减轻患者术中生理应激,降低术后并发症发生率。

Responding to the fast-spreading SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant, to improve screening efficiency, rapid antigen tests(RATs) were first added as a supplementary detection method in China in mid-March, 2022. What and how big a role RATs should play need to be supported by clinical data. Here, RAT performance and relevant factors in comparison with nucleic acid amplification tests(NAATs) were assessed in Omicron-infected inpatients. From the NAAT results, nasopharyngeal swabs(NPs) performed better than oropharyngeal swabs(OPs). RATs tested on NAAT positive NPs performed better than those with OP-positive samples. The RAT positivity rate was strongly associated with high levels of N and OFR1ab genes, especially in NPs where patients also had significantly longer hospital stays and shorter days from symptom onset to RAT testing. Self-performed RATs had a detection accuracy that was comparable to professionally performed RATs when the subjects were well guided. The antigen negative rate of the studied patients was 100% at discharge. These findings suggest that, in addition to a supplementary detection role, RATs can be an important strategy for evaluating the disease progression of Omicron-infected inpatients. This study provides important clinical data to support better rules regarding RATs under China’s COVID-19 prevention and control policy.

当前,金融业发展日趋全球化、多元化,金融业内部业务相互渗透、交叉,国际资本之间相互合作与竞争,我国的券商发展环境正发生巨大变化。东方财富以互联网金融数据服务为基础,整合券商、基金、期货等资本市场业务,颠覆传统证券服务业,现已成为中国最大市值证券机构。基于此,本文以2021年12月20日至2022年12月20日东方财富整年的股票数据为例,基于排序法计算VaR,并基于定义每日违约情况,运用Logit、SVM、NNET、Decision Tree、KNN等非机器学习和机器学习五种方法对东方财富股价进行分析,探究各变量对违约率的影响。
