Solar-blind ultraviolet(UV)photodetectors based on p-organic/n-Ga_(2)O_(3) hybrid heterojunctions have attracted extensive attention ***,the multifunctional solar-blind photodetector based on p-type poly[N-90-heptadecanyl-2,7-carbazole-alt-5,5-(4.,70-di-2-thienyl-20,10,30-benzothiadiazole)](PCDTBT)/n-type amorphous Ga_(2)O_(3)(a-Ga_(2)O_(3))is fabricated and investigated,which can work in the phototransistor mode coupling with self-powered *** the introduction of PCDTBT,the dark current of such the a-Ga_(2)O_(3)-based photodetector is decreased to 0.4. ***,the photoresponse parameters of the a-Ga_(2)O_(3)-based photodetector in the phototransistor mode to solar-blind UV light are further increased,that is,responsivity(R),photo-detectivity(D*),and external quantum efficiency(EQE)enhanced to 187 A W^(-1),1.3×10^(16) Jones and 9.1×10^(4.% under the weak light intensity of 11μW cm^(-2),*** to the formation of the built-in field in the p-PCDTBT/n-Ga_(2)O_(3) type-Ⅱ heterojunction,the PCDTBT/Ga_(2)O_(3) multifunctional photodetector shows self-powered *** responsivity of p-PCDTBT/n-Ga_(2)O_(3) multifunctional photodetector is 57.5 mA W^(-1) at zero *** multifunctional p-n hybrid heterojunction-based photodetectors set the stage for realizing high-performance amorphous Ga_(2)O_(3) heterojunction-based photodetectors.

Traumatic spinal cord injury is potentially catastrophic and can lead to permanent disability or even *** has the largest population of patients with traumatic spinal cord *** studies of traumatic spinal cord injury in china have mostly been regional in scope;national-level studies have been *** the best of our knowledge,no national-level study of treatment status and economic burden has been *** retrospective study aimed to examine the epidemiological and clinical features,treatment status,and economic burden of traumatic spinal cord injury in china at the national *** included 13,4.5 traumatic spinal cord injury patients who were injured between January 2013 and December 2018 and treated in 30 hospitals in 11 provinces/municipalities representing all geographical divisions of *** epidemiological and clinical features,treatment status,and total and daily costs were *** in the percentage of traumatic spinal cord injuries among all hospitalized patients and among patients hospitalized in the orthopedic department and cost of care were assessed by annual percentage change using the Joinpoint Regression *** percentage of traumatic spinal cord injuries among all hospitalized patients and among patients hospitalized in the orthopedic department did not significantly change overall(annual percentage change,-0.5%and 2.1%,respectively).A total of 10,053(74.7%)patients underwent *** 2.8%of patients who underwent {4.rgery did so within 24.hours of injury.A total of 2005(14.9%)patients were treated with high-dose(≥500 mg)methylprednisolone sodium {4.ccinate/methylprednisolone(MPSS/MP);615(4.6%)received it within 8 *** total cost for acute traumatic spinal cord injury decreased over the study period(-4.7%),while daily cost did not significantly change(1.0%increase).Our findings indicate that public health initiatives should aim at improving hospitals’ability to complete early {4.rgery within 24.ho

Background:Gallbladder cancer(GBC)was once considered a contraindication for laparoscopic surgery,but it is becoming more common to use laparoscopic surgery for GBC *** aim of this study was to analyze the long-and short-term outcomes of patients with more advanced T-staged GBC treated with curative intent as defined by the National Comprehensive Cancer Network(NCCN)after laparoscopic resection(LR)versus open resection(OR).Methods:A multicenter database was used to select consecutive GBC patients treated with curative-intent resection as defined by the NCCN between 2016 and *** patients were divided into the LR group and the OR *** score matching(PSM)was used to eliminate selection *** endpoints were overall survival(OS),progression-free survival(PFS),and short-term *** factors that were independently associated with OS and PFS were ***:Of 626 GBC patients treated with curative-intent resection,after PSM,51 patients were in the LR group and 153 patients were in the OR *** LR group had more patients who were suitable to receive adjuvant chemotherapy(AC),a longer operation time,more harvested lymph nodes,and a lower overall morbidity *** rates of OS and PFS were not significantly different between the two *** was independently associated with better OS and ***:The overall morbidity of GBC patients after LR was lower,but the long-term outcomes between LR and OR were not significantly *** GBC patients treated with LR were more likely to receive AC,and the use of AC after curative-intent resection of GBC helped achieve better long-term survival outcomes.

Neutron resonance imaging(NRI)has recently emerged as an appealing technique for neutron *** complexity surpasses that of conventional transmission imaging,as it requires a high demand for both a neutron source and ***,the progression of NRI technology has been sluggish since its inception in the 1980s,particularly considering the limited studies analyzing the neutron energy range above *** white neutron source(Back-n)at the china Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)provides favorable beam conditions for the development of the NRI technique over a wide neutron energy range from eV to ***-sensitive microchannel plates(MCP)have emerged as a cutting-edge tool in the field of neutron detection owing to their high temporal and spatial resolutions,high detection efficiency,and low *** this study,we report the development of a 10B-doped MCP detector,along with its associated electronics,data processing system,and NRI experiments at the *** heavy elements such as gold,silver,tungsten,and indium can be easily identified in the transmission images by their characteristic resonance peaks in the 1–100 eV energy range;the more difficult medium-weight elements such as iron,copper,and aluminum with resonance peaks in the 1–100 keV energy range can also be *** particular,results in the neutron energy range of dozens of keV(Aluminum)are reported here for the first time.

