Over the last decade, sequencing of different genomes re- vealed that an increase in organismal complexity is not merely explained by a dramatic increase in the number of protein-coding genes. However, the gradual increase in protein diversity contributes a lot to the complexity of high- er organisms [1]. It is now widely accepted that non-coding RNAs （ncRNAs）, especially microRNAs （miRNAs） largely define eukaryotic cell functions and the impacts of a variety of gene regulation [2].

Estimation of Turnover and Equilibrium of Soil Organic Matter Using a Mathematical Approach

The methods based on N uptake of aerial-plants, soil organic matter (SOM) dynamics, Jenny's equation, and actual measurement of long-term field experiments in jiaxing, Quzhou, Huangyan and Hangzhou of Zhejiang Province, China were used to determine the organic mineralization rate being helpful in estimating the organic requirement for SOM equilibrium. The results showed that the estimated mineralization ratios of SOM for jiaxing and Quzhou were, respectively, 0.0404 and 0.0508 based on N uptake of aerial-plants in non-fertilized plots; 0.0405 and 0.012 using SOM dynamics in non-fertilized plots; and 0.0413 and 0.0513 using the actual investigated data and Jenny's equation. With Jenny's equation, soil organic C balance in manure + N-P-K plots was estimated at nearly 28.8 g kg-1 for jiaxing and 32.4 g kg-1 for Quzhou with predicted SOM linearly related to the actual investigated values (r2 = 0.9640 for jiaxing and 0.8541 for Quzhou). To maintain the SOM balance in the non-fertilized plots the recommended rate of organic materials was 3 000-6 600 kg ha-1, and the relevant rates of farm yard manure (FYM) in the manure and N-P-K plots were estimated at 3 375 (dry) and 17670 kg ha-1 (wet) for jiaxing, 1845 (dry) and 6090 kg ha-1 (wet) for Quzhou.

Dual-ion batteries(DIBs)have attracted tremendous attention owing to their high operating voltage and are considered promising candidates for low-cost clean energy storage ***,the decomposition of electrolytes and collapse of the cathode structure may lead to low Coulombic efficiency(CE)and low cycling stability of ***-layered electrode materials can accommodate the intercalation/deintercalation of large anions,which is believed to overcome these ***,expanded mesocarbon microbeads(200HRO-MCMB)possessing an enlarged interlayer spacing(0.405 nm)were prepared via modified Hummers and subcritical hydrothermal reduction *** the indispensable electrochemical activation,200HRO-MCMB(hydrothermal reduction at 200℃)exhibited a high specific capacity(120 mAh·g^(-1)at50 mA·g^(-1))when used as a cathode for a sodium-based DIB,and the CE significantly improved within the 2.0-4.5 V voltage ***,the cycling stability exceeded over 600 ***,this cathode possessed enlarged interlayers that decreased the barrier of PF6^(-)transport,and the battery storage mechanism corresponded to a transitioning state between double-layer capacitance and Faradaic ***,this work will expand the scope of the practical application of low-cost sodium-based DIBs.

In this paper,an integrated guidance and control method based on an adaptive path-following controller is proposed to control a spin-stabilized projectile with only translational motion information under the constraint of an actuator,uncertainties in aerodynamic parameters and measurements,and control system *** to the fairly high rotation speed,the dynamic model of this missile is strongly nonlinear,uncertain and coupled in pitch,yaw and roll channels.A theoretical equivalent resultant force and uncertainty compensation method are comprehensively used to realize decoupling of pitch and *** response to the strong nonlinear and time-varying characteristics of the dynamic system,the quasi-linear model whose parameters are obtained by interpolation of points selected as the segmentation points in the trajectory envelope,is used for calculation in each *** cope with the system uncertainty caused by model approximation,parameter uncertainty and ballistic interference,an extended state estimator is used to compensate the output feedback according to the test ballistic *** order to improve the tracking efficiency and ensure the tracking error convergence with only translational motion information,the virtual guide point,whose derivative is deduced according to the Lyapunov principle,is calculated in real time according to the projection relationship between the real-time position and the reference trajectory,and a virtual line-of-sight angle and the backstepping method are used for the design of the guidance and control *** order to avoid the influence of control input saturation on the guidance and control performance due to the actuator limitation and improve the robustness of the system,an anti-saturation compensator is designed according to the two-step *** feasibility and effectiveness of the path-following controller is verified through closed-loop flight simulations with measurement,control,and condition *** result

Objective The aim of this study was to explore the effect of norepinephrine(NE)on renal cortical and medullary blood flow in atherosclerotic rabbits without renal artery *** Atherosclerosis was induced in 21 New Zealand white rabbits by feeding them a cholesterol-rich diet for 16 *** healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly selected as *** atherosclerosis induction,standard ultrasonography was performed to confirm that there was no plaque or accelerated flow at the origin of the renal ***-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)was performed at baseline and during intravenous injection of *** degree of contrast enhancement of renal cortex and medulla after the injection of contrast agents was quantified by calculating the enhanced *** The serum nitric oxide(NO)level in atherosclerotic rabbits was higher than that in healthy rabbits(299.6±152 vs.136.5±49.5,P<0.001).The infusion of NE induced a significant increase in the systolic blood pressure(112±14 mmHg vs.84±9 mmHg,P=0.016)and a significant decrease in the enhanced intensity in renal cortex(17.78±2.07 dB vs.21.19±2.03 dB,P<0.001)and renal medulla(14.87±1.82 dB vs.17.14±1.89 dB,P<0.001)during ***,the enhanced intensity in the cortex and medulla of healthy rabbits after NE infusion showed no significant difference from that at *** NE may reduce renal cortical and medullary blood flow in atherosclerotic rabbits without renal artery stenosis,partly by reducing the serum NO level.

