Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy for intermediate and advanced breast cancer using 3.0T MR and ultrasound in combination with tumour markers(CEA,CA-153,CA125),and to provide therapeutic references for the clinicians,so as to better satisfy the needs of treatment for intermediate and advanced breast cancer ***:The team collected 30 patients who were diagnosed with intermediate and advanced breast cancer by biopsy and received neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and divided them into sensitive and insensitive groups according to the MP grading of postoperative pathological *** team retrospectively analysed the changes in the values of serum CEA,CA-153,and CA 125 before and after the neoadjuvant chemotherapy,the changes in the average ADC of the lesions before and after the observation by MRI,and the changes in the volume and size of lesions before and after the observation by ultrasonography to assess the effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy individually,and the results of neoadjuvant chemotherapy were evaluated *** effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy was assessed *** of the above was evaluated independently,and the accuracy of each item was calculated by comparing the evaluation results with the pathological examination results,and the accuracy of the single item was compared with the accuracy of the three combined tests to determine whether the combined evaluation was more ***:All three examination and testing methods can achieve high accuracy,and the combined evaluation of the three is more accurate than the evaluation of the single way,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer patients,the combined assessment of MR,CDFI and tumour markers can more comprehensively and accurately assess the effect of ADC,and more accurately guide the clinical treatment and determine the progn

Two series of novel tolane-type liquid crystals （LCs） comprising of hydrogen-bonded organic acids were synthesized. The formation of dimerized H-bond LCs was confirmed by IR spectroscopy, and mesomorphic properties of the LCs were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） and polarizing optical microscopy （POM）. It was found that the end groups of the liquid crystals as well as the unsaturated rigid core had effect on the mesomorphic properties.

In the motorized spindle system of a computer numerical control (CNC) machine tool, internal heat sources are formed during high-speed rotation;these cause thermal errors and affect the machining accuracy. To address this problem, in this study, a thermal resistance network model of the motorized spindle system is established based on the heat transfer theory. The heat balance equations of the critical thermal nodes are established according to this model with Kirchhoffs law. Then, they are solved using the Newmark-β method to obtain the temperature of each main component, and steady thermal analysis and transient thermal analysis of the motorized spindle system are performed. In order to obtain accurate thermal characteristics of the spindle system, the thermal conduction resistance of each component and the thermalconvection resistance between the cooling system and the components of the spindle system are accurately obtained considering the effect of the heat exchanger on the temperature of the coolant in the cooling system. Simultaneously, high-precision magnetic temperature sensors are used to detect the temperature variation of the spindle in the CNC machining center at different rotational speeds. The experimental results demonstrate that the thermal resistance network model can predict the temperature field distribution in the spindle system with reasonable accuracy. In addition, the influences of the rotational speed and cooling conditions on the temperature increase of the main components of the spindle system are analyzed. Finally, a few recommendations are provided to improve the thermal performance of the spindle system under different operational conditions.

AIM: To explore the process of retinal vascularization and risk factors for retinopathy of prematurity(ROP) treated with intravitreal ranibizumab(IVR) as ***: Infants with type 1 ROP who received IVR as primary treatment from August 2014 to October 2016 at Peking University People’s Hospital’s Ophthalmology Department were included in the study. All eyes received 0.25 mg ranibizumab at initial treatment. Retinal vascularization was evaluated clinically. Potential risk factors were also recorded and ***: Retinal vascularization was completed in 126 eyes(62.7%), and retinal vascularization terminated in zone II and zone III with 16 eyes(7.9%) and 44 eyes(21.9%), respectively, after more than 1-year follow-up. In multivariate regression analysis, lower birth weight(BW), severity of ROP and repeated injections were found to be risk factors for peripheral avascular area(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: In our retrospective study, 29.8% of the ROP eyes treated with ranibizumab have peripheral avascular area at the last follow-up. Lighter BW and the severity of ROP are risk factors. Furthermore, repeated injections also increase the risk of retinal peripheral avascular area remaining in ROP patients.