Background:Although overnight fasting is recommended prior to endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP),the benefits and safety of high-carbohydrate fluid diet(CFD)intake 2 h before ERCP remain *** study aimed to analyze whether high-CFD intake 2 h before ERCP can be safe and accelerate patients’***:This prospective,multicenter,randomized controlled trial involved 15 tertiary ERCP centers.A total of 1330 patients were randomized into CFD group(n=665)and fasting group(n=665).The CFD group received 4.0 mL of maltodextrin orally 2 h before ERCP,while the control group abstained from food/water overnight(>6 h)before *** ERCP procedures were performed using deep sedation with intravenous *** investigators were blinded but not the *** primary outcomes included postoperative fatigue and abdominal pain score,and the secondary outcomes included complications and changes in metabolic *** outcomes were analyzed according to a modified intention-to-treat ***:The post-ERCP fatigue scores were significantly lower at 4.h(4.1±2.6 vs.4.8±2.8,t=4.23,P4.2.1 vs.3.4.2.4.t=7.94.P4.(95%confidence interval[CI]:0.26-0.71,P4.h pain scores(2.1±1.7 vs.2.2±1.7,t=2.60,P=0.009,with a least-squares mean difference of 0.21[95%CI:0.05-0.37])and positive urine ketone levels(7.7%[39/509]vs.15.4.[82/533],χ^(2)=15.13,P4.vs.4.0%[26/658],χ^(2)=3.99,P=0.04.)but not pancreatitis(5.5%[35/634.vs.6.5%[4./658],χ^(2)=0.59,P=0.4.4..subgroup analysis revealed that CFD reduced the incidence of complications in patients with native papilla(odds ratio[OR]:0.61,95%CI:0.39-0.95,P=0.028)in the multivariable ***:Ingesting 4.0 mL of CFD 2 h before ERCP is safe,with a reduction in post-ERCP fatigue,

目的探讨我国胃癌和结直肠癌患者术后并发症的发生率,并评估其危险因素。方法本研究采用全国多中心前瞻性数据登记队列研究方法,数据来自中国胃肠肿瘤外科联盟发起的胃肠外科手术后腹部并发症现状研究数据库(PACAGE)。PACAGE数据库自2018年12月至2020年12月期间,前瞻性收集了20家医学中心胃癌和结直肠癌患者一般人口统计学数据、围手术期治疗及术后并发症相关数据,根据是否发生术后并发症进行分组,参照胃肠肿瘤外科术后并发症相关专家共识和Clavien-Dindo分级标准,对并发症进行分类及分级。通过绘制热图,将不同分级的术后并发症发生率可视化;采用多因素非条件logistic回归模型,分析发生术后并发症的独立危险因素。结果共纳入3926例胃癌和结直肠癌患者,657例患者共发生876例次术后并发症,总体并发症发生率16.7%(657/3926),Ⅲ级及以上严重并发症发生率4.0%(156/3926),Ⅴ级并发症发生率0.2%(7/3926)。胃癌患者2271例,术后并发症发生率18.1%(4.2/2271),严重并发症发生率4.7%(106/2271);结直肠癌患者1655例,术后并发症发生率14.8%(24./1655),严重并发症发生率3.0%(50/1655)。胃癌和结直肠癌患者吻合口漏的发生率分别是3.3%(74.2271)和3.4.(56/1655)。腹腔感染在各类并发症中占比最高,在胃癌和结直肠癌患者中分别为28.7%(164.572)和39.5%(120/304.。在所有术后并发症严重程度分级中,Ⅱ级并发症占比最高,胃癌和结直肠癌分别占65.4.(374.572)和56.6%(172/304.。多因素分析显示:(1)胃癌组患者发生术后并发症的独立影响因素包括:有术前合并症(OR=2.54.95%CI:1.51~4.28,P4.,95%CI:1.06~1.89,P=0.020)、美国麻醉医师协会评分较高(ASA,2分:OR=1.60,95%CI:1.23~2.07,P4.,95%CI:0.25~0.73,P=0.002)、手术时间>180 min(OR=1.81,95%CI:1.4.~2.31,P50 ml(OR=1.29,95%CI:1.01~1.63,P=0.038)和相比于全胃切除术的远端胃切除(OR=0.65,95%CI:0.51~0.83,P4.~0.80,P4.,95%CI:0.30~0.72,P=0.022)和相比于低位前切术的腹会阴联合切术(OR=2.74.95%CI:1.71~4.4.,P<0.001)。结论胃癌和结直肠癌患者术后各类感染相关的并发症最为常见,虽然两者术后发生并发症的危险因素各有不同,但有术前合并症、行新辅助治疗以及手术切除范围,是胃癌和结直肠癌患者术后发生并发症的共同影响因素。
