Sentiment analysis is becoming increasingly important in today’s digital age, with social media being a significantsource of user-generated content. The development of sentiment lexicons that can support languages other thanEnglish is a challenging task, especially for analyzing sentiment analysis in social media reviews. Most existingsentiment analysis systems focus on English, leaving a significant research gap in other languages due to limitedresources and tools. This research aims to address this gap by building a sentiment lexicon for local languages,which is then used with a machine learning algorithm for efficient sentiment analysis. In the first step, a lexiconis developed that includes five languages: Urdu, Roman Urdu, Pashto, Roman Pashto, and English. The sentimentscores from SentiWordNet are associated with each word in the lexicon to produce an effective sentiment score. Inthe second step, a naive Bayesian algorithm is applied to the developed lexicon for efficient sentiment analysis ofRoman Pashto. Both the sentiment lexicon and sentiment analysis steps were evaluated using information retrievalmetrics, with an accuracy score of 0.89 for the sentiment lexicon and 0.83 for the sentiment analysis. The resultsshowcase the potential for improving software engineering tasks related to user feedback analysis and productdevelopment.

This paper presents Part II of a review on DFACS,which specifically focuses on the modeling and analysis of disturbances and noises in DFACSs.In Part I,the system composition and dynamics model of the DFACS were presented.In this paper,we discuss the effects of disturbance forces and noises on the system,and summarize various analysis and modeling methods for these interferences,including the integral method,frequency domain analysis method,and magnitude evaluation method.By analyzing the impact of disturbances and noises on the system,the paper also summarizes the system’s performance under slight interferences.Additionally,we highlight current research difficulties in the field of DFACS noise analysis.Overall,this paper provides valuable insights into the modeling and analysis of disturbances and noises in DFACSs,and identifies key areas for future research.

The Drag-Free and Attitude Control System(DFACS)is a critical platform for various space missions,including high precision satellite navigation,geoscience and gravity field measurement,and space scientific experiments.This paper presents a comprehensive review of over sixty years of research on the design and dynamics model of DFACS.Firstly,we examine the open literature on DFACS and its applications in Drag-Free missions,providing readers with necessary background information on the field.Secondly,we analyze the system configurations and main characteristics of different DFACSs,paying particular attention to the coupling mechanism between the system configuration and dynamics model.Thirdly,we summarize the dynamics modeling methods and main dynamics models of DFACS from multiple perspectives,including common fundamentals and specific applications.Lastly,we identify current challenges and technological difficulties in the system design and dynamics modeling of DFACS,while suggesting potential avenues for future research.This paper aims to provide readers with a comprehensive understanding of the state-of-the-art in DFACS research,as well as the future prospects and challenges in this field.

As an extension of networked control systems, cloud control systems (CCSs) have emerged as a new control paradigm to improve the service quality of emerging control missions, such as data-driven modeling and automated vehicles. Existing studies have used the workflow-based restructured method to optimize the computation-intensive algorithms in the CCSs. However, the challenges here are how to define and submit these algorithms’ workflows as cloud services and execute these algorithms’ workflows in a containerized manner. Based on these challenges, we propose a containerized solution for the control-algorithm-as-a-service(C3aS) in the CCSs, namely ControlService. It offers the control algorithm as a cloud workflow service and uses a customized workflow engine to realize the containerized execution. First, we employ a cloud workflow representation method to define a control algorithm into an abstract cloud workflow form. Afterward, we provide a cloud service representation of the abstract cloud workflow. Next, we design a workflow engine and submit the cloud service to this workflow engine to implement containerized execution of this cloud service in the CCSs. In the experiment, we discuss the cloud service form and containerized implementation of the subspace identification method. Experimental results show that the proposed ControlService has significant performance advantages in computational time, reduction percentage, and speedup ratio compared with the baseline method.

This paper investigates the distributed fixed-time attitude coordinated control problem for multiple spacecraft subject to actuator saturation under the directed topology. First, a distributed fixed-time observer is presented for each follower spacecraft to estimate the leader spacecraft’s states. Compared with the commonly used fixed-time observer, the settling time of the proposed fixed-time observer can be easily adjusted by some free design parameters. Next, a distributed fixed-time control scheme is derived by using the estimates of the leader spacecraft’s states and the adding a power integrator technique. When considering actuator saturation, an auxiliary system is utilized to compensate the saturation. Further, a rigorous theoretical proof is provided to show that the practical fixed-time stability of the closed-loop system is ensured. Finally, simulation results illustrate the benefits and effectiveness of the developed control scheme.

