Background:The association of milk intake with cardiovascular disease(CVD)and cause-specific mortality remained controversial and evidence among the Chinese population was *** aimed to study the relationship between milk intake and CVDs among general Chinese ***::A total of 104,957 participants received questionnaire *** of physical examination such as anthropometric measurements and biochemical tests during 2007 to 2008,demographic data and their information on milk intake were collected through standardized *** proportional hazard regression models were used to calculate hazard ratios(HRs)and their corresponding 95%confidence intervals(CIs)of CVD incidence,cause-specific mortality and all-cause mortality related to milk *** cubic splines(RCSs)were applied to examine dose-response ***::Among the 91,757 participants with a median follow-up period of 5.8 years,we documented 3877 CVD cases and 4091 all-cause *** with participants who never consumed milk,the multivariate-adjusted HRs(95%CIs)of CVD incidence for 1 to 150 g/day,151 to 299 g/day,and≥300 g/day were 0.94(0.86-1.03)(P>0.05),0.77(0.66-0.89)(P<0.05),and 0.59(0.40-0.89)(P<0.05),respectively;each 100 g increase of daily milk intake was associated with 11%lower risk of CVD incidence(HR,0.89;95%CI:0.85-0.94;P<0.001),and 11%lower risk of CVD mortality(HR,0.89;95%CI:0.82-0.97;P=0.008)after adjustment for age,sex,residential area,geographic region,education level,family history of CVD,smoking,alcohol drinking,physical activity level,body mass index,and healthy diet status(ideal or not).RCS analyses also showed a linear dose-response relationship with CVD(P for overall significance of the curve<0.001;P for non-linearity=0.979;P for linearity<0.001)and stroke(P for overall significance of the curve=0.010;P for non-linearity=0.998;P for linearity=0.002)incidence,and CVD mortality(P for overall significance of the curve=0.045;P for non

针对基于IGBT元件的风力发电机组PWM变流器会使得输出电流谐波畸变率不断提高的问题,提出了一种具有谐波抑制功能的比例积分控制器并联重复控制器的复合控制方法应用于网侧变流器内。以双馈风力发电机组(DFIG)为研究对象,分析了它及其网侧变流器的数学模型,然后将复合控制器置于网侧变流器的双闭环控制系统中。探讨了复合控制策略的控制原理,建立了数学模型,并进行参数设计,在MATLAB中进行验证。理论分析和仿真结果验证了此方法应用于风力发电机组网侧变流器中谐波抑制的有效性。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of expanded scalp flaps pedicled with superficial temporal vessel in the repair of facial skin *** From May 2017 to October 2018,4 patients with facial skin scars were treated with expanded scalp flaps pedicled with superficial temporal vessels and laser hair *** patients were followed up for at least 6 to 12 *** The flaps of all 4 patients survived well,and the color,texture and thickness of the flaps matched well with the surrounding skin *** Expanded scalp flaps pedicled with superficial temporal vessel is a good option for repairing facial skin scars,which is worthy of clinical application.

Dynamical control of population and entanglement for open Λ-type atoms by engineering the environment

The exactly analytical solution for the dynamics of the dissipative Λ-type atom in the zero-temperature Lorentzian environment is presented. On this basis, we study the evolution of the population and entanglement. We find that the stable populations on the two lower levels of the Λ-type atom can be effectively adjusted by the combination of the relative decay rate and the environmental spectral frequency. However, for the initial Werner-like state, the stable entanglement between the two Λ-type atoms has very little tunability. Furthermore, the stable entanglement for the bilateral environment case is larger than that of the unilateral environmental case. A nonintuitive relation between the stable entanglement and stable population is found.

