Choquet integral based on fuzzy measure is a very popular data fusion approach.A major problem in applying the Cho- quet integral is how to determine a large number of fuzzy measures as the number of attributes ***λ-fuzzy measure proposed by Sngeno is a powerful method to resolve this ***,the modeling ability of theλ-fuzzy measure is too limited to satisfy actual *** this paper,an extendedλ-fuzzy measure is proposed using Shapley value index,and the limitation of theλ-fuzzy measure is significantly overcome under little additional computational *** extended fuzzy measure has stronger modeling power than theλ- fuzzy measure,straightforwardly representing interaction among *** apply the extended fuzzy measure to an artificial data set and a real dataset in an iron-steel *** results verify the usefulness of the extended fuzzy measure compared with other main existing methods.

Objective:To study correlation between the Xba I polymorphism of apoB gene and plasma lipid profiles in li ethnic ***:Total 1S1 cases of healthy li people were recruited randomly by cluster sampling and 200 Han people were recruited as control;blood was drawn to analyze Xba I polymorphism distribution of apoB gene and serum lipid ***:There were lower serum total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels in serum of li people;while,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),X^-/X^-genotype and X^+allele frequencies exhibited higher levels than Han ***,HDL-C level was reduced,while LDL-C level was enhanced in subjects carrying heterozygous(X^-/X^-)genotype compared to homozygous(X^-/X^-)***,there were no difference in serum level of triglyceride,TC,apoprotein A(apo A)and apoprotein B(apo B)between li and Han people,the same results were showed between X^-/X^+and X^-/X^-genotype ***:XbaⅠpolymorphism of apoB gene is correlated to the profiles of serum lipid level,X^-/X^+genotype carriers are phenotyped with higher LDL-C level and lower level of HDL-C in li ethnic group.

Glass catfish(Kryptopterus vitreolus)are notable in the aquarium trade for their highly transparent body *** transparency is due to the loss of most reflective iridophores and light-absorbing melanophores in the main body,although certain black and silver pigments remain in the face and *** date,however,the molecular mechanisms underlying this transparent phenotype remain largely *** explore the genetic basis of this transparency,we constructed a chromosome-level haplotypic genome assembly for the glass catfish,encompassing 32 chromosomes and 23344 protein-coding genes,using PacBio and Hi-C sequencing technologies and standard assembly and annotation *** revealed a premature stop codon in the putative albinism-related tyrp1b gene,encoding tyrosinase-related protein 1,rendering it a nonfunctional ***,a synteny comparison with over 30 other fish species identified the loss of the endothelin-3(edn3b)gene in the glass catfish *** investigate the role of edn3b,we generated edn3b^(−/−)mutant zebrafish,which exhibited a remarkable reduction in black pigments in body surface stripes compared to wild-type *** findings indicate that edn3b loss contributes to the transparent phenotype of the glass *** high-quality chromosome-scale genome assembly and identification of key genes provide important molecular insights into the transparent phenotype of glass *** findings not only enhance our understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying transparency in glass catfish,but also offer a valuable genetic resource for further research on pigmentation in various animal species.

BACKGROUND Return to work(RTW)serves as an indication for young and middle-aged colorectal cancer(CRC)survivors to resume their normal social ***,these survivors encounter significant challenges during their RTW ***,scientific research is necessary to explore the barriers and facilitating factors of returning to work for young and middle-aged CRC *** To examine the current RTW status among young and middle-aged CRC survivors and to analyze the impact of RTW self-efficacy(RTW-SE),fear of progression(FoP),eHealth literacy(eHL),family resilience(FR),and financial toxicity(FT)on their RTW *** A cross-sectional investigation was adopted in this *** September 2022 to February 2023,a total of 209 participants were recruited through a convenience sampling method from the gastrointestinal surgery department of a class A tertiary hospital in *** investigation utilized a general information questionnaire alongside scales assessing RTW-SE,FoP,eHL,FR,and *** analyze the factors that influence RTW outcomes among young and middle-aged CRC survivors,Cox regression modeling and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis were *** A total of 43.54%of the participants successfully returned to work,with an average RTW time of 100 *** regression univariate analysis revealed that RTW-SE,FoP,eHL,FR,and FT were significantly different between the non-RTW and RTW groups(Plitating their timely reintegration into mainstream society.

本文对孤独症谱系障碍患者的道德判断能力以及与心理推理能力的关系进行了综述。研究发现,孤独症谱系障碍患者可以进行基本的道德判断,但不能提供相应的判断理由,而且较易于做出功利主义判断。此外,个体的道德判断能力与心理推理能力呈正相关,而孤独症谱系障碍患者的心理推理能力存在缺损,导致其道德判断结果出现偏差。

In this editorial,we comment on the article by Mu et al,published in the recent issue of the World Journal of Gastrointestinal *** pay special attention to the immune tolerance mechanism caused by hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection,the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and the role of antiviral therapy in treating HCC related to HBV *** infection leads to systemic innate immune tolerance by directly inhibiting pattern recognition receptor recognition and antiviral signaling pathways,as well as by inhibiting the immune functions of macrophages,natural killer cells and dendritic *** addition,HBV leads to an immunosuppressive cascade by expressing inhibitory molecules to induce exhaustion of HBV-specific cluster of differentiation 8+T cells,ultimately leading to long-term viral *** loss of immune cell function caused by HBV infection ultimately leads to ***-term antiviral therapy can improve the prognosis of patients with HCC and prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis.
