目的探究ω-3鱼油脂肪乳在胃癌根治切除术后全胃肠外营养（TPN）中的应用效果。方法行根治切除术的胃癌患者分为对照组和试验组。对照组患者术后应用TPN,能量主要为葡萄糖和常规脂肪乳，每日热卡供给为100～125 kJ·kg-1,深静脉置管滴注10～12 h;试验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上，添加ω-3鱼油脂肪乳100 mL,每日热卡供给及输注条件同对照组，2组均治疗7 d。比较2组患者临床疗效，患者营养状况（总蛋白、转铁蛋白、白蛋白和氮平衡）、胃肠功能恢复情况、免疫功能[CD4+/CD8+和自然杀伤（NK）细胞]、腹腔引流液炎症因子[白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、IL-12p70、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）]水平，并进行安全性评价。结果试验组和对照组分别纳入40和42例。治疗后，试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.00%（36例/40例）和71.43%（30例/42例）,在统计学上差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。试验组与对照组首次排气时间分别为（55.72±9.75）和（61.52±10.43） h,试验组与对照组术后7 d外周血CD4+/CD8+分别为1.50±0.38和1.29±0.30,NK细胞比例分别为（19.64±3.04）%和（17.24±2.96）%,引流液中IL-6水平分别为（18.77±4.69）和（32.36±5.18）pg·mL-1,IL-12p70分别为（6.14±1.86）和（8.93±2.17）pg·mL-1,TNF-α分别为（25.62±4.95）和（30.75±4.88）pg·mL-1,试验组的上述指标与对照组比较，在统计学上差异均有统计学意义（均P0.05）。结论 ω-3鱼油脂肪乳可提升胃癌患者术后免疫功能，降低炎症反应，减少腹腔引流量，促进术后康复。

利用一步水热法结合原位硫化策略成功制备了具有丰富孔隙和紧密异质结界面的CuCo_(2)S_(4)@CuCo_(2)O_(4)半导体催化剂,层级多孔的形貌有效地提高了催化剂的光捕获能力,异质结内建电场和低能垒界面协同促进了光生载流子的定向转移与分离,进而提高催化剂的光催化能力。研究结果表明,通过调控硫源的加入量,CuCo_(2)S_(4)@CuCo_(2)O_(4)-3对双氯芬酸和罗丹明B的降解率分别为81.9%和90.3%,对Cr^(6+)的还原率可达73.9%。催化剂展现出良好的抗干扰能力和循环稳定性,CuCo_(2)S_(4)@CuCo_(2)O_(4)对水体中有机污染物和重金属离子均有较好的催化去除能力。

Abstract We present a study of orbital period changes in AH Virginis. We perform a careful literature search for all available minima times, from which we derived a new linear ephemeris and constructed an O - C curve. We found that the orbital period of AH Virginis shows a long-term increase, dP/dt = （2.1869 ± 0.0161） × 10^-7 d yr^-1, and a small periodic variation with a period of 37.19 yr. Since AH Virginis is an over- contact system and the primary component shows strong Ha and Mg II emission lines, we discuss the possible connection between mass transfer, magnetic activity and or- bital period changes.

Let ASG（2v ＋ l, v; Fq） be the （2v ＋l）-dimensional affine-singular symplectic space over the finite field Fq and ASp2v＋l,v（Fq） be the affine-singular symplectic group of degree 2v ＋ l over Fq. Let O be any orbit of flats under ASp2v＋l,v（Fq）. Denote by J the set of all flats which are joins of flats in O such that O LJ and assume the join of the empty set of flats in ASG（2v ＋ l, v;Fq） is φ. Ordering LJ by ordinary or reverse inclusion, then two lattices axe obtained. This paper firstly studies the inclusion relations between different lattices, then determines a characterization of flats contained in a given lattice LJ, when the lattices form geometric lattice, lastly gives the characteristic polynomial of LJ.

Background Relapse happens frequently after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation （alIo-HCT） in the patients with Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia （Ph^＋ ALL）. Detection of the minimal residual disease （MRD） before and after alIo-HCT is associated with higher relapse rate. Early administration of imatinib after alIo-HCT may prevent recurrent Ph^＋ ALL. The aim of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of imatinib in preventing hematological relapse when imatinib was administrated in the first 90 days after alIo-HCT. Methods Patients with Ph^＋ ALL that underwent alIo-HCT were enrolled in a prospective study. A TaqMan-based real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction （RQ-PCR） technique was used to detect the MRD （bcr-abl transcript levels）. Imatinib therapy was initiated prior to 90 days after alIo-HCT if the patient＇s absolute neutrophil count （ANC） was above 1.0×10^9/L （without granulocyte colony-stimulating factor （G-CSF） administration） and the platelet count was greater than 50.0×10^9/L, or if the bcr-abl transcript levels were elevated in two consecutive tests, or if the bcr-abl transcript levels were 〉10.2 after the initial engraftment. The initial daily dose of imatinib was 400 mg/d for adults and 260 mg/m^2 for children （younger than 17 years）. Imatinib was administered for at least I month and the bcr-abl TaqMan results were negative for 3 consecutive tests, or complete molecular remission （CR^mol） was sustained for at least 3 months. Results From May 2005 to October 2008, 29 patients were enrolled in this study, of whom, 19 patients were male and 10 were female. The median age of the enrolled patients was 33 years （range 6-50 years）. Imatinib therapy was started at a median time of 60 days （range 20-122 days） post HCT （only one patient started Imatinib therapy at 122nd day after HCT）. Twenty-five adult patients could tolerate a dose of 300-400 mg/d of imatinib, and three children tolerated a dose of 260 mg