提出两种新型自适应分布式目标检测器:距离频域Rao(RFD-Rao)和距离频域Wald(RFD-Wald)检测器。该方法考虑相参处理间隔(CPI)内部分均匀干扰环境和目标距离走动效应的影响,分析检测器的渐近性能,并给出不同杂波协方差矩阵和功率水平下的恒虚警率(CFAR)特性分析。将本文所提出的自适应检测器的性能通过蒙特卡罗试验进行了验证,仿真结果证明所提出的检测算法与现有的类似检测器相比的有效性。

Efficacy of catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation beyond HATCH score

Background HATCH score is an established predictor of progression from paroxysmal to persistent atrial fibrillation （AF）. The purpose of this study was to determine if HATCH score could predict recurrence after catheter ablation of AF. Methods The data of 488 consecutive paroxysmal AF patients who underwent an index circumferential pulmonary veins （PV） ablation were retrospectively analyzed. Of these patients, 250 （51.2%） patients had HATCH score=0, 185 （37.9%） patients had HATCH score=l, and 53 （10.9%） patients had HATCH score 〉2 （28 patients had HATCH score=2, 23 patients had HATCH score=3, and 2 patients had HATCH score=4）. Results The patients with HATCH score 〉2 had significantly larger left atrium size, the largest left ventricular end systolic diameter, and the lowest ejection fraction. After a mean follow-up of （823＋532） days, the recurrence rates were 36.4%, 37.8% and 28.3% from the HATCH score=0, HATCH score=l to HATCH score 〉2 categories （P=0.498）. Univariate analysis revealed that left atrium size, body mass index, and failure of PV isolation were predictors of AF recurrence. After adjustment for body mass index, left atrial size and PV isolation, the HATCH score was not an independent predictor of recurrence （HR=0.92, 95% confidence interval=0.76-1.12, P=0.406） in multivariate analysis. Conclusion HATCH score has no value in prediction of AF recurrence after catheter ablation.

Correlation of pituitary tumor transforming gene 1 with proliferation and invasion genes in prostate cancer

Objective:To study the change of pituitary tumor transforming gene 1 (PTTG1) expression in prostate cancer and its correlation with proliferation and invasion ***: Patients with prostate cancer who underwent radical operation in our hospital between March 2015 and January 2018 were selected as the malignant group of the research, and the prostate cancer lesions were collected;patients who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate due to benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital during the same period were selected as the benign group of the research, and the benign prostate lesions were collected. The mRNA expression levels of PTTG1, proliferation genes and invasion genes in the lesions were determined. Results:PTTG1, Survivin, Bcl-2, CyclinD1, GPRC6A, ZEB1, CatB, CatD and PAR-1 mRNA expression in prostate cancer lesions of malignant group were significantly higher than those of benign group whereas CDKN2, p21 and TFPI2 mRNA expression were significantly lower than those of benign group;Survivin, Bcl-2, CyclinD1, GPRC6A, ZEB1, CatB, CatD and PAR-1 mRNA expression in prostate cancer lesions with high PTTG1 were significantly higher than those in prostate cancer lesions with low PTTG1 whereas CDKN2, p21 and TFPI2 mRNA expression were significantly lower than those in prostate cancer lesions with low ***:The PTTG1 gene is highly expressed in prostate cancer lesions and it is closely related to the changes of proliferation and invasion gene expression.

We consider that inflammatory substances play an important role in the carcinogenesis process. In the process, cytokines and growth factor secreted by cells can actively recruit immune cells in the carcinogenesis microenvironment, further, promote carcinogenesis progression. The carcinogenesis microenvironment even subverted the immune system, moreover, enhanced the carcinogenesis through immune suppressive mechanisms within the carcinogenesis microenvironment.

Discovery of New Iridoids as Farnesoid X Receptor Agonists from Morinda officinalis: Agonistic Potentials and Molecular Stimulation

The investigation of Morinda officinalis led to the isolation of twelve compounds(1-12),including three new iridoid glycosides morindallns A-C(1-3)and nine known compounds(4-12).Their structural identifications were conducted using HRMS,1D and 2D NMR,and electronic circular dichroism(ECD)spectra as well as quantum chemical *** 6 displayed the most significantly agonistic activity against farnesoid X receptor(FXR)with an EC_(50) value of 7.18 μM,and its agonistic effect was verified through the investigation of FXR downstream target genes including small heterodimer partner 1(SHP1),bile salt export pump(BSEP),and organic solute transporter subunit alpha and beta(OSTα and OSTβ).The potential interaction of compound 6 with FXR was analyzed by molecular docking and molecular dynamics stimulation,revealing that amino acid residues Leu287;Thr288,and Ser332 played a crucial role in the activation of compound 6 towards *** findings suggested that compound 6 could be regarded as a potential candidate for the development of FXR agonists.