The operational stability of organic(opto)electronic devices largely depends on the intrinsic stability of organic materials on *** organic light-emitting diode(OLED)materials,a key parameter of their intrinsic stability is the bond-dissociation energy of the most fragile bond(BDE_(f)).Although rarely involved,many OLED molecules have the lowest BDE_(f) in anionic states[BDE_(f)(−)∼1.6–2.5 eV],which could be a fatal short-slab for device ***,we separated BDE_(f)(−)from other parameters and confirmed the clear relationship between BDE_(f)(−),intrinsic material stability and device *** on thermodynamic principles,we developed a general and effective strategy to greatly improve BDE_(f)(−)by introducing a negative charge manager within the *** manager must combine an electron-withdrawing group(EWG)with a delocalizing structure,so that it can firmly confine the negative charge and hinder the charge redistribution toward fragile ***,the use of this manager can substantially promote BDE_(f)(−)by∼1 eV for various fragile bonds and outperform the effect reported from solely employing EWGs or delocalizing *** effect was verified in typical phosphine-oxide and carbazole derivatives and backed up by newly designed molecules with multiple fragile *** strategy provides a new way to transform vulnerable building blocks into robust organic(opto)electronic materials and devices.

The operation efficiency of the manipulator is placed in the primary position in automatic production. This paper proposes a coordinated control strategy for joint servo and visual servo to enable timely transfer and accurate gripping in the working area. Aiming at the issues of chattering and slow convergence of traditional sliding mode controller, a fast variable power reaching rate on the basis of the non-singular fast terminal sliding mode controller is proposed, which can effectively reduce the convergence time and chattering. For the purpose of addressing the problem that the traditional visual servo control method is sensitive to the environment, a visual servo controller based on integral sliding mode is proposed, to ensure the favorable positioning accuracy of the manipulator. Based on the two proposed controllers mentioned above, a coordinated control strategy is used to implement the control of the manipulator. Finally, the upper computer software is developed using the C# programming language to monitor the workstation. The feasibility of the above-mentioned method is verified through multiple simulations and experiments.

With the rapid development of high-power-density electronic devices,interface thermal resistance has become a critical barrier for effective heat management in high-performance electronic ***,there is an urgent demand for advanced thermal interface materials(TIMs)with high cross-plane thermal conductivity and excellent compressibility to withstand increasingly complex operating *** achieve this aim,a promising strategy involves vertically arranging highly thermoconductive graphene on ***,with the currently available methods,achieving a balance between low interfacial thermal resistance,bidirectional high thermal conductivity,and large-scale production is ***,we prepared a graphene framework with continuous filler structures in in-plane and cross-plane directions by bonding corrugated graphene to planar graphene *** interface interaction between the graphene paper framework and polymer matrix was enhanced via surface functionalization to reduce the interface thermal *** resulting three-dimensional thermal framework endows the polymer composite material with a cross-plane thermal conductivity of 14.4 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)and in-plane thermal conductivity of 130W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)when the thermal filler loading is 10.1 wt%,with a thermal conductivity enhancement per 1 wt%filler loading of 831%,outperforming various graphene structures as *** its high thermal conductivity,low contact thermal resistance,and low compressive modulus,the developed highly thermoconductive composite material demonstrates superior performance in TIM testing compared with TFLEX-700,an advanced commercial TIM,effectively solving the interfacial heat transfer issues in electronic *** novel filler structure framework also provides a solution for achieving a balance between efficient thermal management and ease of processing.

The AA5052 aluminum alloy is widely used in automobile and aerospace manufacturing,and with the development of light-weight alloys,it is required that these materials exhibit better mechanical *** studies have demonstrated that the addition of Sc to aluminum alloys can improve both the microstructure and properties of the *** this study,the effect of Sc on the Fe-rich phase and properties of the AA5052 aluminum alloy was studied by adding 0%,0.05%,0.2%,and 0.3%*** results show that with the increase of Sc,the coarse needle-like Fe-rich phase gradually transforms into Chinese-script and then nearly spherical particles,reduce the size of Fe-rich phase,and refine the grain with increase of high angle grain boundaries(HAGBs).These microstructure changes enhance the strength of the AA5052 alloy through Sc *** ductility of the alloy is obviously improved because the addition of a lower amount of Sc changes the morphology of Fe-rich phase from needle-like into a Chinese-script,and it is subsequently reduced as a result of significant increase in HAGBs with increasing Sc content.