As one of the most common spatial light modulators,linear micromirror arrays(MMAs)based on microelectromechanical system(MEMS)processes are currently utilized in many ***,two crucial challenges exist in the fabrication of such devices:the adhesion of silicon microstructures caused by anodic bonding and the destruction of the suspended silicon film due to residual *** solve these issues,an innovative processing method assisted by temporary anchors is *** approach effectively reduces the span of silicon microstructures and improves the Euler buckling limit of the silicon ***,these temporary anchors are strategically placed within the primary etching areas,enabling easy removal without additional processing *** a result,we successfully achieved wafer-level,high-yield manufacturing of linear MMAs with a filling factor as high as 95.1%.Demonstrating superior capabilities to those of original MMAs,our enhanced version boasts a total of 60 linear micromirror elements,each featuring a length-to-width ratio of 52.6,and the entire optical aperture measures 5 mm×6 *** linear MMA exhibits an optical deflection angle of 20.4°at 110 Vdc while maintaining exceptional deflection flatness and *** study offers a viable approach for the design and fabrication of thin-film MEMS devices with high yields,and the proposed MMA is promising as a replacement for digital micromirror devices(DMDs,by TI Corp.)in fields such as spectral imaging and optical communication.

Spermatogenesis is a critical part of reproduction in insects;however,its molecular mechanism is still largely *** this study,we identified a testis-specific gene CG3526 in Drosophila *** analysis showed that CG3526 contains a zinc binding domain and 2 C2H2 type zinc fingers,and it is clustered to the vertebrate really interesting new gene(RING)family E3 ubiquitin-protein *** CG3526 was knocked down by RNA interference(RNAi),the testis became much smaller in size,and the apical tip exhibited a sharp and thin end instead of the blunt and round shape in the control *** importantly,compared to the control flies,only a few mature sperm were present in the seminal vesicle of C587-Gal4>CG3526 RNAi *** staining of the testis from CG3526 RNAi flies showed that the homeostasis of testis stem cell niche was disrupted,cell distribution in the apical tip was scattered,and the process of spermatogenesis was not ***,we found that the phenotype of CG3526 RNAi flies’testis was similar to that of testis of Stat92E RNAi flies,the expression level of CG3526 was significantly downregulated in the Stat92EF06346 mutant flies,and the promoter activity of CG3526 was upregulated by *** together,our results indicated that CG3526 is a downstream effector gene in the JAK-STAT signaling pathway that plays a key role in the spermatogenesis of Drosophila.

Aluminum is the primary structural material in nuclear engineering,and its cross section induced by 14-MeV neutrons is of great *** address the issue of insufficient accuracy for the^(27)Al(n,2n)^(26)Al reaction cross section,the activation method and accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)technique were used to determine the^(27)Al(n,2n)^(26)Al cross section,which could be used as a D-T plasma ion temperature monitor in fusion *** the China Academy of Engineering Physics,neutron activation was performed using a K-400 neutron generator produced by the T(d,n)4He ***^(26)Al∕^(27)Al isotope ratios were measured using the newly installed GYIG 1 MV AMS at the Institute of Geochemistry,Chinese Academy of *** neutron flux was monitored by measuring the activity of 92mNb produced by the 93Nb(n,2n)92mNb *** measured results were compared with available data in the experimental nuclear reaction database,and the measured values showed a reasonable degree of consistency with partially available literature *** newly acquired cross-sectional data at 12 neutron energy points through systematic measurements clarified the divergence,which has two different growth trends from the existing experimental *** obtained results are also compared with the corresponding evaluated database,and the newly calculated excitation functions with TALYS−1.95 and EMPIRE−3.2 codes,the agreement with CENDL−3.2,TENDL-2021 and EMPIRE−3.2 results are generally acceptable.A substantial improvement in the knowledge of the^(27)Al(n,2n)^(26)Al reaction excitation function was obtained in the present work,which will lay the foundation for the diagnosis of the fusion ion temperature,testing of the nuclear physics model,evaluation of nuclear data,etc.

AIM:To explore the effects of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)on retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)cell ***:The human adult retinal pigment epithelial cell line-19(ARPE-19)were treated by HGF or mesenchymalepithelial transition factor(MET)inhibitor SU11274 in *** viability was detected by a Cell Counting Kit-8 *** proliferation and motility was detected by a bromodeoxyuridine incorporation assay and a wound healing assay,*** expression levels of MET,phosphorylated MET,protein kinase B(AKT),and phosphorylated AKT proteins were determined by Western blot *** MET and phosphorylated MET proteins were also determined by immunofluorescence ***:HGF increased ARPE-19 cells’viability,proliferation and migration,and induced an increase of phosphorylated MET and phosphorylated AKT ***11274 significantly reduced cell viability,proliferation,and migration and decreased the expression of MET and AKT ***11274 suppressed HGF-induced increase of viability,proliferation,and migration in ARPE-19 ***,SU11274 also blocked HGF-induced phosphorylation of MET and AKT ***:HGF enhances cellular viability,proliferation,and migration in RPE cells through the MET/AKT signaling pathway,whereas this enhancement is suppressed by the MET inhibitor ***-induced MET/AKT signaling might be a vital contributor of RPE cells survival.
