Landslides,collapses and cracks are the main types of geological hazards,which threaten the safety of human life and property at all *** emergency surveying and mapping,it is timeconsuming and laborious to use the method of field artificial investigation and recognition and using satellite image to identify ground hazards,there are some problems,such as time lag,low resolution,and difficult to select the map on *** this paper,a10 cm per pixel resolution photogrammetry of a geological hazard-prone area of Taohuagou,Shanxi Province,China is carried out by DJ 4 *** digital orthophoto model(DOM),digital surface model(DSM) and three-dimensional point cloud model(3 DPCM) are generated in this *** method of visual interpretation of cracks based on DOM(as main)-3 DPCM(as auxiliary) and landslide and collapse based on 3 DPCM(as main)-DOM and DSM(as auxiliary) are *** on the low altitude remote sensing image of UAV,the shape characteristics,geological characteristics and distribution of the identified hazards are *** results show that using UAV low altitude remote sensing image,the method of combination of main and auxiliary data can quickly and accurately identify landslide,collapse and crack,the accuracy of crack identification is 93%,and the accuracy of landslide and collapse identification is 100%.It mainly occurs in silty clay and mudstone geology and is greatly affected by slope foot *** study can play a great role in the recognition of sudden hazards by low altitude remote sensing images of UAV.

BACKGROUND： Studies have reported the antioxidant effects of lead and cadmium in the central nervous system, but very few have addressed the combined toxicity of lead and cadmium. The mechanisms by which these combined heavy metals are toxic, as well as how to protect cells from these agents, remains poorly understood. OBJECTIVE： Primary cultured rat cortical neurons were used to determine the effects of combined lead and cadmium on levels of glutathione peroxidase （GSH-Px）, superoxide dismutase （SOD）, catalase （CAT）, and acetylcholinesterase （ACHE）, as well as malondialdehyde （MDA）, and to evaluate the neuroprotective effects of N-acetylcysteine （NAC）. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING An in vitro toxicological observation was performed at the Comparative Medicine Center of yangzhou University from August 2007 to April 2008. MATERIALS： Lead acetate, cadmium acetate, and NAC were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich （St. Louis, USA）. Commercial kits of GSH-Px, SOD, CAT, ACHE, and MDA were purchased from Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute, Nanjing, China. METHODS： The cerebral cortical neurons were isolated from newborn Sprague dawley rats at 24 hours after birth and primary cultured for 6 days. Thereafter, the cells were treated with a range of cadmium doses （0, 5.0, and 10.0μmol/L）, lead doses （0, 1.0, and 2.0 μmol/L）, or a combination of the two for 12 hours at 37℃in a 5% CO2 incubator, respectively. In addition, the cells were incubated with different doses of cadmium and/or lead and （0 and 50 μmol/L） NAC for 12 hours to assess the protective effects on cell survival. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： The activity of SOD, GSH-Px, CAT, and ACHE, as well as MDA content, in the cell lysates was detected using commercial kits. RESULTS： At 12 hours after treatment, compared to the control group, activity of GSH-Px, SOD, and AChE in the lead, cadmium, or combined treated cells was significantly decreased with increasing doses of cadmium/or lead （P 〈 0.05）, but CAT activity and MDA levels

AIM: To analyze the risk factors for pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) and to evaluate whether duct-to-mucosa pancreaticojejunostomy could reduce the risk of pancreatic leakage. METHODS: Sixty-two patients who underwent PD at our hospital between January 2000 and November 2003 were reviewed retrospectively. The primary diseases of the patients included pancreas cancer, ampullary cancer, bile duct cancer, islet cell cancer, duodenal cancer, chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic cystadenoma, and gastric cancer. Standard PD was performed for 25 cases, PD with extended lymphadenectomy for 27 cases, pylorus-preserving PD for 10 cases. A duct-to-mucosa pancreaticojejunostomy was performed for patients with a hard pancreas and a dilated pancreatic duct, and a traditional end-to-end invagination pancreaticojejunostomy for patients with a soft pancreas and a non-dilated duct. Patients were divided into two groups according to the incidence of postoperative pancreaticojejunal anastomotic leakage: 10 cases with leakage and 52 cases without leakage. Seven preoperative and six intraoperative risk factors with the potential to affect the incidence of pancreatic leakage were analyzed with SPSS10.0 software. Logistic regression was then used to determine the effect of multiple factors on pancreatic leakage. RESULTS: Of the 62 patients, 10 (16.13%) were identified as having pancreatic leakage after operation. Other major postoperative complications included delayed gastric emptying (eight patients), abdominal bleeding (four patients), abdominal abscess (three patients) and wound infection (two patients). The overall surgical morbidity was 43.5% (27/62). The hospital mortality in this series was 4.84% (3/62), and the mortality associated with pancreatic fistula was 10% (1/10). Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) and type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2 DM) are highly prevalent diseases and are closely associated, with NAFLD being present in the majority of T2 DM patients. In Asian traditional medicine, Mori Cortex is widely used for the treatment of diabetes and hyperlipidemia. However, whether it has a therapeutic effect on T2 DM associated with NAFLD is still unknown. The present study showed that the oral treatment with Mori Cortex extract(MCE; 10 g·kg-1·d-1) lowered the blood lipid levels and reversed insulin resistance(IR) in high fat-diet/streptozotocin-induced type 2 diabetes in rats. The expression levels of sterol receptor element-binding protein-1 c(SREBP-1 c) and carbohydrate-responsive element binding protein(Ch REBP), which are involved in steatosis in NAFLD rats, were measured in the liver samples. MCE decreased the protein and m RNA expression levels of SREBP-1 c and Ch REBP. In conclusion, down-regulation of SREBP-1 c and Ch REBP might contribute to the protective effect of MCE on hepatic injury and IR in the rats with T2 DM associated with NAFLD.

