The features and treatment of 98 Chinese patients with immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4)-related disease (IgG4-RD) referred to a single tertiary referring centre were reviewed. Patientsdiagnosed with IgG4-RD according to the comprehensive diagnostic criteria (CDC) were includedin the retrospective study from May 2012 to March 2019. We collcted data on clinical, laboratory,imaging, histological features and treatment. Totally, 98 patients with IgG4-RD were *** common clinical manifestations included abdominal pain, salivary gland swelling andlymphadenopathy. 51% of the patients had multiple organs involvement. Lymph nodes, pancreasand salivary glands were most commonly involved. Four rare sites including ulna, cerebellum,scalp, and mammary gland were found. The serum IgG4 level was increased by 85.7%. The serumIgG4 level was positively correlated with the number of involved organs, IgG and IgG4/IgG. LowC3 and C4 levels were observed in 37.5% and 12.2% patients respectively, and all patients withkidney involvement had hypocomplementemia. A total of 54 patients underwent tissue biopsies,and 55.6%, 31.5% and 11.1% cases were diagnosed as definite, probable and possible IgG4-RD,respectively. Eighty-eight patients received glucocorticoids (GCs) therapy. Five patients underwentradical surgery to remove the lesion. 73% of them presented a complete or partial remission. IgG4-RD is a systemic fibroinflammatory disease with involvement of multiple organs throughout thebody including some rare sites. Most IgG4-RD patients had increased serum IgG4 levels andpatients with kidney involvement showed bypocomplementermia. GCs therapy is effective. Moreresearch is needed to provide a more reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Comparison of Various Parameters of DWI in Distinguishing Solitary Pulmonary Nodules

In order to prospectively assess various parameters of diffusion weighted imaging (DWI)in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant solitary pulmonary nodules (SPNs),58 patients (40 men and 18 women,and mean age of 48.1±10.4years old) with SPNs undergoing conventional MR,DWI using b=500s/mm^2 on a 1.5T MR scanner, were *** DWI parameters [apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC),lesion-to-spinal cord signal intensity ratio (LSR),signal intensity (SI)score] were calculated and compared between malignant and benign SPNs groups.A receiver operating characteristic (ROC)curve analysis was employed to compare the diagnostic capabilities of all the parameters for discrimination between benign and malignant *** results showed that there were 42 malignant and 16 benign *** ADC was significantly,lower in malignant SPNs (1.40±0.44)×10^-3mm^2/s than in benign SPNs (1.81±0.58)×10^-3mm^2/ *** LSR and SI scores were significantly increased in malignant SPNs (0.90±0.37 and 2.8±1.2)as compared with those in benign SPNs (0.68±0.39 and 2.2±1.2).The area under the ROC curves (AUC)of all parameters was not significantly different between malignant SPNs and benign *** was suggested that as three reported parameters for DWI,ADC,LSR and SI scores are all feasible for discrimination of malignant and benign *** three parameters have equal diagnostic performance.

Effects of Continuous Positive Airway Pressure on Cognitive Deficits in Middle-aged Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome： A Meta-analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials

Background： Current views on continuous positive airway pressure （CPAP） treatment to improve the cognitive deficits of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome （OSAS） are controversial, so we performed a meta-analysis. Methods： A comprehensive literature search was undertaken in PubMed, CINAHL, Medline, Psyclnfo, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, CNKI, WanFang, VIP, and CBMdisc for studies published from June 1971 to July 2014. The outcome measures included neuropsychological tests of the 7 cognitive domains detailed below. Results： After screening the titles and abstracts and thoroughly reading the fuU text, we obtained 13 studies with little risk of bias that incorporated 1744 middle-aged obese participants with mild to severe OSAS. The studies were published from 1994 to 2012. Treatment durations varied from 1 to 24 weeks. The effect sizes of attention, vigilance, processing speed, working memory, memory, verbal fluency, and visuoconstructive skills domains were -0.10 （P = 0.24）, -0.12 （P = 0.04）, -0.08 （P = 0.16）, 0.00 （P = 0.95）, -0.04 （P = 0.30）, -0.06 （P = 0.34）, and -0.01 （P = 0.92）, respectively. Conclusions： Cognition partially improved in patients with OSAS after CPAP treatment. The only domain with significant improvement was vigilance. Rigorous randomized controlled trials need to be performed to obtain clear results.

