“互联网+”时代,宏任务众包模式让众包组织者在短时间内引导专业技能流向组织。八戒公采宏任务众包模式强化了社会参与的开放性和多样化,实现了众包执行的全过程管理和实时反馈控制,提高了采购透明度,优化了档案服务市场的营商环境。通过坚持法规遵从、明确宏任务需求、强化过程管理与质量控制以及保持持续改进,八戒公采探索出了一条历史档案开发利用宏任务众包模式的有效实施路径,为创新历史档案开发利用方式、激发档案服务市场活力提供了参考经验。

Abstract-The conventional optimal tracking control method cannot realize decoupling control of linear systems with a strong coupling property. To solve this problem, in this paper, an optimal decoupling control method is proposed, which can simultaneousiy provide optimal performance. The optimal decoupling controller is composed of an inner-loop decoupling controller and an outer-loop optimal tracking controller. First, by introducing one virtual control variable, the original differential equation on state is converted to a generalized system on output. Then, by introducing the other virtual control variable, and viewing the coupling terms as the measurable disturbances, the generalized system is open-loop decoupled. Finally, for the decoupled system, the optimal tracking control method is used. It is proved that the decoupling control is optimal for a certain performance index. Simulations on a ball mill coal-pulverizing system are conducted. The results show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method as compared with the conventional optimal quadratic tracking （LQT） control method.

试验旨在研究石香薷精油对小鼠肠道炎症和微生物屏障的影响。试验将90只小鼠平均分为6组,每组15只,试验期7 d。空白组(B组)和模型组(MC组)给小鼠灌胃生理盐水,阳性对照组(P组)灌胃盐酸小檗碱,石香薷精油组则通过灌胃给小鼠饲喂不同浓度的石香薷精油[浓度分别为0.062 5(LD组)、0.250 0(MD组)、0.500 0 m L/kg(HD组)的石香薷精油]。最后1 d,饥饿16 h后,除空白组(B组)外,所有小鼠腹腔注射浓度为6 mg/kg的脂多糖(LPS)。同时,将每组的5只小鼠放入代谢笼中2 h,通过测量滤纸对腹泻情况进行评估。随然,实时荧光定量PCR分析了各组组织中炎症基因的表达情况。此外,还分析评估了石香薷精油对肠道微生物菌群的影响。研究结果表明,石香薷精油不仅能减轻腹泻和肠道炎症,还能改善肠道菌群的组成。因此石香薷精油具有一定的降低炎症与改善肠道微生物屏障的能力。

长江干流黄冈段鸟类资源调查与多样性分析

为研究长江干流黄冈段的鸟类资源和多样性,本文于2021−2022年对黄冈市沿江的6个县(市、区)进行鸟类监测和多样性分析。结果表明:①长江干流黄冈段共记录到15目47科131种鸟类,其中,雀形目最多,共有79种;国家重点保护鸟类17种;世界自然保护联盟(IUCN)评定为易危(VU)等级的物种4种。按居留类型分类,留鸟最多,共有55种;按地理分布划分,古北种52种、东洋种58种、广布种21种。②从生境斑块类型来看,鸟类物种丰富度表现为农田>林地>建筑用地>山涧溪流>湖泊河流。③从多样性指数来看,ACE指数显示,鸟类物种丰富度表现为蕲春县>武穴市>浠水县>黄梅县>团风县>黄州区;Shannon-Wiener指数显示,鸟类物种丰富度表现为团风县>浠水县>蕲春县>武穴市>黄梅县>黄州区,偶见鸟类对Alpha多样性有显著影响。④采用Bray-Curtis转换后的主坐标分析显示,前两个主成分共同解释了65.2%的方差,表明鸟类分布具有地域特性。⑤基于Bray-Curtis距离的聚类分析显示,浠水县、蕲春县和武穴市的物种分布相似度较高,团风县与浠水县相似度也较高,而黄梅县和黄州区与其他4个县市的物种分布相似性较低。研究显示,长江干流黄冈段的鸟类资源相对丰富,不同县(市、区)间的鸟类组成存在空间差异,这反映了鸟类多样性的空间独立性特征,本研究对于该地区的鸟类资源评估和保护具有重要意义。

The micelle generating process of the sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) solution with the addition of chemical inhibitors was elucidated using phase separation model, and the descending order of the capacity for the selected chemical inhibitors to reduce the critical micelle concentrations of the solution are Mg Cl_2, Ca Cl_2,NH_4HCO_3 and NH_4Cl. The data to quantitatively describe the foam decay process, including foaming ratio,foam life and decay behaviors, was obtained by pressure measuring system. The results indicate that chemical inhibitors can improve the solution foamability. The capacity of the inhibitors to enhance the solution foamability is sorted as NH_4 Cl, NH_4HCO_3, Mg Cl2 and Ca Cl_2 which can distinctly improve the foam stability as well. The capacity of the inhibitors to enhance the SDS foam stability can be arranged as Mg Cl_2, NH_4 Cl, NH_4HCO_3 and Ca Cl_2. It is observed that the gravity drainage plays a leading role in the increase of proportion of diffusion drainage. The oxidation dynamic parameters of the coal samples treated by inhibition foams were investigated using thermal analysis technique, and their synergistic effects on inhibiting coal oxidation were explored.

Cold-end systems are heat sinks of thermal power cycles,which have an essential effect on the overall performance of thermal power *** enhance the efficiency of thermal power plants,multi-pressure condensers have been applied in some large-capacity thermal power ***,little attention has been paid to the optimization of the cold-end system with multi-pressure condensers which have multiple parameters to be ***,the design optimization methods of coldend systems with single-and multi-pressure condensers are developed based on the entropy generation rate,and the genetic algorithm(GA)is used to optimize multiple *** parameters,including heat transfer area of multi-pressure condensers,steam distribution in condensers,and cooling water mass flow rate,are optimized while considering detailed entropy generation rate of the cold-end *** results show that the entropy generation rate of the multi-pressure cold-end system is less than that of the single-pressure cold-end system when the total condenser area is ***,the economic performance can be improved with the adoption of the multi-pressure cold-end *** compared with the single-pressure cold-end system,the excess revenues gained by using dual-and quadruplepressure cold-end systems are 575 and 580 k$/a,respectively.

Weight reduction plays an important role in reducing fuel and emissions,and the heat-treatable 6016 aluminum alloy exhibits excellent application prospect in automobile *** this paper,ingot with constant Mg/Si ratio and decreased Mg and Si contents was *** the microstructure and the texture of 6016 aluminum alloy plate designed with different alloy compositions at the top/bottom were systematically investigated by electron backscatter diffraction technology(EBSD)measurement,as well as the room-temperature mechanical properties at the different positions with composition *** results indicate that as Mg and Si contents increase,the grain size decreases,improving the cube texture with recrystallization and weakening the S *** strength of 6016 aluminum alloy decreases with lower Mg and Si contents.

In this study,the low frequency electromagnetic casting(LFEC) technology was adopted to fabricate 2195 Al-Li *** microstructure and solid solubility of as-cast 2195 alloys,as well as the second phase precipitation and tensile properties after aging,were investiagated and compared with the counterpart direct chill casting 2195 *** results indicate that LFEC can significantly improve the microstructure and metallurgical quality of as-cast alloy,and increase the number density of θ’(Al2Cu) and T1(Al2CuLi) phases during aging treatment due to the enhanced solubilities of alloying *** tensile properties of 2195 aged alloy cast by LFEC were hence improved evidently.
