High Fischer ratio oligopeptides(HFOPs)have a variety of physiological activities,but there are few literatures reporting the hepatoprotective effects of HFOPs against acetaminophen(APAP)-induced liver *** ob-jectives of this study were to establish the preparation process of HFOPs from hard-shelled mussel(Mytilus coruscus)(HFOPs-HM)and investigate the hepatoprotective effects and potential mechanisms of HFOPs-HM against APAP-induced liver injury in ***,trypsin and papain were selected as the endo and exog-enous proteases for preparing HFOPs-HM according to the degree of hydrolysis(DH)of hard-shelled mussel hydrolysates,and activated carbon of XHJ-200 displayed the best effect to remove aromatic amino acids ac-cording to the Fischer ratio(OD220/OD280)and its parameters were optimized as adsorption time of 3.0 h and solid-liquid ratio of 1:*** HFOPs-HM’s Fischer ratio and average molecular weight were 26.03(>20)and 878.54 Da,***,a mice model of liver injury induced by APAP was ***-HM could significantly improve liver index and histopathological features,decrease the serum alanine aminotrans-ferase(ALT)and aspartate transaminase(AST)activities,increase the glutathione content and superoxide dis-mutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)*** research demonstrated that HFOPs-HM could alleviate liver oxidative stress in liver tissue via activating the Nrf2 pathway to initiate the intracellular antioxidant enzyme *** addition,HFOPs-HM also suppressed liver inflammation by downregulating the secretion of TNF-α,IL-1β,and ***,HFOPs-HM could serve as an auxiliary functional dietary molecule applied in function products to alleviate drug-induced liver injury.

Contrast induced nephropathy after percutaneous coronary intervention： risk factors and preventive strategy

Objective To analyze the risk factors and clinical outcome of contrast induced nephropathy （CIN） in patients with coronary artery disease （CAD） after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） and discuss its prevention. Methods Fifty-four patients with C1N among 729 patients who received PCI were retrospectively studied and the related risk factors, cardiovascular events and preventive strategy were analyzed. Results C1N was strongly associated with pre-procedure chronic renal failure, diabetes mellitus and large-dose contrast. The incidence of cardiac mortality and major adverse cardiac events 1 year after PCI in CIN group was higher than that in group without CIN. Conclusion Chronic renal failure, diabetes mellitus and dosage of contrast agent were three independent risk factors of CIN. CIN could affect the patients＇ prognosis. A well overall perioperative management of CAD patients following PCI, especially hydration therapy, is the most important strategy for prevention of CIN.

Its distribution is worldwide. The situation of this infection in China is, however, practically unknown. This note deals with a preliminary survey of Cryptosporidiosis in calves in suburban district of Beijing.

Porous organic cages(POCs)with permanent porosity and excellent host–guest property hold great potentials in regulating ion transport behavior,yet their feasibility as solid-state electrolytes has never been testified in a practical ***,we design and fabricate a quasi-solid-state electrolyte(QSSE)based on a POC to enable the stable operation of Li-metal batteries(LMBs).Benefiting from the ordered channels and cavity-induced anion-trapping effect of POC,the resulting POC-based QSSE exhibits a high Li+transference number of 0.67 and a high ionic conductivity of 1.25×10^(−4) S cm^(−1) with a low activation energy of 0.17 *** allow for homogeneous Li deposition and highly reversible Li plating/stripping for over 2000 *** a proof of concept,the LMB assembled with POC-based QSSE demonstrates extremely stable cycling performance with 85%capacity retention after 1000 ***,our work demonstrates the practical applicability of POC as SSEs for LMBs and could be extended to other energy-storage systems,such as Na and K batteries.

Calpain是钙依赖性中性蛋白酶 ,根据其对钙敏感性的不同 ,可分为m 和 μ calpain两型 .分别用不同浓度CaCl2 溶液孵育Wistar大鼠脑皮质匀浆液 ,并用蛋白质印迹和定量图像分析技术检测不同亚型calpain对tau蛋白的降解作用 .研究发现 :在 3 7℃用 1mmol/LCa2 + 孵育底物 15min ,可见tau蛋白明显降解 ,并在分子质量为 2 9ku处出现tau蛋白降解片段 ;当Ca2 + 浓度为 5mmol/L时 ,tau蛋白几乎全部被降解 ;这种tau蛋白降解可被calpain特异性抑制剂完全逆转 .进一步的研究发现 ,分别用 μ calpain抑制剂 (0 0 5μmol/Lcalpastatin) ,m calpain抑制剂 (10 0 μmol/LcalpaininhibitorⅣ )或总calpain抑制剂 (552 μmol/Lcalpeptin)与 1mmol/LCa2 + 共同孵育Wistar大鼠脑皮质匀浆液 ,Ca2 + 激活的tau蛋白降解分别被抑制8 6% ,92 5%和 97 8% .结果表明一定浓度的Ca2 + 可同时激活 μ calpain和m calpain ,这两种亚型calpain均参与降解tau蛋白 ,但m calpain的作用比 μ

A monolithic 3D IGZO-RRAM-SRAM-integrated architecture for robust and efficient compute-in-memory enabling equivalent-ideal device metrics

Abstract Compute-in-memory (CIM) based on various devices such as static random access memory (SRAM) and resistive random access memory (RRAM) and other emerging devices such as indium-gallium-zinc-oxide (IGZO) transistor, magnetoresistive RAM (MRAM), and ferroelectric RAM (FeRAM) has been explored for better performance and energy efficiency on neural networks applications. However, CIM based on a single-type device suffers a variety of non-ideal metrics to reach the simultaneous optimal accuracy, density, and energy efficiency. This work presents equivalent-ideal CIM (Eq-CIM), a monolithic 3D(M3D) IGZO-RRAM-SRAM integrated architecture for robust and efficient compute-in-memory enabling equivalent-ideal device metrics. To overcome the non-ideality (variation, endurance, temperature, etc.) of the single-type devices, system-technology co-optimization (STCO) is performed. This work highlights the non-ideality-aware functionality breakdown for robust high accuracy and simultaneous high density/efficiency, by utilizing 2T0C IGZO for temporal activation storage, RRAM for high-density weight storage, and SRAM for accurate CIM. Device-to-algorithm variation transfer is applied to analyze the system-level accuracy. We benchmark Eq-CIM architecture on CIFAR-10/ImageNet, with 5.06×storage density and 5.05×/2.45×area/energy efficiency compared with single-type-device-based CIM, and high robustness (<0.27%accuracy loss) from-40℃ to 120℃.

电子垃圾的不当处理已造成了严重的环境和健康问题.生物浸出技术具有低成本和环境友好的优点,为电子垃圾的有效资源化提供了一种选择,但是,目前该技术在实际应用中存在耗时长的瓶颈.电子垃圾生物浸出的反应机制、功能微生物的胞外电子传递都涉及到氧化还原反应,因此,电化学反应可提高电子垃圾中金属的生物浸出效率.本文总结了生物浸出过程中常见的功能菌种及其胞外电子传递途径,以此为基础,阐述了通过电势强化、金属阳离子强化、直接电子调控和间接电子调控的电化学强化方法,以期推动电子垃圾资源化的实际应用.

As a class of functional crystalline porous materials, metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) gained rapid development in the past three decades and a large number of MOFs with ordered structures, high surface areas, and functionalized channels have been investigated. MOFs and MOF-derived/composite materials show great potential in many application fields. In this review, we discussed the main applications of MOFs and MOF-derived/composite materials in small molecule storage, separation, luminescence, sensing, multitype catalysis, and energy storage. In addition, challenges and problems in the future research of MOFsrelated fields are also discussed.