A light field modulated imaging spectrometer （LFMIS） can acquire the spatial-spectral datacube of targets of interest or a scene in a single shot. The spectral information of a point target is imaged on the pixels covered by a microlens. The pixels receive spectral information from different spectral filters to the diffraction and misalignments of the optical components. In this paper, we present a linear spectral multiplexing model of the acquired target spectrum. A calibration method is proposed for calibrating the center wavelengths and bandwidths of channels of an LFMIS system based on the liner-variable filter （LVF） and for determining the spectral multiplexing matrix. In order to improve the accuracy of the restored spectral data, we introduce a reconstruction algorithm based on the total least square （TLS） approach. Simulation and experimental results confirm the performance of the spectrum reconstruction algorithm and validate the feasibility of the proposed calibrating scheme.

Health insurance lowers the medical financial burden of the insured through a risk-sharing mechanism, and more importantly, reduces the motivation for precautionary saving. This paper explores the relationship between health insurance coverage and household financial portfolios. We choose 2002 urban China as a case study when the health insurance system had a problem of limited adverse selection. Using data from the 2002 Chinese Household Income Project Survey, we find that health insurance coverage influences households＇ preference for financial assets, especially for the risky financial assets. These effects become more pronounced as the coverage rate of health insurance in the family increases. Our results are consistent with precautionary saving theory which suggests that future expenditure risk could affect household asset portfolios. Therefore, development of social security or a health insurance system could effectively promote the development of financial markets, especially riskier aspects of financial markets.

Nursing models at home and abroad for breast cancer patients during the perioperative period were screened, including eight types of models： the nursing model guided by self-care theory, the plan-do-check-act cycle combined with the four-in-one model, the peer support nursing model, the nursing model guided by transcultural theory, the multidisciplinary cooperative nursing model, the knowledge-attitude-practice nursing model, the safe nursing management model, and the case nursing model. These models were analyzed and described with the aim of providing a reference for the clinical breast surgery nursing staff in China and for promoting the development of nursing in China for breast cancer the perioperative period.

In order to encapsulate and controlled-release bioactive proteins,three fibrous membranes,i.e.,poly（L-lactide-co-glycolide）（PLGA）,hybrid PLGA and chitosan（H-PLGA/CS）,and core/shell PLGA/CS （C-PLGA/CS）,were produced by emulsion electrospinning,co-electrospinning and coaxial electrospinning,*** serum albumin（BSA） was selected as a model *** loading efficiency of BSA in the PLGA membrane was 1.56%,lower than those of H-PLGA/CS（5.98%） and C-PLGA/CS（4.80%）.BSA release profiles from the three membranes showed initial burst releases in the first 7 d and then sustained release for 28 *** releases at the end of the releasing period,28 d,from the above three membranes were nearly 63%,88% and 94%,respectively,indicating that the introduction of chitosan and the core/shell fiber structure could enhance BSA release *** addition,all these electrospun membranes could retain their fibrous morphologies after in vitro release of BSA for 28 d.

After annealing the solution cast P（VDF-TrFE） films at elevated temperatures, which were synthesized via a full hydrogenation process from P（VDF-CTFE） with a composition of VDF/TrFE = 80/20（mol%）, a series of P（VDF-TrFE） films were fabricated in present work. The crystalline and ferroelectric phases of the films were carefully characterized and their dielectric, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties were systematically investigated. The improved crystalline and ferroelectric phases in the films induced by annealing at elevated temperatures are responsible for the significant improved electric properties of the films. The optimized annealing temperature is found to be 130 ℃ and the best performance including the highest dielectric constant of 12.5 at 1 kHz, the largest maximum polarization of 11.21 μC/cm^2 and remnant polarization of 7.22 μC/cm^2, the lowest coercive electric field of 56 MV/m, and the highest piezoelectric coefficient of -25 pC/N is observed.
