Utilizing interpretable stacking ensemble learning and NSGA-Ⅲ for the prediction and optimisation of building photo-thermal environment and energy consumption

This study develops an approach consisting of a stacking model integrated with a multi-objective optimisation algorithm aimed at predicting and optimising the ecological performance of *** integrated model consists of five base models and a meta-model,which significantly improves the prediction ***,the R2 value was improved by 9.19% and the error metrics MAE,MSE,MAPE,and CVRMSE were reduced by 69.47%,79.88%,67.32%,and 57.02%,respectively,compared to the single prediction *** to the research on interpretable machine learning,adding the SHAP value gives us a deeper understanding of the impact of each architectural design parameter on the *** the multi-objective optimisation part,we used the NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm to successfully improve the energy efficiency,daylight utilisation and thermal comfort of the ***,the optimal design solution reduces the energy use intensity by 31.6 kWh/m^(2),improves the useful daylight index by 39%,and modulated the thermal comfort index,resulting in a decrement of 0.69℃ for the summer season and an enhancement of 0.64℃ for the winter season,***,this study provides building designers and decision makers with a tool to make better design decisions at an early stage to achieve a better combination of energy efficiency,daylight utilisation and thermal comfort optimisation in an integrated manner,providing an important support for achieving sustainable building design.

Improving the application of nanomaterials has always been a research hotspot in the field of energetic materials(EMs)due to their obvious catalytic effect on the EMs,especially the uniformly dispersed ***,few studies have reported the dispersion of *** this study,the dispersity and mixing uniformity of nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)was evaluated based on the difference of solid UV light absorption between the nano-catalytic materials and *** nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)/ultrafine AP composites with different dispersity of nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)were prepared by manual grinding and mechanical grinding with different grinding strength and griding *** then,the absorbance of different samples at 212 nm was obtained by solid UV testing due to the high repeatability of the absorbance at 210-214 nm for three parallel experiments,and the dispersity of different samples was calculated through the established difference ***,the samples were characterized by XRD,IR,SEM,EDS,DSC and TG-MS,which confirmed that different mixing methods did not change the structure of the samples(XRD and IR),and the mixing uniformity improved with the increase of grinding strength and grinding time(SEM and EDS).The scientificity and feasibility of the difference equation were further verified by *** dispersity of nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)exhibits a positive intrinsic relationship with its catalytic performance,and the uniformly dispersed nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)significantly reduces the thermal decomposition temperature of ultrafine AP from 367.7 to 338.8℃.The TG-MS patterns show that the dispersed nano-CuCr_(2)O_(4)advanced the thermal decomposition process of ultrafine AP by about 700 s,especially in the high temperature decomposition stage,and the more concentrated energy release characteristic is beneficial to further enhance the energy performance of AP-based *** above conclusions show that the evaluation method of dispersity based on solid UV curves could pro

朔方是中国古代西北边陲重地和多民族交会地带。在历史上大多数时期,朔方都是中原势力与草原势力博弈的前沿区域,也是少数民族内迁与中原王朝安置移民的地区,民族的构成上是多元的。朔方意象的生成源于中国历史上西北地区民族关系紧张、民族冲突比较频繁的历史事实,意象内涵的丰富、更新和嬗变很大程度得益于大一统国家形态的形成、多元一体民族关系的巩固以及边疆开发程度的加深等社会现实。诗歌中朔方书写所呈现出来的疆域情结与民族情感的变化,展现了不同历史时期人们对于边疆文化多样性与复杂性的认知提升过程,也呈现了中华民族共同体意识由孕育、滋养到自觉、外显的发展过程。

喻时(1507—1571),明嘉靖十七年(1538)进士,历官嘉靖、隆庆两朝,前后三十余年间,曾任吴江县令、监察御史、山西巡抚、三边总督等职,官至兵部右侍郎。嘉靖后期,喻时临危受命,总督三边军务,功绩卓然,有力地维护了西北边地和平。其宦迹遍及南北,政绩斐然,声名远播,时有“喻青天”之美誉。喻时一生勤于著述,今有《吴皋先生文集》《海上老人别集》及其它散著存世。