Providing accurate predictions of extreme water levels through numerical simulation has become essential for disaster prevention and damage mitigation in coastal wetland *** study applies the FVCOM model to simulate storm surges caused by several typhoons in the Bohai Sea and the North Huanghai *** vegetation drag force caused by salt marsh plants is inserted into the FVCOM model for model improvement with vegetation effect by integrating RS and GIS technologies.A parametric typhoon model is coupled with background wind fields derived to acquire the spatio-temporal variations of wind and pressure fields in the computational *** simulation results reproduce the extreme storm surges induced by typhoon events very *** modeling results are compared by validating with literature results to examine the effect of vegetation on tidal waves in tidal mud ***,the coupled model is also applied to explore storm surge attenuation and land intrusion during Typhoon Winnie in the wetlands of the Liao River *** simulation results indicate that salt marsh plants can reduce the flow current with little impact on tide flooding/ebbing in vegetated ***,the results show that typhoon presence increases the inundation depth and extendes the flood time in the tidal wetlands of the study *** FVCOM model incorporating the method with vegetation drag force can provide new insights to understand the comprehensive impact of tidal wetland plants on hydrodynamic characteristics in the Bohai Sea and other waters,hence presents a more accurate quantification of the hydrological process of storm surge in the tidal wetlands.

Background: Diabetes mellitus has become an increasing global health burden with rapid growing prevalence. Patients with diabetes have higher susceptibility to acute kidney injury(AKI). Liver transplantation(LT) predisposes the kidney to injury. However, the association between diabetes and AKI in LT patients remains unclear. Methods: We conducted a retrospective cohort study examining risk factors for AKI in patients undergone orthotopic LT. Potential risk factors including baseline estimated glomerular filtration rate(e GFR), the model for end-stage liver disease(MELD) score, diabetes, hypertension and intraoperative blood loss were screened. The primary endpoint was AKI occurrence. Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the association between potential risk factors and AKI. Results: A total of 291 patients undergone orthotopic LT were included in the present study. Among them, 102 patients(35.05%) developed AKI within 5 days after LT. Diabetes was identified as an independent risk factor for AKI. Patients who developed AKI had worse graft function recovery and higher mortality within 14 days after LT compared to those who did not develop AKI. AKI patients with diabetes had a significant decline of e GFR within the first postoperative year, compared with patients who did not develop AKI and who developed AKI but without diabetes. Conclusions: Diabetes is an independent risk factor for AKI after orthotopic LT. AKI is associated with delayed graft function recovery and higher mortality in short-term postoperative period. Diabetic patients who developed AKI after LT experience a faster decline of e GFR within the first year after surgery.

Since the Jost solutions of the DNLS equation does not tend to the free Jost solutioins as ｜λ｜→∞, the usual inverse scattering transform （IST） must be revised. Beside the Kaup and Newell＇s approach, we propose a simple revision in constructing the equations of IST, where the usual Zakharov-Shabat kern is revised by multiplying λ^-2 or λ^-1. To justify the revision we show that the Jost solutions obtained do satisfy the pair of compatibility equations.

China has pledged to peak carbon emissions by 2030 and neutralize emissions by *** is an urgent need to develop a comprehensive and reliable methodology to judge whether a region has reached its carbon emissions peak(CEP),as well as to schedule and prioritize mitigation activities for different *** this study,we developed an approach for identifying the CEP status of 30 provincial areas in China,considering both the carbon emissions trends and the main socioeconomic factors that influence these *** to the results of the Mann-Kendall(MK)tests,changes in carbon emissions for the 30 provincial areas can be grouped inlo four clusters:those with significant reductions,marginal reductions,marginal increases,and significant ***,total energy consumption(TEC),the proportion of coal consumption(PCC),the proportion of the urban population(PUP),the proportion of secondary industry(PASP),and per capita GDP(PGDP)were further identified as the main factors influencing carbon emissions,by applying Redundancy analysis(RDA)and Monte Carlo permutation *** balance efficacy with fairness,we assigned scores from 1 to 4 to trends in carbon emissions,and the Group Analysis results of the main influencing factors above except for TEC;for TEC,main basis is the relevant assessment *** finally,according to the actual condition of total scores,provincial areas were assigned to the first,second,third and fourth stage of progress toward CEP,using the method of Natural Breaks(Jenks).Based on the method,differentiated plans should be adopted from the perspective of fair development and emissions reduction efficiency,in accordance with the basic principles of Doing the Best within Capacity and Common but Differentiated *** classification method can also be adopted by other developing countries which have not yet achieved CEP.