An Adaptive Padding Correlation Filter With Group Feature Fusion for Robust Visual Tracking

In recent visual tracking research,correlation filter(CF)based trackers become popular because of their high speed and considerable accuracy.Previous methods mainly work on the extension of features and the solution of the boundary effect to learn a better correlation filter.However,the related studies are insufficient.By exploring the potential of trackers in these two aspects,a novel adaptive padding correlation filter(APCF)with feature group fusion is proposed for robust visual tracking in this paper based on the popular context-aware tracking framework.In the tracker,three feature groups are fused by use of the weighted sum of the normalized response maps,to alleviate the risk of drift caused by the extreme change of single feature.Moreover,to improve the adaptive ability of padding for the filter training of different object shapes,the best padding is selected from the preset pool according to tracking precision over the whole video,where tracking precision is predicted according to the prediction model trained by use of the sequence features of the first several frames.The sequence features include three traditional features and eight newly constructed features.Extensive experiments demonstrate that the proposed tracker is superior to most state-of-the-art correlation filter based trackers and has a stable improvement compared to the basic trackers.

Deadline-Constrained and Cost-Effective Multi-Workflow Scheduling with Uncertainty in Cloud Control Systems

In cloud control systems, generating an efficient and economical workflow scheduling strategy for deadline-constrained workflow applications, especially in uncertain multi-workflow dynamic scheduling processes, is a crucial challenge. To optimize the total cost of workflow scheduling, the authors propose a cost-driven heuristic scheduling algorithm F-MWSA which consists of two phases:Fuzzy deadline distribution and fuzzy task scheduling. In the fuzzy deadline distribution phase, a new workflow deadline distribution strategy with fuzziness is designed to obtain the sub-deadline constraint of each task. The fuzzy task scheduling phase focuses on a cost-effective strategy to assign tasks to cloud resources, reducing multi-workflow scheduling costs. Performance evaluations on five real-world workflows demonstrate that the proposed F-MWSA outperforms the baseline policy in terms of total cost, success ratio, resource utilization, and makespan.

Considering that the inevitable disturbances and coupled constraints pose an ongoing challenge to distributed control algorithms,this paper proposes a distributed robust model predictive control(MPC)algorithm for a multi-agent system with additive external disturbances and obstacle and collision avoidance constraints.In particular,all the agents are allowed to solve optimization problems simultaneously at each time step to obtain their control inputs,and the obstacle and collision avoidance are accomplished in the context of full-dimensional controlled objects and obstacles.To achieve the collision avoidance between agents in the distributed framework,an assumed state trajectory is introduced for each agent which is transmitted to its neighbors to construct the polyhedral over-approximations of it.Then the polyhedral over-approximations of the agent and the obstacles are used to smoothly reformulate the original nonconvex obstacle and collision avoidance constraints.And a compatibility constraint is designed to restrict the deviation between the predicted and assumed trajectories.Moreover,recursive feasibility of each local MPC optimization problem with all these constraints derived and input-to-state stability of the closed-loop system can be ensured through a sufficient condition on controller parameters.Finally,simulations with four agents and two obstacles demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

The Influence of Preschool Teachers’Social Skills on Job Burnout:A Moderated Mediation Model

Background:Teacher burnout is a serious issue in the field of education,particularly in early childhood education,where teachers face high levels of work stress and emotional labor,leading to emotional exhaustion and job burnout.However,past research has not sufficiently explored the mechanisms of social skills,empathy,and mindfulness in mitigating teacher burnout.Therefore,this study aims to investigate the relationship between preschool teachers’social skills,empathy,and mindfulness with job burnout,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for reducing teacher burnout.Methods:This research utilized a convenience sampling approach to target preschool teachers for a questionnaire survey.A total of 1109 questionnaires were collected.To ensure the quality of the data,we excluded questionnaires that were not carefully filled out in terms of lie scale questions,those with abnormal demographic variables,and outliers identified based on response time.Ultimately,901 valid questionnaires were obtained,achieving a valid response rate of 81.2%.Participants’levels of social skills,empathy,mindfulness,and job burnout were assessed using the Social Skills Scale(SKS),Empathy Scale(Measure of Empathy,ME),Mindful Attention Awareness Scale(MAAS),and the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Educators Survey(MBI-ES),respectively.Data analysis was conducted using SPSS.Results:After controlling for gender,age,teaching experience,educational level,grade taught,and location of the kindergarten,the study found:(1)There is a negative correlation between preschool teachers’social skills and the level of job burnout(r=−0.238);(2)Empathy has a dual-track effect on job burnout,where cognitive empathy negatively affects job burnout(r=−0.245),while emotional empathy has a positive effect(r=0.045);(3)Cognitive empathy partially mediates the relationship between social skills and job burnout(β=−0.124);(4)Mindfulness significantly impacts social skills,cognitive empathy,and job burnout(r=0.278;r=0.286;r=−0.539),and plays a moderating rol