Accurately predicting stock returns is a conundrum in financial *** this conundrum can bring huge economic benefits for investors and also attract the attention of all circles of *** this paper the authors combine semi-varying coefficient model with technical analysis and statistical learning,and propose semi-varying coefficient panel data model with individual effects to explore the dynamic relations between the stock returns from five companies:CVX,DFS,EMN,LYB,and MET and five technical indicators:CCI,EMV,MOM,ln ATR,ln RSI as well as closing price(ln CP),combine semi-parametric fixed effects estimator,semi-parametric random effects estimator with the testing procedure to distinguish fixed effects(FE) from random effects(RE),and finally apply the estimated dynamic relations and the testing set to predict stock returns in December 2020 for the five *** proposed method can accommodate the varying relationship and the interactive relationship between the different technical indicators,and further enhance the prediction accuracy to stock returns.

The privileged C_(2)-symmetric rigid phenol-type ligand is more attractive but challenging in asymmetric ***,we designed and synthesized a class of rigid-featured chiral tridentate Phenol-2NO ligands,that incorporate the advantages of both the phenol skeleton and pyrroloimidazolone-based N-oxide moiety,from readily available L-prolinamides in operationally simple two steps and up to 44%overall *** importantly,using an achiral quinoline derivative as an additive,the newly developed Phenol-2NO ligand could serve as the anioic ligand upon deprotonative activation to coordinate to Zn(II)to form a highly enantioselective catalyst for the asymmetric Michael-type Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction of indoles with 2,*** yields(up to 90%)and high enantioselectivities(up to 99%ee)are obtained for a wide range of substrates under mild *** and DFT calculations revealed the reaction mechanism and the origins of the *** also represented the first activation of phenol-type ligand/metal complex by an achiral organic base as the additive in asymmetric catalysis.

Stretchable and self-healing conductive fibers from hierarchical silver nanowires-assembled network

Conductive fibers(CFs)with features of high conductivity,stretchability,self-healability,and electromechanical stability are key components of the increasingly popular wearable ***,since the lack of structural design of conductive network and interfacial interaction between soft polymer and conductive additives,it is still hard to enable CFs to meet above ***,we describe a facial drawing method from a hydrogel reservoir which is remolded into ultrathin and stretchable CFs with excellent multi-responsive *** hydrogel reservoir was fabricated in synergy of an ice-templating method and in situ polymerization using the assembled framework as a *** on the effective fabrication mechanism,the diameter of CFs could be well-tuned from 90 to 400μm by adjusting the dipping depth of the glass rod,accompanied with conductivity increased from 0.75 to 2.5 S/*** the hierarchical network structure was well maintained in the CFs,professional performances have been proved on the stretchability and electromechanical *** presence of massive hydrogen bonding and Ag–S bond enabled the CFs with excellent self-healability under the conditions of contact,electric field,and near infrared light,***,the CFs with high sensing property could be integrated into an advanced textile sensor through an effective healing-induced integration strategy,demonstrating its great potentials as superior two-dimensional(2D)electronic skins.

Altered Wnt Signaling Pathway in Cognitive Impairment Caused by Chronic Intermittent Hypoxia： Focus on Glycogen Synthase Kinase-3β and β-catenin

Background： Cognitive impairment is a severe complication caused by obstructive sleep apnea （OSA）. The mechanisms of causation are still unclear. The Wntβ-catenin signaling pathway is involved in cognition, and abnormalities in it are implicated in neurological disorders. Here, we explored the Wntβ-catenin signaling pathway abnormalities caused by chronic intermittent hypoxia （CIH）, the most characteristic pathophysiological component of OSA. Methods： We divided 32 4-week-old male C57/BL mice into four groups of eight each： a CIH ＋ normal saline （NS） group, CIH ＋ LiCI group, sham CIH ＋ NS group, and a sham CIH ＋ LiCI group. The spatial learning performance of each group was assessed by using the Morris water maze （MWM）. Protein expressions of glycogen synthase kinase-β （GSK-β） and β-catenin in the hippocampus were examined using the Western blotting test. EdU labeling and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling staining methods were used, respectively, to determine the proliferation and apoptosis of neurons in the hippocampal dentate gyrus region. Results： Mice exposed to CIH showed impaired spatial learning performance in the MWM, including increased mean escape latencies to reach the target platform, decreased mean times passing through the target platform and mean duration in the target quadrant. The GSK-313 activity increased, and expression of β-catenin decreased significantly in the hippocampus of the CIH-exposed mice. Besides, CIH significantly increased hippocampal neuronal apoptosis, with an elevated apoptosis index. Meanwhile, LiCI decreased the activity of GSK-β and increased the expression of β-catenin and partially reversed the spatial memory deficits in MWM and the apoptosis caused by CIH. Conclusions： Wntβ-catenin signaling pathway abnormalities possibly play an important role in the development of cognitive deficits among mice exposed to CIH and that LiCI might attenuate CIH-induced cognitive impairment via Wntβ-c