清代宁夏地区气象灾害时空分异特征研究

通过对宁夏地区灾害史料的搜集整理与量化处理，运用数理统计和小波分析等方法，借助Matlab、ArcGIS和SPSS等软件工具，对清代(1644—1911年)宁夏地区干旱、洪涝、霜雪、冰雹和风沙等5类主要气象灾害的频率特征、时空分布以及各灾种之间的相关性等进行研究.结果显示，清代宁夏地区主要气象灾害的发生频次由高到低分别为洪涝、冰雹、干旱、霜雪和风沙；时间分布上，各类气象灾害发生情况整体呈现波动上升的趋势，具有低—高—低—高的频次分布规律，Morlet小波分析则显示清代宁夏地区气象灾害存在强显著的59a的长变化周期；在空间分布上，干旱、冰雹灾害呈现南多北少的分布趋势，洪涝灾害则多分布于北部平原的引黄区，而霜雪、风沙灾害的分布特征较不明显；在气象灾害系统内存在洪涝和冰雹的极显著正相关，此外霜雪、冰雹、干旱3类灾害也呈现一定的正相关.

Synthesis and Tribological Properties of Copper-alumina Nanocomposites Prepared by Coprecipitation Technique

The objective of this work is to study the synthesis of copper-alumina nanocomposites using the coprecipitation process and hot-pressing method, and investigate their mechanical properties. The effects of calcination temperature on the average size of composite particles and chemical composition after calcination were also analyzed. The sintering parameters including sintering temperature, hot pressure and packing time were optimized to fabricate the alumina nanoparticles reinforced copper matrix composites（CMCs）. The density, microhardness and tribological properties of the CMCs reinforced with 1 wt%, 2 wt%, 3 wt%, 4 wt% and 5 wt% of alumina nanoparticles were investigated correspondingly. The results showed that the optimum preparation parameters for the CMCs were 900 ℃ of hot pressing temperature, 27.5 MPa of hot pressure and 2 hrs of packing time. The CMC reinforced with 2 wt% of alumina nanoparticles had the lowest wear rate, with the relative wear resistance of 3.13.

Spatial and Temporal Distribution Characteristics of Solar Energy Resources in Tibet

The Tibet Plateau is one of the regions with the richest solar energy resources in the *** the process of achieving carbon neutrality in China,the development and utilization of solar energy resources in the region will play an important *** this study,the gridded solar resource data with 1km resolution in Tibet were obtained by spatial correction and downscaling of SMARTS *** this basis,the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of solar energy resources in the region in the past 30 years(1991–2020)are finely evaluated,and the annual global horizontal radiation resource is *** results show that:1)The average annual global horizontal radiation amount in Tibet is 1816 kWh/m^(2).More than 60%of the area belongs to the“Most abundant”(GHI≥1750 kWh/m^(2))area of China’s solar energy resources category A,and nearly 40%belongs to the“Quite abundant”(1400≤GHI<1750)area of China’s solar energy resource category B.2)In space,the solar energy resources in Tibet increased gradually from north to south and from east to ***,Central and Eastern Shigatse,Shannan,and Southwestern Ali are the most abundant cities,with a maximum annual radiation level of 2189 kWh/m2.3)In terms of time,the total horizontal radiation in Tibet was the highest in May and the lowest in December.74%of the total area belongs to the“Very stable”(R_(w)≥0.47)area of solar resource stability category A,and 26%belongs to the“stable”(0.36≤R_(w)<0.47)area of solar resource stability category *** energy resources in the region show the characteristics of both strong and *** solar energy resources in the region have shown a fluctuating downward trend over the past 30 years,with an average decline of about 12.86(kWh/m2)per decade.4)In terms of solar radiation resources reaching the earth’s surface,the theoretical total amount of annual horizontal radiation in Tibet is about 240.07 billion tons of standard coal or 222.91 billion kilowatts on average.

Electron-deficient N-heteroaromatic polymers are crucial for the high-tech applications of organicmaterials,especially in the electronic and optoelectronic ***,the development of new polymerizations to afford adaptable electron-donating-accepting scaffolds in N-heteroaromatic polymers is in high ***,we have developed metal-free multicomponent polymerizations of diynes,diamines,and glyoxylates successfully for in situ generation of poly(quinoline)s with high molecular weights(Mw up to 16,900)in nearly quantitative *** tuning the electron distributions of the polymer backbones,the resulting poly(quinoline)s showed various aggregation-induced behaviors and photoresponsive abilities:The thin films of the poly(quinoline)s could be fabricated readily intowell-resolved photopatterns by photolithography *** could be utilized as fluorescent probes to visualize themorphologies of polymer materials directly;these include spherulites and microphase separation of polymer *** nanoparticles demonstrated sensitive and highly selective fluorescence quenching to hexavalent chromium ion Cr(Ⅵ),thereby providing access for biological imaging of Cr(Ⅵ)in unicellular algae.
